I needed something well-made and solid, but I couldn't pay hundreds of dollars for solid wood or go through the hassle of assembling with Ikea. On a whim, I drove out to Springfield in response to an ad they'd posted on Craiglist. This place is fantastic! It's full of QUALITY office furniture -- desks, bookcases, chairs, etc. -- in good, clean condition. (There was some dust here and there on a few pieces, but nothing you wouldn't expect. Plus everything is shined to a sparkly clean before it's delivered to you.) Everything is neatly organized, so it's easy to browse and find exactly what you need. I ended up getting not just the bookcase of my dreams, but also a Steelcase adjustable desk chair with lumbar support. Even better, the price I paid for these two pieces together was a mere fraction of what it would have cost me to buy either one of them brand new. Best of all, there was delivery right to my door for a modest fee. I highly encourage anyone looking to outfit a home or commercial office to stop into Celio to check out what they have to offer -- attentive but pressure-free service, a clean showroom, reasonable prices, affordable delivery, and quality pieces. P.S. It's a little confusing to find when you drive into the parking lot. You basically have to go all the way around the back of the building to find Suite B.

I…read morewas surprised to find that the Big Box office supply stores only sell very basic office chairs (with height and full-seat-tilt adjust only), and nothing like what you'd find in a real office for an employer that cares about employee comfort (with back height, back tilt, tilt lock-in-place, arm rest height and angle, etc adjustments). We decided to check out Celio, and found a great chair for $75 that was much better than what we'd get for $250+ at a Big Box office supply store. While we were there, we picked up a heavy-duty filing cabinet. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since this is used furniture, the stock changes rapidly, but there's a lot of REALLY high quality stuff here that's in excellent condition. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

John did virtual renderings of the furniture for us using our floor plans and provided a vast selection of economical options. Could have done everything 100% virtually if I wanted, but chose to go to showroom to pick out a conference table and found a great option I didn't see elsewhere with easy cleaning and handling. Clif (GM) called me the morning of delivery to give me a heads up they'd be slightly late. Job was finished safely and smoothly, including handling insurance paperwork with building owner. Highly recommend if you have some flexibility about what you want and aren't looking for "brand new" everything (which quite frankly seems wasteful in todays's increasingly virtual world).

My experience with them recently tells me that they are trustworthy, offering high quality services where no other business is able to. Back in September of 2025, my fiancé and I had set our wedding date for December 26, 2025. In order to get married, I was required to provide two apostilled documents: (1) No Record of Marriage Certificate and a (2) No Record Certificate from New York State. These documents arrive to the Department of State on October 4th. I made an online inquiry as to their status on 11/14/25. To this date, more than two months later from the date these documents arrived, I have neither received them back, nor heard back concerning their status. When I thought I had done all I could to get my documents apostilled, I gave up, and started accepting what I thought was only reasonable to accept-- that I would not get married on December 26th. But my fiancé encouraged me to try to find another way to get these documents. All this time, I had been avoiding going through an apostille agency for economic reasons. I called a local apostille business to get estimates for an expedited apostille process. The UPS Store and another agency that provides services to New York City both quoted me for at least a 2-3 week wait at a high cost. The business in NYC told me that because I was not a local, they could not provide me with an expedited 2-3 day service, as their website boldly stated with no qualifications. On 12/04/25, I called The Notary Seal. I first spoke with a kind female rep who had me fill out a quick form to get an estimate. That evening the CEO called me to understand my situation better. I explained everything to him over the phone. I told him that I was on a budget but needed their services. He told me that their was a way to get the apostilles I needed in time for my deadline (13-15 days before the wedding-- when the docs were supposed to reach their international address). He offered me an excellent discount, and provided a pricing estimate the next morning. He explained that if we acted fast, it was possible for the documents to reach their destination by Thursday 12/11/25 (today). Because he was not aware that I was sending them to a foreign address, he estimated their arrival for 12/11. Regardless, they arrived to their final "FedEx destination facility" as of this morning. Suffice it to say, The Notary Seal has more than delivered on their promises. My documents were supposed to arrive to my home today, but instead, they arrived to their final destination by the originally estimated date. The Notary Seal comes highly recommended by me. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

I'd gone in earlier on Wednesday to check when USPS might be delivering mail, and Jennifer said it varied by day. I told her I was waiting for some books I needed for the trip and if they didn't arrive, we'd just need to re-buy them so we had them for signature and return the ones ordered from Amazon once they arrived.
