For some reason, the pickup date changed one business day sooner. I called about this discrepancy and the team here said they'd ship it back to the sender if I didn't pick it up by their new deadline. I was out of town and had to have a friend get it for me, since they were unwilling to hold it until the original pickup date (just the next business day!) when I was back and able to get it. As a neighborhood store in a small city, I expect a little more neighborly kindness and flexibility. It would have cost them nothing to hold onto my package until the next business day, or to at least treat me with some decency and empathy.
