Wow! I will never set foot in this store again which is a shame because I had been recommending one of their employees, I believe his name is Brandon, to multiple people. Jon and another employee need to be retrained as to how to deal with female customers. I'm not sure why I should have to tell anyone "no" three times when I am asked any question. I understand what insurance is, I understand what accidents are, and I understand the risk that I would be taking without insurance. I'll just order my phone online. I had phone trouble with a phone I bought there 6 months ago. Three employees were working with customers, three other customers were obviously waiting for help when I walked in. No employee said hello, "we'll be with you as soon as we can".... Nothing. A customer came in just to buy an accessory, no one said anything, he finally put it back after 5 minutes and left. Fortunately I was able to work out my phone issue while waiting so I was able to leave after 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. read more

Very impressed with the customer service and kindness of the store associates. We came in looking for potential upgrade for a phone and phone plan and we were immediately greeted by store associates. Brian immediately set us down and asked what we were looking for and explained in detail all of the plan options that they had available - as well as pricing. We told him our personal situation and what we were looking for and he had found an unlimited plan that was available for us that would work the best under their services. Unfortunately the plan was a little more expensive than we had looked at with other providers. While they couldn't change the prices that they had for their plans, they were still polite. We were still treated well- I am very impressed with the customer service that we received throughout the entire time. Even though we did not ultimately choose to go with AT&T were still very happy with the experience that we had in the store and would recommend visiting this store if you are looking for cell phone plans for families. I have had AT&T cell phone service for as long as I have had a cell phone. I always dread going into the store to have something looked at, because I have always been talked to like I was dumb and have been hassled to buy a new phone. Luckily, this was not the case last week. I was helped by a man named Brian ( I think, I know it starts with a B) and he was wonderful. My phone is old, I know, I paid 1 cent for it online almost two years ago. Yes, one cent. Some promotion or something. Anyway, every other time I have taken my phone in there, I am told "this is such an old phone", "this is last year's technology". "don't you want an iphone or a new phone?" Of course I want a new phone, but wanting one and being able to buy one are two different things! This time my phone was freaking out, kept giving me this error message and wouldn't let me call out, check email, nothing. B fixed it and was so knowledgeable about HTC phones. He DID NOT try to get me to buy a new phone. He had to wipe the phone, but since its not a nice Iphone or blackberry, I didn't care. he looked up my account and saw that I can get a new phone in October (yippee). I will definitely look for him next time I am in the store to help me pick out a new phone. And he did say that if i bought a new phone that day, by the time October rolled around, there would probably be something new and better out anyway! I really appreciated his candidness. read more

I made an appointment here the night before I planned to go in because I wanted to upgrade my phone. Immediately when I entered someone greeted me and told me they would be with me shortly. Five minutes later I was talking to Eric at a table. My mom's password wasn't working and instead of dismissing me they gave me a temporary password. I think Eric did an excellent job explaining the upgrade/ how to wipe my old phone. I left with an awesome new phone and a "I did it" attitude. Thanks AT & T! read more

Well to be honest this place should not even get a star. The manager is the most rudest guy. I bought this Samsung galaxy note this Friday which is like 2 days back. This phone just was heating up sitting in my pocket. And it was so so hot that i was scared of touching it When I brought it to the store he said that you need to duplicate the problem. And this problem happened so randomly I can't ask my phone to heat up again in front of him. As far as I understand it is the priority of customer service to provide customer satisfaction. They were rude and disrespectful. This is not a cheap phone... I just need a phone which works fine for the money I bought. So, Howard you need to be fired! read more

This is the worst place to get a phone. I walked in to upgrade my phone. As the employee went to "see if the had the phone in stock" some other guy came to greet us. He stated he was reviewing our bill and could help. This was odd as I never spoke to him. After being convinced that if I add a new line to the phone we would get a discount. This made no sense to me. I just wanted to upgrade my phone and now I am being told I have to add a number to get a discount. While this con artist is stealing from me here comes another, with a basket full of stuff I don't want. Now my bill is over $100 a month and every devise has had a $10 charge to the bill. This will hopefully be the next AT&T to close the doors. These employees are crooks and should be locked up. Never go here. read more

