Absolutely do not use this company. I wasted so much money trying top get my flyer into my neighbor's mailboxes. ONE neighbor received the flyer. Taradel gave me a bogus USPS report that "shows: that they delivered it, but the facts on the ground say otherwie. Then they then posted that " Per our Terms of Use, Taradel's responsibility is limited to preparing the mail pieces and presenting them to the USPS for delivery. Your original receipt with our terms and conditions and a copy of the attached postage statement is confirmation that this has been completed.", which absolves them of any responsibility. read more

This company lied. I spent 3189.00 dollars for 4889 mailers, 11k digital emails, and 50k google advertising. Not one single phone call. I called the company back and a Rebecca, told me to look at my dash board. and proceeded to tell me 20k impressions we on google already, 1600 people clicked the QR code from the digital advertisement, and several mailers went out. Then the dashboard said 400 minutes of conversation from the callers. ALL WAS A LIE! Number 1,Director of marketing called me after I complained and wanted receipts from the post office that they were made and mailed, proof from google that the ad was posted. Hold time her A$$ was lying too. She proceeded to send me a crop ledger they created saying that was a receipt from post office. Post office said they had no said ad for my company or from them. secondly google said the same thing. When I asked for Google ad receipt she retracted their claim of having 20k google impressions saying that google rejected the ad. Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see "They couldn't falsify a google receipt therefore her excuse was it never ran, oh 1 day and google pulled it. I checked with google and that as well was a lie. Then I ask her to explain the false dashboard numbers. she said " that was a totally for all and that Rebecca miss read and the 400 minutes of calls was when she called me from the QR code". I was like YOU STILL LYING! because I read the line that said google impression and minutes. Number 2. the minutes was there on the dashboard prior to me talking to her, and that was another lie, the google clearly was on the line. therefore they are misleading people with fake reviews after time some one like me expose them. If you look pass all the fake 5 star reviews you would see several people experienced the same thing I did. I wish I would have done my research on this company before deciding to spend almost 1,000 for NO calls for both of our business. I had tried to contact and email them multiple times about how I was not satisfied with their "service." I did at one time speak with someone who promised to send me the link to I can't at least see how many times the QR code was scanned and I never received anything from them except Animated marketing emails from them. Completely bummed out with their customer service!! Found Taradel about two months ago and have now been through three significant, (for us), printing campaigns. Wonderful to work with, great communication and it seems like they have good teamwork going on in house because things got done well and in great timeframes. Your better off going to freelancer or upwork.com and hiring an over seas worker from Pakistan to do this design within 10 minutes verse waiting 3 days to receive this garbage. I'm looking for a full EDDM service and got reinspired to write a review about Taradel because of a couple of reviews I just read here. I bought the full service a couple years ago. I did not get one single lead or call from the 5,000 postcards they "sent" on my behalf. The cost was $2,300.00. I had a great offer on the postcard so I could not believe I did not get one single conversion. I ending up believing they did not actually ship the postcards. I could not prove this so I send a letter to the local postmaster but received no response. I then tried the United States Postmaster. A postmaster assistant responded but said they were short-handed due to Covid but that eventually they would look into it. However, he never contacted me again. I decided to let it go but I still believe the postcards were not sent. read more

We have received a partial refund from Taradel after speaking to a customer service agent. She said there was a printer issue and their research found there was less than 20% misprinting. We are still unsure the percentage of the misprinting but we have settled with what they have suggested. I am attaching the previous review note. ---------- We have sent an order for a year-end promotion mailer via Taradel last December. The order was over $3,000 but the printing quality was very disappointing. All the colors on the mailer were printed faded but it does not seem like Taradel have any quality control over their final products. The quality of the mailer could be the first impression of your business to your potential customer and Taradel negatively affected the impression of our dental office by sending out the poorest quality mailer. You can check the failure in color quality from the attached image. Later we have contacted Taradel and they said they will take care of the problem and they did not reply back for a month. We reached back to them today but it does not seem like the complaint was reported properly or they might have ignored it. Very frustrating customer service from Taradel and we feel like we have wasted our money on the promotion because of the poor quality mailers. read more

