Super scammy location, avoid at all costs. Went in to potentially have a SIM card replaced. Associate started in trying to sell us a new program and/or new phone. A deluge of unnecessary confusion to make a very long story short. Followed by another confusing deluge of emails so we're still not sure what was done, if anything to our program. Went to a bigger Verizon location for help which was given, but definitely considering changing carriers as they all try to upsell you to some degree and were still not sure if our program was effed with or not but you can BEST BELIEVE we are going to get to the bottom of the situation! I am absolutely appalled by the experience my friend had at this Verizon location on Friday, February 26. The level of unprofessionalism, cruelty, and outright meanness displayed by one of your employees was beyond unacceptable. My friend, a paying Verizon customer, was simply following standard procedure by handing over her ID when asked. Instead of processing the request professionally, the employee looked at her ID, then at her, and said, "You look different." My friend, caught off guard, responded, "Okay." Then, in an absolutely disgusting and inappropriate moment, the employee said, "You used to be prettier." And to top it off? They shrugged and added, "Sorry. It's true." Are you kidding me? What kind of business allows their employees to insult customers to their faces? This isn't just unprofessional--it's mean-spirited, demeaning, and completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. This employee should not be working in a role that requires any level of professionalism or human decency, because clearly, they lack both. I sincerely hope Verizon takes immediate action to address this. If this is how your staff feels they can treat customers, then you can be sure I will never recommend Verizon to anyone and will make sure others know exactly what kind of treatment they might receive. How about negative 5 stars..... I went in to upgrade a line and was completely lied too. I was told I would get a free upgrade and a free tablet with the upgrade only having to pay the tax on the products. I asked multiple times if this would change my bill and was told it wouldn't the monthly amount would remain the same. The sales rep was completely deceitful. I checked the bill the next day and it increased $150 a month and she added a new line for the tablet. Go to the Forest Hill location they actually have their act together and will guide you in the right direction. Don't waste your time here. read more

Would give a negative number if I could! Horrible, horrible customer service. I have spent hours on the phone with people who seem to have no idea about what services they provide. I spent over 3 hours running around town to a Verizon store because the customer service representative gave me the wrong information. I turned off my cell phone on 5/17/22 but they said it wasn't paid off until 5/28/22. Maybe it took them awhile to process it, but I don't think I should have to pay. The customer service rep I spoke to insisted it wasn't turned off until 5/28/22. Verizon must be really mixed up because their text messaging service keeps sending me messages that I need to reinstate my account. Never in a million years. I get much better service from another carrier and my bill is $30 a month lower. read more

Not happy. I bought a MIFI from this store and signed a 2-year contract. My reason for getting it was for travel and on my first trip that I needed it (Mexico), it didn't work, even though I was told in advance that Mexico is included in my domestic plan. I called Verizon and they said if I take it back to the store within 45 days, the store manager could authorize cancelling my contract without paying the $175 cancel fee. The usual policy is 14 days but Verizon said they could override it. The store manager was on vacation, and the associate, while friendly, would not authorize it even though I got Verizon on the phone to say they could do it. So, I ate the $175 cancel fee as would have been better than paying nearly $400/year for a service I don't need. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 as the guy was at least nice. Had they agreed to cancel and waive the fee, they would have had a customer in me moving forward. Short sighted. read more

The staff at this store is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They're very good at assessing needs and then suggesting appropriate devices and phone plans. Ok the tablet was defective. Called Verizon they told me to take it back and get a coupon for a new one at the real Verizon store. When I went to wireless zone they (Hector) refused to give me the coupon and said they would order one for me . They said it would be here in a few days . Five days later they call and said I need to come back there again and get a coupon and go the the real Verizon store to get my tablet replace! It really seems as though they go out of the way to make things as inconvenient as possible. Run don't walk away from this place. read more

There was no wait, and I was immediately greeted when I came in. They had what I was looking for and were great with signing me up for services and telling me about the deals they had going on. They were quick, polite and hassle free, which I feel is rare these days! Logged back into Yelp after yeaaaaars just to write a review of the OUTSTANDING service I received at this Wireless Zone. My husband and I went in twice, first to get new phones and the second time to trade in our old phones for credit. Moiz helped us on both instances and he gave us hands-down the BEST service I've pretty much ever received anywhere. Patient, informative and extremely helpful. I was in this store a few days ago, on Memorial Day. I understand that you may not have your best staff working on a holiday, but I was really appalled at the lack of service. There wasn't a wait, so that was good, but the technician we worked with was impatient and unhelpful. I was there with my grandmother who needed to make some changes to her plan. I understand that it can be frustrating to work with those of the less-technologically savvy generation (my grandmother didn't remember her pin, etc.) but hey, that's part of what you get paid to do. We were told we needed to call the Verizon helpline to get our task done - what on earth? What are you here in this store for, then? Just to sell elderly ladies expensive phones that they don't need? (not this store, another one, but honestly it seems like that's all that Verizon cares about...once you are their customer they don't seem to give a rip). The technician even took a call on what appeared to be her personal cell phone before we were finished. The manager of this store would do well to train the staff in better customer care. read more

Today I had some mega weird phone problems and Moiz the manager was excellent at dealing with my lousy mood and trying to help fix my phone.
