Garbage pie... unappealing name, yet it's tasty & flavorful
Jo H.

Like I stated in another review, it is hard to decide what I want to eat and the majority of the restaurants are closed whenever I get done working the night shift. Pizza Piez is a life saver when it comes to late night food. It was pretty busy when I arrived. Patrons were enjoying their pizza slices and the casual ambiance. After greeting the male employee behind the counter, I placed an order for a smash burger and fries. I was also thinking about getting some wings, but changed my mind after hearing how much it costs now...the menu price has increased. It is what it is, but that's ok, I'll get them another time. Instead I chose to get an oreo mousse pie. My order was quickly prepared and I couldn't wait to dig in. The smash burger was delicious! It consisted of two smashed patties with caramelized onions, yellow American cheese, and burger sauce. I managed to get a few bites of the burger in while also gobbling down some fries. The oreo mousse pie was decadent and creamy. I'm not much of a fan of oreo cookies, but this was delightful.

Tried the cheese with chicken cutlets. Got the extra crispy crust this time. Think I prefer the regular crust since it's already crispy. Pizza was good. Size small is good for two people. Still big.

Sausage, Mushroom, pineapple, onion. A Great Slice. Open late. 2:00am weekdays-3:00am fri-sat.

I have ordered delivery at least 40+ times over the years. Reliable, consistent spot for late night cravings. Open 2:00am Nightly, 3:00am weekends. I have tried many items, some I like some I don't but what I have found is the Pizza and hot sandwiches are great choices. Never had any issues from the restaurant. So far so good.

This is a nice, friendly neighborhood pizza spot. The service was good and friendly, and the pizza tasted good. The place is in a little plaza. It was easy to find. It has an outdoor sitting area and a colorful indoor sitting area. The place has a nice welcoming atmosphere. When you walk in, they have the different types of pizzas displaid in a counter. They sell pizza by the slice and pie. The combinations displayed look so good. It was hard to choose one. They only do the thin crust. I got the Barioni. It's the pepperoni pizza with pesto and a mixture of yummy cheese. Visually, that was a good-looking pizza. It has beautiful colors. That pizza combination sounded so good to me, and it was good. I would order it again. I also got garlic rolls that were very good and garlicky. Those desserts looked so good. They had cakes and two types of cannoli shells displayed. I only wish I had a bigger stomach. I was glad I discovered this place.

Tasty pizza, friendly staff, and clean place. My son loves pepperoni pizza and the lemonade! They also have kids sized meals and his favorite meatball pasta.

LOVED this place! We are staying in a local resort and wanted Italian at 9pm.... found this place in an online search and so glad we did. Decided to sit in and eat with the family in their trendy dining / table area. The food.... was AMAZING! We are from the New York area where we know GREAT pizza and Italian food.... the food at Pizza Piez definitely compares! Ordered half plan, half pepperoni classic pie and was fantastic.... came out HOT with tons of cheese, lots of pepperoni slices on top and a crust that was not too thick and cooked just right. Also ordered a chicken pa sandwich... the roll was so fresh that it almost 'appeared' to be made right there at the time of ordering (doubt that but it tasted amazing and I'm not a roll expert lol). The chicken cutlet was NOT flat/tough like many places, but rather thick and juicy with plenty of sauce. And the sauce... it was sooo good.... the perfect flavor and a tad sweetness. We also had an order of fettuccini Alfredo which came out very hot.... it was even still hot when we packed the leftovers to go! So good and a lot. My daughter had a lasagne dish... layers of goodness. They brought us over some garlic knots, nothing like I've had before in NY... and I LOVED them. They weren't the traditional knots with the hard exterior... these seemed to be hand made, fresh, fluffy perfection. Soooo if you are in the area and looking for really good food, by an excellent cook and friendly staff.... THIS is the place!!! THANK YOU PIZZA PIEZ CREW!!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Horrible quality!! I paid for extra cheese and when the pizza was delivered, there was more sauce than cheese...flavor, quality, texture, everything was 0/10. Would give 0 stars if possible

Simple but nice atmosphere, ample parking, and friendly staff. They have a large menu with something for everyone, daily specials along w happy hour specials, 2 slices and a drink for under $10. The pizza was cooked properly , good dough and sauce with homemade toppings. You can mix and match your slices and they can add toppings to the traditional cheese slices. They are open till 2am so a great place for a late night bite. So far we ate wings and pizza both were good and we will be back ! They have Sandwiches, dinners, pizza, calzones, appetizers and more! Reasonably priced with generous portions is always a plus!

(Rhyme somewhat intentional). Brusco's is located in a small strip plaza on Federal Highway. There's plenty of parking, and the restaurant is unassuming from the outside. When we entered, our waitress, Sue, greeted us kindly and let us choose our table. Brusco's has a sizable menu with an excellent price point. I believe most of the entrées come with your choice of salad or soup. Be sure to check out the specials menu hanging by the door as there were lots of excellent offerings. In fact, I went with one of the specials, Lemon ricotta pappardelle pasta. The pasta is made in house, and you can tell it is fresh upon the first bite. The sauce was light, and the dish was presented beautifully. My husband went with the eggplant Parmesan, and he ordered a reasonably-priced side of sausage. (A diner sitting next to us, told us that the owner and chef makes his own sausages on site..) His eggplant came with a choice of pasta. He was very pleased with his dish. The portions were quite generous, and we were able to take leftovers home for lunch the next day. Sue was very attentive and made our meal quite enjoyable. We will be happily adding Brusco's to our restaurant rotation when in the mood for Italian food.

But that being said I feel it totally ridiculous to be charging the patron eight dollars to park in the lot that belongs to them. I can't understand the happy hour menu being more than the regular menu. For example, if eggplant rollatini is $10 for happy hour price for one and $16 regular price for two. What would stop two people to order the regular menu and split it it would be four dollars less than the happy hour menu. The menu prices were ridiculous priced for the amount of food that was received specially pasta. Everything that we ordered was so salty that it ruined the flavor of each dish. Not only that I will try to forward pictures at 6:30 at the restaurant on this evening and show you. We were the only table in the restaurant. The waiter couldn't even pour the olive oil in our side plate didn't even offer us pepper or cheese and when I asked for the pepper, he just handed me a pepper and salt shaker on the table. I can expect this in a diner, but not a high-end restaurant. This is a restaurant more geared Tourist not the locals who live here all year long. For an Italian restaurant, the wine list was not as complete as the surrounding restaurants in that area. I wish them the best of luck, but they really need to rethink the menu and maybe next time or when you do have time to work with the chef on flavoring dishes