They have great customer service and I've never had a problem with my mailings going out on time. Their design team is works quickly and my flyers are always very professional. I have recommended Taradel to hundreds of my clients and contacts, and I have heard nothing but good things about working with them from (again HUNDREDS) of my clients and contacts. I have personally seen the power of their offerings (which is why I recommend them, perhaps obviously). As a business owner myself (with an A+ rating on BBB for our own stuff), I know the power of a few negative reviews, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering working with Taradel to take any of these other reviews with a big heaping slab of salt. As one of the reviewers stated: "Taradel employees are the most highly productive, the most committed and the most hard-working people I have ever seen..." I agree. And yes, this person does go on to gripe a little about internal conditions, but -- not knowing anything of Ana's story -- I would also point out that the gripes themselves, though somewhat fair-minded, are from a "former" employee. Res ipsa loquitur, I think. Lastly, their performance is excellent, their turn around time is great. They have incredible designers, friendly staff ... and their service just so happens to be performed in conjunction with a (severely overworked and underpaid) government entity (the USPS). Any faults that may be found with their processes are most often the result of USPS errors. Oh, and the prices can't be beat. So, yes -- WORK WITH THEM. We are asking Taradel: Helo Kendra, Thanks you for your email and investigate, after I read your specific time frame , I would like to have the full refund the total amount off $1754.88 back to my American Express card ASAP so we can have the fund to do other Ads. The final Approved was on 4/23, I think I working with Danielle and her team planing the ADs will be ship out Monday 26th, not the 4/30. The plan was Grand opening April 30 -May5th the week before Mother day weekend, so the customer would know my salon open so they can come. According to your investigate, final approval is April 23 and not send to post office until the 26th and available drop date Friday 4/30. After that is the weekend May 1st and May 2nd, no mail deliver. After 4/30 few weeks later, we have some customer cal in said they just received the ads. We can not providing the service cause we hired more tech working on Grand opening week, now it was over. Does it make any sense to you? 1- Because we trusting Taradel partner with USPS, that's why we spend $1800 for the big day of our business "Grand Opening" ads with Taradel. The Taradel company did not make our "Grand Opening" day happend, all the customer received the taradel direct ads after the grand opening day. 2. I had a very poor experience with Taradel. I was promised a copy - just a single COPY of the mailer we did. Other than the proof which I designed and submitted, I don't even know that our mailer actually went out. We sent thousands without a single brought in hand or a call from it. In January 2015 I placed an order for direct mail marketing. Post cards were supposed to be delivered to the routes I selected no later than February 13th. I became aware that they had not arrived & contacted the company. They responded that "someone" would call me back. Days passed and no return call. I called and emailed several times and was unable to get a response from the company. Finally I reach Michael Krentz Director of Sales and I am told by him that the postcards have ALL been delivered. I informed him this was not the case. He immediately brushed me off and insisted that they were saying he would send "proof". Several days went past and I had to chase the company to finally get what they considered to be 'proof' that the postcards were all delivered. However what they sent was tracking information for some of the postcards to show they were sent to the local post offices. This did not address the fact that the postcards were not all delivered to the addresses I had selected. Finally Krentz admitted a portion of my postcards were never sent at all and were sitting in a warehouse in Georgia. He knew this a week earlier, but failed to act to remedy the situation while there was still time to do so. I have proof he was receiving my correspondence but refusing to reply in a timely manner, or in fact AT ALL, thus ensuring that there was no way to get my postcards delivered. This company failed to deliver to the most important area we selected to market to. Moreover USPS informs us that the route information this company gave us is NOT correct. I have evidence that the maps this company give customers to select precisely where to mail to are NOT the same as the actual USPS routes. Therefore they provided false information which prompted us to spend almost $4000 on inaccurate routes and they did not deliver what we ordered. Taradel refused to remedy their error or to even reply to us and thus cost us a significant financial loss. Put simply they are in breach of the agreement by 1. Not delivering as ordered 2. False address listings (PROVIDING INACCURATE MAP). The route maps they provided did not cover the areas they claimed, and did not even deliver a vital portion of our order, and the fact that they knew this in enough time to have corrected this problem but chose not to, shows this company to be untrustworthy at best but more likely deliberately dishonest. Their failure to provide accurate information and their failure to act when presented with the evidence there was a problem shows they were not only negligent but were negligent by choice. read more
