It was a little farther away than I'd like, but I didn't care. My daughter wanted good pizza, and you guys here on Yelp said this pizza was great. So off we go. We got there at about 5:30, and the place was actually kind of empty, which I was glad to see. There was no line, and we didn't have to wait, but it gave me a second thought. Maybe this isn't as good a place as I thought it would be. We ordered a large pizza with three different meats and a couple of fountain drinks, and I was a little surprised that the bill came to $50 for a single pizza. It was a large, so that's what they charge. Anyway, only a few minutes later, the pizza arrived, and you could tell by looking at it that it was already special. It was as close to New York pizza as I can remember, since I haven't been to New York in the last 10 years, but I was born and raised there and ate pizza throughout my growing‑up years--period. The crust was crisp and thin. The cheese was ample but not too heavy, and the meats were generous and evenly distributed. We dug in right away and can't believe we almost finished the entire pizza. I read a review today and had never heard of that Pizza joint, so I put an uber eats order in for a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich and few other items. My order traveled over 6 Miles and arrived in great shape, hot and delicious. The Roll was a winner, and TOP PRIZE was the chicken. Cooked perfectly, Fresh Prepared, The Sauce tasted great and overall easy to eat. I will certainly order again. Came to the pizza joint on a Sunday afternoon around 12:35 p.m. It's a decent size inside, there is plenty of seating, looks really cool overall. George helped us with our order and was so incredibly kind and generous. We ordered the plant mood sandwich, the Caesar cutlet sandwich, fried ravioli, one slice of pizza and two fountain drinks. The fried ravioli was divine. For $10 I would like to see at least two more pieces added because you only get four, but the quality was fantastic. I'm not a big fan of marinara sauce and I was ready to drink it it was so good. A good amount of cheese on the inside, not fried too hard, was the perfect appetizer. The sandwiches we ordered came in pizza bread which is so unique. The Caesar cutlet was great, nice Caesar flavor, the chicken cutlet was nice and thin and fried to perfection. I do wish there was a little bit more dressing, I'll probably get extra on the side next time. The plant mood is a wonderful option for vegetarians, super cheesy! We just got a classic cheese slice, because while we technically came for the sandwiches on pizza bread, we wanted to actually try the pizza. Had a beautifully baked undercarriage, not too floppy, not too saucy, not too cheesy, it was a superb slice of pizza. With everything we ordered, our total came to only $55.50. I genuinely think that is a steal. I hope that this business does amazing things, I will absolutely be back because they also have pizza by the slice and I'm dying to try Becca's Roni! Friendly staff, very small inside but this is conveyor belt pizza, might as well be frozen pizza. Pizza cooked on a conveyor belt is not delicious pizza, very disappointing. The sauce tasted as it was canned, asked for extra cheese which I don't think was applied, if it was you couldn't tell. Not worth the money, you should skip this place. read more

Friendly service and yummy pizza. The restaurant is very clean. There are a lot of black-and-white photos on the wall. There's a few tables inside, as we were sitting and enjoying our lunch, there were a lot of takeout orders being picked up. I had a 12 inch pizza with hot honey, and my friends had a Stromboli and crispy chicken salad. I enjoyed the thin crust pizza. The menu also includes hot and cold heroes and Philly cheesecake sandwiches. There are lunch specials, Monday - Friday. They have several specialty pies or you can build your own. TLDR: Yummy pizza, fast and friendly service, clean restaurant! We stopped in for dinner recently with high hopes because That Pizza Joint has a whopping 5-stars on Google Maps. They did not disappoint! The inside of the restaurant is small - three tables and some bar stools. We got lucky and sat at the only two seater table in the back near the soda fountain. Our order consisted of a large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and two fountain drinks. The pies were reasonably priced and for the size of the garlic knots - holy cow - they were only $5 for 6 HUGE knots! Gotta say I'm grateful I live in a city with a lot of pizza places. And for the record john the Baker in Coral Springs and Costa's Greek pizza and eatery in Pompano Beach are my top two favorites. However, wanted to support a local restaurant in my community and so glad that I tried this place out! First of all I have a medical marijuana card so with joint in their name that was a plus! Second their pizza was delicious! Hubby and I got half cheese and the other side was half meatball with ricotta. What I loved was the meatball were thinly sliced not chunks and the ricotta was seasoned! I am so excited that I can walk to this place or better yet grab a pie or additional food when I'm getting my nails done next-door! This was an amazing place to have my craving for pizza fulfilled. I Was in the area and I was looking for a place to eat and lo and behold. I found this place under Google. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by George who was just a phenomenal person. George greeted me with a smile and a very warm welcome. I had the chicken Parm pizza and it was just delicious. So just FYI, you can order pizza by the slices or have the whole pizza itself. I enjoyed the food, I enjoyed the customer service, most of all. I wish more restaurants had folks like George. Ordered through Uber Eats, the food looked great. I ordered the 12" Strictly Business and 6 garlic knots (they were great). The only issue with the pizza was that the underside was overcooked, to the point where I could taste the burnt"ness" in every bite. I have had wood-fired and other styles of pizza, so I know what a over cooked bottom looks like. The pizza edges were the proper color, but the bottom was definitely overdone. I will give this place a second chance, but if it's burnt again, that will be the last time. read more

Not bad. Decent pizza, good service with the young lady working the counter. I think the food was overpriced but so is their big brother restaurant next door, the fish joint. I do go there as well. Again. Solid food and service. Just a little expensive. I understand the upcharge on the fish joint considering it's seafood. But for pizza...... for this to be the go to pizza joint in the neighborhood. Good luck. My guess is they will justify the prices based on "other places" in the area, but I don't think they are "them"and they shouldn't be. Better than NY Pizza. We are from NY and this pizza topped it. We were able to sit outside and enjoy a delicious lunch. We had a large party with orders of fries, a slice, 2 calzones, the ricotta/sliced meatball pizza, pizza fries, and a meatball Parmesan sub.
