I can't tell you how many times we have driven by this place over the years and never stopped in…read more We were on the hunt for a reasonable Italian restaurant located nearby., and once again, Yelp was of great help. (Rhyme somewhat intentional). Brusco's is located in a small strip plaza on Federal Highway. There's plenty of parking, and the restaurant is unassuming from the outside. When we entered, our waitress, Sue, greeted us kindly and let us choose our table. Brusco's has a sizable menu with an excellent price point. I believe most of the entrées come with your choice of salad or soup. Be sure to check out the specials menu hanging by the door as there were lots of excellent offerings. In fact, I went with one of the specials, Lemon ricotta pappardelle pasta. The pasta is made in house, and you can tell it is fresh upon the first bite. The sauce was light, and the dish was presented beautifully. My husband went with the eggplant Parmesan, and he ordered a reasonably-priced side of sausage. (A diner sitting next to us, told us that the owner and chef makes his own sausages on site..) His eggplant came with a choice of pasta. He was very pleased with his dish. The portions were quite generous, and we were able to take leftovers home for lunch the next day. Sue was very attentive and made our meal quite enjoyable. We will be happily adding Brusco's to our restaurant rotation when in the mood for Italian food.

The food is truly an elevated dining experience, with every detail thoughtfully executed. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and already look forward to coming back to try more of the menu. Sue is always so welcoming, attentive, and kind, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is quaint and intimate, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal.

Went with a large party last week for my father's 85th birthday and it was amazing. The chef and owner came out to chat with us about his menu and welcome us. Every dish we ordered was perfection. I had the bollonaise with meatballs.....delicious. My father had the seafood pasta....he loved it. Several others had the branzino.....all loved. And to think that we drove down from Jupiter.....well worth it. Would definitely come b back and can't thank them enough for making my father's 85th so special.

I ordered the Tomato Cream Gnocchi and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean Combo. No exaggeration but this was the best gnocchi I've ever had. The dish changed my view on gnocchi and I'm now a converted fan. The texture was pillow soft with a bit of spring. The magic of this dish is how simple yet delicious it is. I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

The veal chop was spot on and had the pleasure of sampling some friends dishes and everything was on point. Side portions were enough to share with a few people for sure. Just be sure to save room for the butter cake! Definitely will be going back here.

But that being said I feel it totally ridiculous to be charging the patron eight dollars to park in the lot that belongs to them. I can't understand the happy hour menu being more than the regular menu. For example, if eggplant rollatini is $10 for happy hour price for one and $16 regular price for two. What would stop two people to order the regular menu and split it it would be four dollars less than the happy hour menu. The menu prices were ridiculous priced for the amount of food that was received specially pasta. Everything that we ordered was so salty that it ruined the flavor of each dish. Not only that I will try to forward pictures at 6:30 at the restaurant on this evening and show you. We were the only table in the restaurant. The waiter couldn't even pour the olive oil in our side plate didn't even offer us pepper or cheese and when I asked for the pepper, he just handed me a pepper and salt shaker on the table. I can expect this in a diner, but not a high-end restaurant. This is a restaurant more geared Tourist not the locals who live here all year long. For an Italian restaurant, the wine list was not as complete as the surrounding restaurants in that area. I wish them the best of luck, but they really need to rethink the menu and maybe next time or when you do have time to work with the chef on flavoring dishes
