I ordered this because I had an Uber promo. I have pretty high expectations for stromboli, and it's rare to find one that really meets them. Order came quickly. This was a pretty solid offering. Massive portion, exquisite sauce that was garlicky, sweet, savory, and very fresh. Good quality mozzarella and high quality toppings. It was a bit watery from the peppers and mushrooms, though. Not the best I've had, but definitely enjoyable. Thanks, guys! read more

I came for chicken wings today. I don't want pizza today because I had pizza yesterday but it was tempting because of the smell in the air. I smelled so good here. The chicken wings tasted good. They came with a side of celery. The restaurant is located at a corner of a strip mall. You can eat in or out. It has an area for both. The menu is posted on top. They have yummy looking desserts displayed on the counter. They looked good. The service was good. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the wings. Tjey tasted good. read more

As I was walking out of Jeremiah's Italian Ice, I noticed a lunch special advertisement posted on the window of Brooklyn Pizza: two cheese slices for $4.99. Finding the deal reasonable, I quickly decided to go inside. The atmosphere was very quiet as I asked the employee behind the counter about the availability of the two cheese slice lunch special. I snagged the deal with minites to spare before the special ended at 3pm. The employee rang up the order, removed two cheese slices from the display case, and placed them on the oven to be heated. The slices were hot with an even layer of sauce and cheese, but the overall taste just didn't wow my palate. The crust was excessively crispy and it had the dry texture of cardboard, making it quite disappointing. The fact that this is only my second visit in over two years shows that Brooklyn Pizza hasn't intrigued me enough to come back consistently. read more

Really good pizza! Buying a slice is a bonus versus the pie. Seating is crowded, and it was very busy at lunchtime but worth it

Terrible pizza. Not even a reasonable facsimile. Fountain soda is supposed to be Pepsi. On the sign. Not. Just a waste of time & money. Big let down. read more

Went at 430pm -Wasnt impressed at all, especially considering the reviews that were posted here, saying how great it was. As a current new yorker, found the counter slices we had, tasting dry and oily. The choices were slim (regular cheese, and pepperoni only). Asked about garlic knots, none. Asked about more topping choices, was told that i missed lunch time specials(?) Very disappointing read more

Stopped in for the first time today after work. Very friendly young lady behind the counter took my order for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza to go. I was impressed with the thin crust and the pizza was delicious. I will definitely be back-next time will try the tasty looking thick crust but the thin crust was perfection. read more

We just moved to the area and were happy to find this spot. They have delicious pizza and excellent customer service! Thanks!

Under new ownership as of September 1, 2021. Not horrible but not how it use to be. Pizza was a little cold and definitely a thinner crust. Cookies were really great and the staff was friendly. read more

sorry, not Brooklyn style anymore. very disappointed. Apparently I have to say more to post this but I don't really want to, suffice to say, Brooklyn pizza, is thin crust, this wasn't. That's about all I want to say. I was there Sunday 10/22/2023. read more

When I entered this establishment I was hit with wonderful Italian aroma, bringing back memories of when I lived in Italy. The service is amazing where they listen to you and not just hurrying you up to order no, they help you out to get what YOU want not what they want. The pizza is almost as it's straight from Italy the cheese melts in your mouth the sauce is made with perfection and the meats let me not get starred with the meats, it's fresh meats and that's what a true Italian wants. The location is perfect right next to the beach less than 5 minutes away. I always come here on Sundays grab a delicious true Italian pizza and take a stroll to the beach, it's just perfect. read more

We absolutely love this place! We started with the meatball appetizer which came with 4 decent sized meatballs it was really tasty. Then we ordered A 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 cheese pizza there was something special about the dough and the sauce is it was really good. Customer service is really nice and This is a place that will definitely come back. read more

This place is out of this world, the customer service is the best. I got helped by Daniil, super good looking fella. Got Blown Away with how handsome he was. The restaurant was super clean, some of the best cleaning I've seen. Over all I had the best experience. I will most Definitely be going back. As soon as I walked through the door I got greeted with a "hi welcome in" nice big smile. Man Daniil, that man has the best customer service, he is a natural born leader, that kid has a Huge future ahead of him. read more

I was very disappointed when I saw this at the door. Will definitely not recommend to come here and will never come here again. Wearing a mask is how people stay out of my ER. Getting a vaccine does not make you immune from catching COVID!!!! YOU CAN STILL GET COVID AND DIE! I've had 5 patients already die from COVID after getting the vaccine. Do I don't support businesses who don't practice safety or allow their employees not to wear a mask. Do not visit this facility. read more

These guys are really really great and friendly, the restaurant is clean, it's conveniently located next to Publix in a shopping mall and it's reasonably priced. Unfortunately there is nothing Brooklyn about this pizza. This might literally be the worst pizza I've ever had. The dough was tasteless . It was chewy it reminded me of pizza day in the school cafeteria. It was literally one step up from that. They were nice and gave me two pieces of pizza when I only ordered one I couldn't even finish the first one and I threw out the second piece. You guys might want to consider doing something else besides pizza because this really isn't your "thing" read more

