I am thankful that he picked the phone to speak but if you are understaffed and cutting corner to save money, I am not sure about the professionalism if there is any issue with the job. I am glad not to use this facility for my "small" printing needs.

For such a small store it was packed with all kinds of useful art supplies. We were just thinking for an art store in a downtown area that would have cool unique supplies. Seems like custimer service should privide help for free since I just brought over 5 devices. I only needed help with 1 phone. This the reason we left Verizon, they have so many hidden charges and it all adds up. Do not recommend because their customer service is not there. There was an employee there that said T mobile charges for transferring data too. No, we've never been charged, T Moblie has always been very nice and helpful all for free. The reason we wanted to switch was to see if coverage would be better and that hasn't been the case. Coverage has been exactly the same.

Let me start by saying the staff is friendly and the phones not bad. But…read more... I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

He was personable and professional during my time in the store. Even behind his face mask it was obvious he was smiling. It's not often one encounters an individual who radiates positivity and I very much appreciate Te-Von for giving me the opportunity to do so.

I normally do not do a Updated review on a place so quickly, as I like to wait at least a year…read more However, this deserved an update, and I JUST did not want to wait a year. As you know, it is ALL about "Customer Service". I just recently bought a Samsung Note 3 phone from Dan, and within several days of owning this great phone... I noticed it was not accessing 4G, and ONLY staying on 3G, even though I live in a 4G area. So, I called Verizon and a Rep told me to take it the Corporate Store and have them check the phone out. They did JUST that and replaced the Sim Card. I than call Dan at the Verizon place to let him know what had happened and he assured me the next time to bring it there as they would have taken care of the problem. About 1 week later, I was having the same problem so this time I went back to the Original Verizon Store. Dan was not there. However, the Manager by the name of James was there... I had met him earlier, when I bought the phone from Dan as he came over to THANK me for buying the phone in his store. Dan, went over the phone and without hesitation, he went to the back and brought out a NEW phone. He assured me in how he wanted to make me Happy. He also commented how he wants me to return again as a Customer. He set the phone back up and set up my email accounts. The ONLY thing I had to do AGAIN... Go back home and re-down load the Apps and re log back into them them.... So, when I left... I left as a Happy Camper. James and Dan's Customer Service goes beyond Good Customer Service for this Store. If you read this and decide to go into this particular store... Ask for Dan or James. If they are not there, ask when will they return. I am sure the other Reps are just as good, however my experience tells me how these two guys are the BEST in this particular Verizon Store. Great Job James and Dan, as I will be returning, and I hope my friends will be coming as well.
