I needed to have an item shipped to the store and held for about a week, and the manager, Jordan, handled every detail flawlessly. He stayed on top of everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, I ran into a few complications with my order, and Jordan didn't hesitate, he quickly figured it all out and got everything taken care of without any hassle.     I have used this store to handle Amazon returns and to purchase a few items. Staff are sometimes…read morenice but generally I get the feeling most are trying to avoid making eye contact and don't jump in to help. The Amazon return process needs improvement. The cashier working the front handles the returns. But there is a separate line for the Amazon returns. Recently, when I visited, I was the first person in line for the Amazon returns while there was one other person already being helped by the cashier. The cashier glanced in my direction, so I know she knew I was there. The person she was handling was having a very slow transaction as he kept requesting different things. No problem, that's not her fault. But then, she proceeded to help the next three people that came in the cashier line, even though they arrived well after me. I decided to interject and ask if I was in the right line for Amazon returns. She looked at me, curtly said yes, then went back to taking care of the cashier line. Not a great way to handle the situation. I honestly try to avoid this store but sometimes cant due to the Amazon returns.

I was the only person in the store besides her, and I stood at the counter without being acknowledged while she repeatedly walked in and out of the room, moving boxes around. Literally did not look at me or speak. Not even, "I'll be right with you," after she walked AWAY from the counter when I approached. When she finally came to the counter, I told her I was emailing a shipping label to the store. She looked in the computer and almost immediately said, "it should have been here by now." (Implying that I hadn't sent it correctly?) I showed her in my phone that the email was sent to the store's email address. She went back into the computer and found it, told me the price to print it and said "cash or card?" I swiped my card, which didn't work, so she rolled her eyes at me. I stuck the card into the card reader, it was approved, and she practically threw the receipt at me. Everything she said to me was in an accusatory tone, as if I didn't know what I was doing. I also showed her a QR code for an Amazon return and she told me I wasn't holding my phone right. Then she grabbed my phone out of my hand to enlarge the code. I could've done that but she didn't ask me to. Overall, just very huffy and inpatient and seemed bothered to even have to speak to me (or maybe to customers in general). Again- Julia, I'm sorry if you had a bad day, but being rude to customers (who may have also had a bad day and are still being kind!) won't help your situation.

I was rushing trying to mail a package on my lunch break and she made the transaction go oh so smooth. I never want to go to the post office again!     The store refused to ship a package because it had a part for a rifle stock in it that was being…read morereturned to the manufacturer. It didn't have a gun or ammo in it, just a bit of molded resin. I even opened the box to show them. It was shipped to me via UPS and the auto generated label was UPS, I had to find a corporate drop off to send it. UPS ground is the only way to ship ammo inside the US. Apparently a franchise store can refuse legitimate UPS shipments based on the politics of the owner/staff.

I requested information and they refused to give it to me. They stated very rudely to me that I was the "worst customer" because I asked them to explain if there was a policy change. They stated they have never shipped the parcels the way I requested it. Although the person that was stating that has actually done it the way I request not even 2 to 3 months ago. I requested the managers information name and contact info and they refused to give it to me. I had to coax her into giving me the name but refused to give me a way to contact him.
