I ordered online, strolled in, and my bag of food was already waiting like it had been saving me a seat at the table. Efficiency like that deserves its own Yelp star. The pasta fagioli? A little thin, like it forgot to bulk up. The bleu cheese dressing? Same story--lacked its usual thickness and pop of flavor, like it needed a pep talk. But then came the baked ziti with eggplant... cheesy, saucy, bubbling with flavor. Honestly, if comfort food could text, it would've sent me a heart emoji right then and there. And the garlic rolls. My goodness. Soft, fluffy, absolutely smothered in garlic. These weren't side items--they were the main event. Forget background singers, they were the star... the Taylor Swift of garlic rolls. I would come back for the service alone. Super welcoming and sweet staff. We told them it was our first time and they brought fresh garlic rolls and even let me try the soup, all were very good and tasty. We got a large cheese pizza, which was crispy and kid approved. ( sorry forgot to get a picture) Great kids menu, super kid friendly. We also had to try an entree so we go the classic chicken parm with a salad. All were excellent, we will definitely be back. For dinner, my family ordered a large pizza with ricotta & mushrooms well done and thin. Moving on with this review, the pizza was pretty good. For starters, the sauce had a nice robust san marzano tomato flavor. The pizza itself had a decent cheese to sauce ratio, and that slightly chew/bite to it. We were a bit disappointed that the mushrooms they used were canned and not fresh. In addition, I thought the crust could've been crispier. Despite this, we enjoyed our pizza; and before I forget, the service was extremely friendly! Both management and servers really make you feel at home. Overall, I'd be open to coming back here and trying the entrees. My verdict for Pepperoni Grill for now is a 3.8/5. read more

Our server was congenial and totally helpful (and patient) in taking care of our group of pickleball ladies looking for a good lunch venue. Many ordered their over-sized portions of pasta, lasagna, and specialty pastas. I loved my own selection of a super fresh, stacked salad full of sauteed mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant with a delicious honey mustard dressing. After having played on the courts this morning, I ate quickly, fully satisfied after pairing one of their soft rolls topped with melted butter and real garlic pieces. The delivery man said that my order was laying around until another order was ready to go because they're short on delivery staff and he has to wait. he had no receipt for me to sign. I spoke to MD who was quite rude and he asked me what I want him to do. I asked him what he thinks is the right thing to do. His response was "the next time you order"and then I stopped him and I told him there will not be a next time. I would never order from him again. He should've taken care of the situation right then and there either offered to take back this cold food and send me a hot meal or something to address the issue right then and there. This is not the first time I received cold food or the pizza was not well done last time. I ordered bread instead of fries and I still got fries and no bread. I have no complaints about this place. My wife went with a friend the day before and I sampled some of her food and it was so good I had to go back to get my own. I'm glad I did the food was just as good. Everything was made fresh to order from scratch and you could tell that it was. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza delivery on a Friday night to put down my hunger. A very pleasing lady answered the phone and took my order. They delivered as promised in about 45 minutes. Sad to write this since we are local and want to support local businesses. We decided to try a new place with my family, but unfortunately our dining experience was horrible and this is why! To start bathroom was so dirty Like haven't been clean for days.( pls clean the bathroom since it reflects how your kitchen is) We wanted to try a few different things so we ordered Deluxe and meats lover pizza. Our server highly recommended chicken parm so we also ordered that too. I have to say pizza was nothing special! Honestly there are a lot more pizza places that are better! BUT the chicken parm was UNEATABLE. The chicken was so old and dry that I felt I'm eating cartilage bone. So unchewable that Not even one bit was eaten! Since our server never bothered to check on us and ask about our food ( not because they were busy,... no! we were the ONLY one in the restaurant) I decided to tell them that his " highly recommended " food is actually really bad. He replied that yes sometimes is like that! ( if it's bad then why did you recommended !!!). Anyway, He didn't even offer to maybe replace it with something else or offer a dessert or take it out of check or anything like that.