Do not let Derek help you. I went in twice, once before I got my new phone to turn on AT&T service on my temporary phone and get their price quote on the model I was eyeing, and the next after I got the model I wanted from the Samsung website to help me activate my phone service on the new one. The first time he did not help with my temporary phone because it was "too old" even though it was fully capable of having working service. He NEVER asked me what I wanted in a new phone or even asked me for my opinion on anything. All he did was try to sell me a galaxy A11 used-car-salesman-style, which was not the phone I wanted, and ignored me when I said I didn't like the size. When I mentioned the model I wanted, a galaxy s10e which is very highly rated on multiple websites and YouTube reviews, told me that it's a bad phone and won't last long, and continued to try to sell me the A11. At the end of the first visit, I gave up on getting a price quote and started to leave, and Derek emphasized his name, which I'm assuming he did all that just to get a sale under his name. The second time I visited, I was helped by Derek again, and he, albeit jokingly, teased me for not buying my new phone through him instead of the Samsung website a few too many times. When figuring out how to activate my AT&T service on the new phone, he would sit on his personal phone and not really do anything a couple times, so I would have to speak up and say, "so what do we do now?" just to get things moving along. We got my service activated, so I did get what I was hoping for in the visit. When I thanked him for helping and started to head out, he made a comment saying that my new phone won't last long, even though I have done research for months on this model, and the entire internet says it's a great phone. I don't appreciate the teasing, the snide comments, his lack of effort, or his lack of effort in listening to the customer. One might say I shouldn't take the teasing seriously, but I will once it starts to be a waste of time and becomes underlyingly discouraging. I'd only go back to the Willow Lawn location if I was helped by someone else. Apologies for the length of this review. read more

Stopped in at this location passing by to check out phones and get information to help me decide between the new Samsung or the New IPhone 7. Location not very busy which was great for me because I didn't have a lot of time. I was greeted and helped by Tara. She talked me through both phones, features, pros and cons. By the end I was buying the new IPhone 7 which of course was not in stock and had to be ordered. We did all the paperwork and fees and before I left my phone was ordered and being shipped to my house. I love when employees actually enjoy their job and not just there for a paycheck. The customer service is completely different! She was great and no complaints! read more

I'd be very wary of going to this location. I've been here twice recently and both sales associates, while friendly and polite, were completely unable to resolve my issues. The first issue involved updating my plan and paying my bill because text payment wasn't working. They "resolved" the issue, but two days later I got hostile calls from ATT saying my bill was still unpaid. My second visit was to resolve this issue. The sales rep successfully took my payment, but said that my plan hadnt been successfully updated on my previous visit. She "resolved" this issue and I left. Today while paying my bill I found out that she also had not updated my plan. I talked to a rep over the phone who hopefully straightened it all out. Suffice it say, that while the staff is friendly and try's to be helpful, they clearly don't have the knowledge or training to handle even routine issues. I imagine their are serious management issues at the store since the problems seem so widespread read more

Customer service at this store is terrible. I go to the Basking Robins close by and for that reason have been in this store twice and neither time got anything after going in. Never again I needed to upgrade my phone and add my daughter to my account, I had promised to get her the new Iphone so I wanted to order it , we knew we would be there for a wile and she needed to use the bathroom, "Why did I asked!! they looked at me like I was at the national bank asking to go in the safe" WE don't have a public restroom and if you need it you must go two doors down" and hope the nail salon lets you use theirs then go back and make your $300.00 purchase at this store. I was extremely disappointed with my customer service experience in this store. I went into the store one evening due to service interruption, after being told over the phone by call center representatives that there must be a problem with my phone because my account looked fine. I spoke with the manager on duty, Andre, in the store and after switching out my SIM card, and copying all my contacts so that I now have 2 of every contact entry, as well as implying that I was responsible for the malfunctioning card, it appeared that the service was working, and I left the store pleased that the problem had been fixed. However, 2 hrs later, the service was extremely shotty again. Furthermore, I also realized that my memory card was no longer in the phone. I called the store in the morning and was told by another employee that the phone lines had actually been flooded for days with service issues and that it was a network problem. I thanked him for enlightening me with this information and asked him to please look for my memory card in the store and that I would be in later to pick it up. When I arrived, Andre was on duty, and I let him know that he had forgotten to put the memory card back into my phone. His response was to look down at his phone and avoid eye contact and rudely tell me that he has no idea what I'm talking about, he would have had no reason to touch my memory card and that he's not willing to talk to me about it. So I have now lost 2 years worth of photos, and have double the amount of contacts that I should, when there was never anything wrong with my phone to begin with. I found it a completely unacceptable customer experience. read more
