Company has their excuses down pat, especially wrong paper; use a single sheet; not pressing hard enough ... Their stamp sample is taken manipulating light and shadows, so it looks sharp. The gift embosser is CHEAP! Hardly an impression. No value. Don't throw away $150 on this company. I have had a couple of embossers that cost $75 that were better quality. Crooks. NO STARS. Terrible customer service. The photos I show are thin paper, hardly an impression. This company is terrible. A waste.

I pulled up to the back exit at 8:56 PM and the doors were already locked. I then got back in my car and drove around to the front to see that the doors were also locked at in the front at 8:59 PM. The general manager of one of my locations was already inside versus helping him print off I had sent him your employees instead, we're rushing him out the door offering no aid. my annual spend at Staples is in the thousands of dollars. i'm including my customer number so you can date the amount of money I spent in your business #3640603969. I usually go to the location off of Midlothian Turnpike. I have always received amazing service there. I will not be returning to that location or any other until I hear from someone in the corporate office. I am embarrassed to even my general manager to go over there and he experienced this complete lack of customer service in regard for the customer. Not only where the door is locked prior to closing time but then they're rushing people out. Once it, customer is in the doors, shouldn't they be allowed to finish the transaction? I just needed a copy of a booklet that was comb-bound, along with a couple of the pages enlarged…read more The employee who "assisted" me seemed totally put out, like I was bothering him with such a trivial request. No smiles, no "thanks for your business," didn't even respond to me at times. He said they couldn't (more like wouldn't) re-bind the booklet after making the copies. It was like it was the first time they had ever seen such a booklet. Bizarre. So, I wound up going to Staples, where the cheerful print services employee had a quote for me within a couple of minutes. Asked about re-binding the booklet, he said, "yeah, no problem, we do that all the time" (to paraphrase). The kicker? The quote from Sir Speedy was $143.55. Staples was $56.50 and that was with two 24x36 and two 18x24 enlargements not included in the Sir Speedy quote! The employee at Sir Speedy I dealt with needs to just run print jobs in the back while another employee with a modicum of friendliness and personality interacts with the public.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for printer repair or for buying printer ink cartridges. They are also always available by phone (this is new in this era of leaving a message and I'll get back) so if I could give more than 5 stars I would as this is one of those hard to find and great places to help you with your printer issues.
