Horrible service. New phone hasn't worked in three days. Still can't access my contacts or get it set up. Staff are ignorant and rude.

We tracked down the exact item we were looking for: an English cap (a flat scally cap) for my hubby!). We actually bought two! He loved them! We went to several stores before we spotted these! And they were only $14.99! Online we saw some that were over $50! We also found hubby a casual blazer for $12 on clearance! He also got some winter boots, a tie, and a sweater! The men's department had a pretty good selection! Even though it was his shopping spree, I picked up the coziest, fluffiest coat for me and some Baublebar earrings on sale! Hey, it's almost impossible to leave Target without a treasure or two! And if you need to grab a few groceries? Yeah! They got that!! Target has just about everything! One more thing... the manager and the cashier were both awesome! I'm a fan!

My impulse control also leaves the building, but the siren call of the Dollar Spot is too strong... This Target has some of the nicest employees I've ever encountered and that is saying something because I used to work for Disney! It's so nice to walk into such a well organized, sparkling clean store and be greeted by friendly faces. In the time of Covid, I've been trying to limit my time out and about until I can get my vaccine. Target's drive up pickup service is a god send. It is so easy to place an order and they bring it right out to your car in a matter of minutes. Magic! When I do have to go into the store, I feel pretty safe with all of the precautions in place. All employees are masked up and most customers are too. Returns are a breeze thanks to the efficient friendly front desk workers. I've also picked up online orders at the front desk when I needed to make a return. They did it all in one smooth transaction and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. With a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and all the knick knacks, gifts, and home supplies that you need, this Target has you covered.

I brought my vehicle to Audio Express to address an audio output issue. Following their initial…read morediagnosis, the amplifier and transmitter were replaced. A few days later, my left rear light stopped working. Assuming it was a simple bulb issue, I took the car to another auto shop. I was then informed that the problem was due to improperly reinstalled connecting clamps, which had been removed to access the amplifier during the prior service. I contacted Mike at Audio Express to explain the situation. He acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the repair. He stated he would coordinate with upper management and arrange for a reimbursement check. After several weeks without any update, I followed up and was told the matter was still pending. I continued to wait, but after more than three months and multiple attempts to get an update, I have neither received reimbursement nor any further communication. While mistakes can happen, the lack of follow-through and accountability in resolving this issue has been very disappointing.

We rely heavily on our computers to run our art and digitizing software, so when our main art computer started crashing and shutting down our art programs in mid design work, we started losing lots of time and money having to go back and start from scratch. I reached out to Nerds to Go to see if they could help and within just minutes of me sending an email, I was contacted by James. I explained the importance of this particular computer and that we really couldn't leave it with them for an extended amount of time because it would stall our production. They scheduled us to come in on a day that worked with our schedule and within less than a few minutes were able to tell us what the problem was and presented us with 2 solutions, the first was repairing our current machine so that we can carry on with business as usual for the time being, as well as offering to build us an updated CPU. I never felt pressured into purchasing something I didn't need and felt 100% comfortable and confident that these guys knew what they were doing. They understood the importance of keeping our business running on schedule. They were professional and proficient, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend using Nerds to Go for all of your IT network needs.

I had an old Alienware Aurora R8 computer, which ran super hot all the time. I needed to upgrade…read more So I did some research and found Velocity Micro. I went ahead and bought the Raptor Z95. The one word that comes to mind when I think of Velocity Micro is EXCELLENCE. And that is a quality that is hard to find these days. I was going to buy solely on their website, but I had questions, so I called and they completed the purchase by phone. There was no pressure to upgrade certain components, the gentleman helping me just answered my questions, gave me the information I needed to make an educated decision, and left it up to me to decide. So......I just got the new PC in the mail. It was extremely well packaged. They gave directions for unpacking the PC that were really clear, it didn't take me long to figure out what to do. Plugged everything in, and WOW. This PC is built with excellence in mind. I can't think of any higher praise. So I'll leave it at that. I even called them up to ask a question about the RGB fans, and I was quite distracted while I talked with their Tech Support, but the gentleman on the phone was so patient with me as I was figuring it all out. Velocity Micro assembles their PC's in America. And if you need your PC serviced, or upgraded, you can send it back in (it's not free because they are providing a service) but that really helps me to know they have my back. No, I don't work for them, nor does any family member of mine. I just really am THAT pleased with this company. So I hope this helps anyone thinking about purchasing from this company. They are WELL worth your business. (If anyone tells you I had a tear in my eye when I first fired up the PC, they're wrong. I had a piece of dust and I had to wipe it.) (But seriously, it was a thing of beauty.)
