But their instructions to me where one word and I would try to figure come back and another one word instruction. They appeared to be upset that customers were coming in in the first place. Spent close to 50 minutes to try to ship some documents and no luck. Tried calling customer service and no help from them as well for a good 15 minutes. Went up the street to UPS and I was in and out in 7 minutes!!

Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

We have received a partial refund from Taradel after speaking to a customer service agent. She said…read morethere was a printer issue and their research found there was less than 20% misprinting. We are still unsure the percentage of the misprinting but we have settled with what they have suggested. I am attaching the previous review note. ---------- We have sent an order for a year-end promotion mailer via Taradel last December. The order was over $3,000 but the printing quality was very disappointing. All the colors on the mailer were printed faded but it does not seem like Taradel have any quality control over their final products. The quality of the mailer could be the first impression of your business to your potential customer and Taradel negatively affected the impression of our dental office by sending out the poorest quality mailer. You can check the failure in color quality from the attached image. Later we have contacted Taradel and they said they will take care of the problem and they did not reply back for a month. We reached back to them today but it does not seem like the complaint was reported properly or they might have ignored it. Very frustrating customer service from Taradel and we feel like we have wasted our money on the promotion because of the poor quality mailers.
