The food is absolutely amazing, and the service is consistently top-notch. Whether you're dining in or ordering takeout, everything is always perfect and ready right on time. They also offer delivery, which I've used several times when I didn't feel like driving, and it's just as impressive. The drivers are always pleasant and, without fail, on time--something that's hard to find these days. Their menu has a huge selection, and I've tried quite a few favorites. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich is incredible, the tuna melt is to die for, and their pizzas... honestly, there's nothing to compare. Every pie is outstanding. My kids absolutely love the chicken and mushroom calzone, and we can't leave without getting cannolis--they're insanely delicious (and a bit addictive--I usually grab three for myself!). On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes--you definitely get great value for your money. Anthony runs this place like a Swiss watch--everything is smooth, efficient, and done with care. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They have the best pizza slices. They're thin and crispy and their cheese isnt overly salty like a lot of places. It's more of a takeout spot and than a sit down restaurant but there are a couple stools inside. For best results eat your pizza right away while it's still crispy. This was my first time at Annie's Pizza located in the Town Shoppes of Margate. This pizzeria offers the following: * Pizza (specialty, gluten, & slices) * Cold & hot subs * Appetizers & sides * Soups & salads * Calzones & strombolis * Entrees & pasta dinners * Gyros/chicken wings/desserts * Daily sub & lunch specials * Cold beverages & catering I was nicely greeted by a male employee who took my order of a medium pepperoni pizza (extra charge for additional toppings) and ten bbq wings. I'm not gonna lie, some of the menu items are pricey. Waiting time was about 20 minutes. There are adequate stool seating inside the business and a few table seating outside. Once I received my food, I took a quick peek. The pizza looked pretty good. The crust was soft and baked to a golden brown. Topped with a flavorful sauce, melted cheese, and crispy pepperoni slices. Usually I'm complaining about the size of the wings from pizza places, but these wings were worth $16. After sampling one, I could tell it was fried first then covered in a sweet & tangy bbq sauce. WOW! DELICIOUS! Annie's is an institution and we've ordered from them for decades. Instead of going out this Saturday night to wait inline somewhere we ordered from Annie's and it was AWESOME. The Chicken Parmesan is the best in town. Ordering an extra order of their meatballs (which I think should have their own store) made this an Italian feast. Annie's went downhill the past year. Even though the slices are large they use cheap cheese. It was sliding off the top like thin ice no depth to it when I ate outside n delivery a while back. I don't order pizza from them anymore I use to order slices only Actually I'll never order there again I had wings delivered n they were cold n hard last week. I don't live far from there I called n told the manager n she said they were fresh. They have the worst delivery person. Tall man older n he takes so long. I know he eats the food that's why I don't order salads or pasta dinners. Or a sub. I do Instacart I ordered subs 2 times in one week. I noticed the second time meat was missing then I knew it was the delivery person. I would not lie. Absolutely phenomenal. All 4 times I've been here. People are cool and nice, and good at what they do. Pizza with ricotta cheese is absolutely to die for. This place puts all the other local spots from Margate to Pompano beach to shame. Birthday celebration extravaganza! Partner wanted pizza delivered for his birthday. This place did not disappoint. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with direction for crust to be crisp not burnt. Made to perfection. The sauce was great, the pepperoni wasn't stingy and the cheese melted just how we like it. Ordered garlic knots as well. Delicious! Delivery was on time and handed with a smile. Been going by this place for years. Decided to give it a try. Ordered the Sicilian pizza and the antipasto to go. The antipasto was typical of those found in the area. Good but not great. Good size. The Pizza was a 12 cut and was very tasty. I thought their sauce tasted very fresh. I added sausage to the topping and sausage was good if a little sparse. I was on my way to work and was craving a salad. My coworker ordered from them a few weeks ago and said it wasn't bad. It's a takeout establishment with a few bar stool seats around the window. There's no doubt they make a great pizza... and the food is also very good... so why the 4 stars? There's something about the attitude of the gals behind the counter. Maybe it's because I always tap 'no' to the tip request. (but not too friendly even before) i.e. (no embellishment) I walk in. Me: "Hi, can I have ________________?" Them: "Will that be all?" Me: "Yes thanks" Them: "That's $36.00" That's it! That's the whole exchange. Then... I'm hit with the 'TIP' screen. I tap 'NO TIP' Am I supposed to give a 20%? (ADD $7 MORE to my order) For WHAT? But that's not the only problem here. Now I get the silent treatment and the blank looks... you know they're pissed. Even when they handed me my order... They didn't even look me in the face and gave me the script line that had to say as they turned their head.... "have a nice day." They could barely get it out of their mouth as they turned away abruptly. My advise to Annie's... get rid of that BS tip screen. I'm not the only one. I know a 1/2 dozen of your customers who are saying the same thing. Or... get rid of those pleasant folks you hire. Why the hell, in these hard times, should any be pressured into adding 5, 6 or 7 dollars more to already inflated food costs? Annie's Pizza consistently churns out great food. Pizza and stromboli is where the menu really shines. The dough is flavorful, fluffy, and usually has just the right amount of crisp. The marinara sauce is bright and fresh-tasting. They almost always evenly distribute their toppings across the pizza and use good quality ingredients. I highly recommend adding ricotta to your pizza - it's seasoned perfectly and the texture is divine. I think for Annie's to get the full five stars they'd have to make some small improvements to the pasta (make the Alfredo sauce more flavorful) and the Caesar salad (dressing needs to be more garlicky & citrusy). My wife was in the labor and delivery room for a few days and after we got tired of the hospital food we wanted pizza! This spot was down the street so we ordered 2 days in a row. The delivery was quick and correct. We liked the pepperoni pizza. The second day I ordered cheese sticks and the chicken tenders with fries. The cheese sticks were very salty but with the marinara sauce it was tolerable. They were lukewarm though which was disappointing. The tenders and fries were perfect though. We also ordered a 2 liter bottle of soda which was cold and fresh. They're out of my area so I probably won't visit again but would still recommend them for those in their area to try. "A little slice of heaven". That is the only way I can describe the slice I had today at Annie's. Yes, I can't believe it myself. I am reviewing a place based on one single slice. True, I was famished (3:30pm & no lunch!) and this slice was an unexpected, spur of the moment purchase. Maybe that has to do with how splendid it tasted. However, in retrospect, it was pizza just the way, I like it: thin, crispy crust, a nice amount of grande cheese, with the perfect cheese ratio to sauce. The slice was served very hot but not scalding. The slice was huge, almost the size of two slices. Yes, there was a bit of oil on the top, but that was easily taken care of with the quick dab of a napkin! It was delicious and filling. Just perfect! Funny, I walk by Annie's at least twice a month as I have a customer in the same shopping center. I have read positive reviews about their pizza and other items but I had never yet succumbed. Now I might be in trouble. Although I always bring my lunch or have lunch meetings I am now curious about the other food I have read about. I've had pizza from several places in this area, but the one I keep coming back to is Annie's. This no-frills pick-up and delivery joint really knows how to make a great slice. Driving into the plaza off 441, Annie's is located on the north end, behind the Taco Bell. It's an unassuming place, with a few bar stools for seating. It's clean, and you can easily see their food prep area. The employees have never struck me as particularly friendly, but I'm not in there long. One slight pet peeve is that they put a to-go slice on a plate and into a paper bag, rather than in a small box. On my latest visit, it was pouring down rain, and the paper bag got drenched and stuck to the pizza inside. I get that boxes are probably expensive, but I found this to be a little annoying considering other places provide them. By the time I get home, all is mostly forgiven, because this is one darn good piece of pizza. I ask for it to be extra hot, so it can still taste hot and fresh by the time I get home. It's generously sized, where 1 slice here is a good 1.5 slices elsewhere. It's got a good ratio of sauce to cheese, with fresh ingredients and a great crust that is neither too doughy nor crispy. While they have specials that give you two slices for $6, one is plenty filling for me. read more

I have been getting take out from here for years. You wouldn't really want to eat in because there is just a counter with stools. The last time I was in the food quality had really slipped. I ordered the baked ziti and there was no sauce on it. It was just a dry noodle with cheese baked on top. I saw a sign on the door looking for a pizza chef so I don't know if they lost their regular cook.