So we all know Florida knows nothing about pizza. When the avg person says do you want Pizza Hut it Dominoes you quickly know you're not in Brooklyn anymore! So I came here on a Sunday afternoon asked for all the original slices that I'd usually get in a NY pizza spot and guess what they didn't have it! No ziti slice no Buffalo chicken slices. Disappointed having a name that's known for pizza and having been given this thin, no crust, soggy slices, the chicken bacon ranch has 3 tiny pieces of chicken zero bacon and zero ranch the passion at this place is GONE ps. 4 dollars a slice fucking outrageous read more

We visited June 13, 2020. The establishment was clean and the seats were comfortable. It was an average pizza place. We ordered two round slices and one square slice. The server was friendly, but I would have preferred a bottle of soda over the machines, due to COVID-19. It is also notable that no associate was wearing a mask or social distancing. The pizza came out shortly, and it tasted good, but not great. We also ordered zeppploes, and they granted us a plentiful amount. I liked them. If it were possible, I would give this restaurant a 3.5/5, but in this case, I am failing to give them the push because there are many establishments in Pompano Beach and Boca Raton which make better pizza. Kostas, Augy's, and Pizza Time serve as examples. Overall, the service and pizza were good. It is worth a visit, but I am not certain that this will become your 'go to' establishment. read more

I gave this place 2 chances for Baked Ziti. It costs $17.99 plus tip $25. The red sauce in high school tasted better with pizza than their sauce. Way overpriced and they're using a NY name which stands for quality to sell dog food? I don't think so!!! Their sauce in canned. Nothing made from scratch. Their sign outside says "Brooklyn Pizza" and is an embarrassment for NY Pizza & NY food after 2 tries. I wasted $50 dollars in food that is worse than any fast food pizza/Italian place!!! I should've gone to Walmart and eaten ALPO! Don't let the "Brooklyn Pizza" sign fool you. Never again!!!! Ray St John read more

The pizza is consistent, delicious, perfect ratio of sauce to cheese and the right crisp. I grew up here in LHP. Glad to have a really great pizza place to walk to now. Any good reviews were previous owners New owners have destroyed this business. They have zero knowledge and will be out of business soon. I dont know if it is a pre-made crust or just some kind of press but it's like chuck e cheese or carnival or ball park pizza. It's fake. See picture. Like children playing restaurant. Ufff...very greasy pizza. The flavor is actually very good...but if you're trying to avoid having a heart attack in the next 50 years then a healthier option might be suitable. The pizza here is very close to authentic NYC style pizza...just way greasier than anything I've ever had before. I waited until I had been back a few times before writing this review. An 18" one topping pizza will set you back $20 without tax or tip. In this day and age of $5 pizzas this is actually pretty average price for non-chain large pizzas. Why the third star? Good service. I call in my orders for pickup and am usually told 20 minutes. 20 minutes after I hang up I have my pizza in hand. The kids working there are also hygienic and well mannered. I suggest you roll the dice on this one. read more

We have been ordering pizza from Amelias since we moved to lighthouse point 2 years ago. It was an amazing discovery just a half mile from our house. We have ordered from them regularly. At least 3 -4 times a month. Unfortunately, things have changed. We just ordered our usual pizza and when we both took our first bite we realized something wasn't normal. We noticed the cheese was very different. Not stringy nor melted. We knew they changed something. I called to ask and she wasn't sure about the change but did say they had new owners. Well there ya have it. It's obvious they changed to a much cheaper cheese as well as the dough. What a shame. Not our "fav" anymore. UPDATE: One would think after reaching out (emailing) to Amelias about our order they would have responded. Not the case. I guess customers (ex) opinions are not their concern. Too bad. read more

We went to Amelia's Brooklyn Pizza and it was super super cool! Clean spot! Really great service!

The pizza and the wings are my favorite! Is one of the cleanest pizza places i've ever been, all the sauces are homemade, marinara, vodka... they also made the dough ! The reason why is lil mark is because when the dough is recently fresh is so soft so it kind of melts into the marks of the metal trade where they put it... All pizzas are made w so much love, is great to try some of the ones w toppings. They gonna come out w a soup special that is prepared by them ! So delicious read more

Let me first say my 3 star rating is Based on I'm from Brooklyn and know what Brooklyn pizza should look and taste like! Needles to say I was disappointed, when I paid extra for pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese, what was presented was borderline ridiculous! I have a no return policy on food, so I just accepted and left! I would say although it did not look like true Brooklyn pizza, no cheese and thick crust, fold ratio and grease zero! It was tasty! As pizza goes, give it an e for effort! Will I return, debatable on this one. read more
