I hate to be that person leaving a bad review at a big chain retail but jeez the people working here must hate it. I tried shipping something and the guy quotes me $120 for the label and $50 for the box. He told the guy before me the same thing! My guess is he's just deliberately quoting with the highest rates so people don't buy it and he doesn't have to work. Smh. Where do I start? I went to this location on 1/12/23. I waited 30 minutes because there was only 1 agent. That wasn't a problem. When it was my turn the agent became annoyed because I had over 26 Amazon returns. She tried to reprimand me, while helping others. She threatened to quit, locked the door, only scanned 16 of my items. As of today Amazon has only received 6 returns. My receipt shows the items received by the store and that's it. 11 of my returns that she scanned have not been returned! Amazon stated the driver has no record. I have a receipt and my Amazon order hx shows them being scanned in at this location!!!!! read more

This place lost my girlfriend's ID and credit card. It was dropped off at location for overnight but no one knows what happened to it from this location..... when I called to try to see what is going on with the package , everything was fine with updates until it looked as if the package was "not properly scanned " by an employee. After that I was told I could get no updates or status of the package because I "wasn't the sender ". I called to try to get an update on an overnight package coming to my address that can't even be tracked ... (and still hasn't come) and left with even more questions. The customer service was terrible and this place seems sketch. We will be filing a police report on the cards for fraud purposes, but that's all we really can do. Always friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. The employees always help me to choose the best shipping option when I have something that isn't already pre-labeled. They've also made it easy to drop packages that are pre-labeled without having to wait in line. This is my go-to choice for sending any packages pre-labeled to go through usps since the UPS store is a frustration-free experience compared to a visit to the post office (and they have far better hours). read more

The staff was in the back when I came in to drop off my items that had labels. The employee had to make sure her coworker needed to order a hot fudge sundae before she could scan the two boxes I was dropping off. So after setting the boxes down the employee told me to take one of the boxes back so she could weigh the other box. I told her it already had a label and she said that they have to weigh it to make sure the label matches the weight. I feel like she was inferring I was trying to cheat UPS. Stay away from this location. Employees rude the guy with the ponytail talks to you like he owns the store. Dismisses you like he doesn't want to hear what the customer has to say. The other guy stood back with his hands in his pocket like he didn't want his job or was lost as to what he was supposed to be doing. I've been a customer of this location for years. Back at the end of the summer they had a good staff. Now the shit they have working there isn't worth this location getting my hard earned money. Today is 12/22/21 the worst experience ever. I felt like my girlfriend and I were discriminated against. We come in to return an amazon item. the app said we did not need to box and we had out label and scan code. this white heavy set women wearing a red xmas sweater approaches us. first of all she had this look like we were bothering her. My gf said she was returning an item. she tried to show this lady the label and the women, without even looking at our documentation said we needed to get it boxed. my GF then said oh the app said we didn't need to get it boxed. this white women without even looking and not giving a damn just repeated the same thing. it wasn't that fact that she was rude but the way she looked at my gf was a look of disgust. Rude racist employees. Today I had my very first bad experience at a Ups store. I (an african american female) walk in to this store at approximately 8:30 there were no customers in the store and there are 2 employees in the store . I say "good morning" no response. I stand there for a few moments while they continue on with what they were doing without even acknowleding me and then the employee named Pat rudely says "put your items on the scale". After our transaction is complete as I'm leaving a Caucasian lady comes in she is warmly greeted by Pat with "Hi how are you today"? I always give people the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe she was just having a bad morning , but she was so quick to change her attitude up when the Caucasian lady came in that there is no doubt in my mind that she has an issue with people of color. Apparently whomever is in charge of this location condones this type of behavior because after reading other reviews several other people of color have had similar experiences with her yet she is still there. Had an Amazon code that clearly stated no box, no label needed, UPS will pack and ship for you. Elderly woman told me I needed to pack it. I tried to show her on my phone that I didn't need to, and she didn't even look up, just told me I needed to pack it again. I was in a hurry, and as a white girl with short hair, I didn't want to be labeled a "Karen" for flipping out on Granny. I bought a mailer, sealed it in and then she scanned the code. All the while, her attitude was as though I was inconveniencing HER. After reading other reviews, it seems it's not just POC that she has a problem with. Maybe the judgment on me was my tattoos and eccentric style. Who knows? I just hope no one else gets treated that way when simply trying to make an Amazon return. Other employees at previous visits have been mostly pleasant, but this employee definitely will keep me from coming back to this location. read more

I've shipped a few packages here over the past few months. The staff has been courteous and reasonably efficient, except for one gentleman whose spelling skills were not up to snuff and had to retype an address twice to get it right. When I was shipping a package to Canada one employee guided me through the valuation / insurance process to ensure that the recipient wouldn't get stuck paying a duty on the other end. This store really needs to focus on customer service. Certain staff members are OK, but the notary in particular seems to have an attitude problem (e.g. no "Hello" or other greeting when you enter the store, simply a "Put your package on the scale!" barked from the back of the store). She is so unpleasant that I now go to a different UPS store, even though it is further from my home. read more

I had a large PDF file printed in color at this store on Saturday. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and polite. I didn't even mind the $90 cost because the service I've always experienced at this store had been great.... until yesterday. I returned on Monday to have another copy printed. The young man behind the counter told me that he'd be able to take care of me as soon as he finished with another customer. While I was waiting for him to finish, another employee, a lady, approached me. Her tone was abrupt and condescending. She kept repeating to me 'you know there's a fee to do this.' I didn't understand why she kept repeating this and said that I assumed that there was a per page cost. I explained that I'd been in before and that I'd like to get my document printed again. She kept barking at me to insert my USB into a computer, saying something to the effect that it would be 10 cents per page. At that point, I'd had enough of her snarly comments. I left. Though I've used their services for years to ship packages, I won't be going back. There are lots of other places that don't have rude employees. read more
