do not go here I came in for a simple screen replacement and within three weeks, the screen separated from my iPhone 11 and flew off into the street. When I went in there to have it repaired, they literally told me that my warranty was void because was cracked. I said the screen is only cracked because you installed it in properly and it flew off and went about 15 feet down Broad Street a cartwheel motion. I've had some issues with this place. I bought a car charger from them, and it didn't work in my car. I've never had any car charger not work at least the first time I plugged it in. They told me that it was probably my car and that they don't do returns. So I was out $10. Wonderful. I decided that I'd give them another try, because they were local and seemed to know their stuff. I sold them my old laptop in hopes to exchange it for repairs to a tablet. They told me that they could only offer me $35 for the laptop. I had absolutely no use for it and I never planned on doing anything with it, and I did want the tablet fixed asap, so I bit my tongue and accepted the offer. I didn't realize until I had left that the guy handed me a receipt for a $30 credit. Yeah, they shorted me $5. It gets worse. They never bothered to call me to tell me that the part was in for my tablet. I had to call them nearly two weeks later to find out it was in. When I went to give them the tablet for repair, I saw my old laptop in the front case with a price tag of $219 on it. So they not only shorted me $5, but are looking for an 86% profit from it(*)? Especially when the repairs were gonna cost me $110? The tablet was fixed quickly and so far I haven't seen any issues with it. Only issue I had was that I gave it to them with dead battery, and they gave it back to me with a dead battery- so my confidence that they tested it out is very low. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because they do have good customer service, seem very busy which would explain the lack of communication- something I can forgive, and the owner and staff are very knowledgeable and explain things very well. The storefront is absolutely tiny, but they have a good selection of products to choose from. Prices are a bit higher than I feel like they should be for used equipment and repair services, but they're reasonable enough to live with given that they are so close to me. You should definitely shop around before committing to anything. (*)To the owners of BWW: Come on, yall. I've been in sales before. I know how it works. You couldn't live with a .77 margin by giving me $50 credit for the laptop? If you made repairs to it, and maybe added some memory or something, that's cool, but you should tell me that's what you may have to do in order to sell it. Perhaps label the laptop as having new memory or battery or something- not that I think yall did that. It may not work well for other customers, but even telling me "So the resale value of this will likely be around $___. Store policy allows an offer of 25% of the sale price which is $__." would probably earn my respect and trust a lot faster. Just something to think about for the future. Good luck to you. read more

Can't speak to other things but I can speak on their cell phone repair services. I cracked my LG L9 over the weekend and brought my phone in around 3-3:30. The turn around was very quick. I got it back at 6:30 and I'm very satisfied. Looks and works like new. The biggest plus is that they do screen repair on phones other than the iPhone and Galaxy. I'd recommend calling first as well. They can give you a quote and turn around time if you ask. read more

My partner really wanted a Mac but before we spent a grand on a new one I wanted to find an inexpensive one he could try out since he never used one prior. We saw their ad on Craigslist and went in knowing what we wanted. The sales person was upfront about not knowing anything about it since the Mac tech wasn't there. He did spend almost an hour with us for a $90 used Mac. Great customer service!! Will return in the future. read more

I absolutely had the worst experience here, and for that I doubt I ever come back. I came to get my screen replaced only everything else with the phone was fine, when I came to pick my phone up I was unable to get into my phone at all. The white guy or should I say "glorified cashier" because he knew absolutely nothing about phones wants to debate and argue with me about my phone saying I wasn't talking on it when I dropped it off,(why would I replace the screen if I couldn't use the phone?) although I called from the phone to get the address to the business. He conveniently forgot that tho. Needless to say I stayed in there for over a hour debating with him and ultimately had to take my phone to the provider and have the entire phone replaced wasted my money and time. After a long day calling around looking for someone to fix my iPhone 8plus due to me cracking the back of my phone .i found out about this place. I called they gave me a reasonable price, but here's where the day get crazy , they didn't have my rose gold back,I went to pick my phone up once turning my phone on my passcode wasn't working .after trying several times I went back in the store cursing going off. I thought someone hacked my phone etc after we both calm down I realize I was putting my password in wrong not to mention after myself and the owner calmed down he was able to find my rose gold back so I can get my phone fix .I left for 45 minutes return back to the store with my phone being fix. 12/26/12- I took my sister's Iphone 4S for a simple screen repair. The cost was $75 dollars which I thought was a great deal since Apple charged $200 and other screen replacment services costs $115. The guy that helped me was nice; I assume the manager. The technician had been running late coming back from trip but I didn't have a probablem wating. It took longer than expected but when the phone was "repaired" it LOOKED fine..... WELL... I get this e-mail from my sister early this morning.... 12/27/12 "My alarm went off this morning at 6:45am and then I hear a click click and thing smelled like smoke. Still smells burnt. I dont know what they did last night to fix the screen, but its worst than it was. It wont even turn on. It is so bizarre. Could you call the place we went to last night to tell him what happened, please? I dont know what to do :( So I called the place this morning and it just went to a voicemail box to a cell phone. Well I guess I learned my lesson. Just pay the extra money and get it done right or you'll end up paying twice as much when all is said and done. So don't waste your time with these amateurs. Seriously not worth the time or money. Now, I have got to go to Apple and pray the insurance will still cover it. Deductible is $200 there plus the $75 I lost in this effort with Broadway Wireless.... NOT HAPPY. read more

I would probably rate this company a 0 if I could. I got my screen fixed and first, the home button was not properly fixed onto the phone. So I brought it back to be fixed and it was never actually fixed as in it constantly sticks or moves around. The screen they put on is a cheap, fake apple screen. I would press one button on my phone such as an app icon and something completely different would pop up. If there was any type of oil or perspiration on my fingers, even simply heat, the buttons wouldn't work at all. ALSO, I pulled my phone out of my pocket one day and the whole thing was cracked!! I didn't even drop it or anything! The service was poor and I would recommend you save your time and money by going somewhere with much better quality screens and service. read more

This place will scam and lie to you. I took my phone with a cracked screen to them. I asked several times if they were using 100% real Apple replacement glass; they looked me in the eye and told me yes it's "genuine" more than once. I immediately started having problems with the screen freezing up so I took it back within their "30 day warranty" period only to be turned away and told it was not the screen but that my "motherboard was broken". Then a week later I barely hit the screen and it shattered. I took it to a real Apple repair store and was told I was sold a 100% fake knock-off glass (they even showed me the proof), they said there was nothing wrong with my motherboard and that it was defiantly their faulty screen. They lied to my face about the quality of their product, and they refused to replace their faulty screen even though it was within their 30 days period. I flushed $90 down the toilet going to this business. Buyer be warned. Pay the extra money and go to a "real" repair store. I've had zero problems with my broken "motherboard" since. read more
