I was a new customer to Minuteman printing. My first order to them went fine and it was exactly…read morethe way I wanted my stickers to come out. I did get a phone call prior to them running my entire order saying the lettering on the bottom of the sticker was illegible and they would make it bigger so you could read it. That happened on my first , That was great thought everything was handled, and there would not be no issues in the future. I called for my second order a few days later I added two new items provided the PDF files that they required and thought all was well. I did get a call from them to approve the proof. I pulled it up on my phone was able to read it thought everything had been solved in the first order so I didn't give it a second thought. The stickers I needed for the weekend so I called them early in the week so I could pick them up on Friday. It was when I spoke to them Friday morning They said they were busy and may be able to get them done by the end of the day. Well, they got them done by the end of the day. I need the stickers badly so I took them. This is where things went to hell in a handbasket. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction of the print job and the small text, which was completely illegible. I had re-orders of other stickers that I had previously ordered and they were fine. I use the dictation feature on my phone. I dictated the email. I pressed a button thinking. I cleaned up the email and made it sound professional instead for some reason it completely rewrote The email making it sound like I was returning an email signing it with an employee's name which I have no clue how that ever happened, but it did anybody reading this email would have instantly figured uh oh. This is a mistake. I should contact this guy. That's not what happened. Caroline Sweeney the owner of minuteman press at the Ashland location had someone call me making believe they were a district director of Minuteman and asking me about this email that I had no clue that had been messed up. It was my bad I didn't proofread it, but I am a busy person and not on my worst day would I ever try to impersonate somebody especially when I'm doing a business transaction. Business is business. Miss Sweeney did not handle this issue at all in a professional manner not once did she apologize not once did she ask me what I meant she never picked up the phone to try and solve the problem. I am a customer customers do not get treated that way ever. Accusing me of impersonating her employee and when I asked her why she didn't just pick up the phone and call she never answered the question. All my questions to her about how she treats her customers went unanswered she offered no solution to the problem. I've been in business for over 50 years starting when I was very young. I have literally serviced tens of thousands of customers and never once have I disrespected or completely right off a customer. I have always gone above and beyond to make sure my customers were happy. If you are dealing with Miss Sweeney, make sure you have your battle gear on because she has no respect for her customers I give this place and Miss Sweeney a complete and utter thumbs down. Do not use this business. Use one of their other locations instead.

I also mentioned I'd return for another computer for remote work. When I came back on April 9, Landon helped me pick a second computer that met all my needs. On top of that, he also assisted me with setting up my profile, making sure everything was personalized and ready to go. In the past, they even resolved a phone issue I had, showing consistent excellence. Overall, I've had fantastic experiences. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes everything seamless. I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!
