He attempted to fix my microwave he ordered a part that he said was needed. The part was ordered but the microwave went out again after a few days. But before it went out he kept insisting I call the warranty company and let them know it was fixed so he would get paid. After telling him it went out again he said it probably needs another part and would "make sure we all get this taken care of" He just needed the first payment from the warranty company so he could order more parts (Normally you get paid when the job is completed). His words "These people are playing with my rent money and it's killing me. So basically I'm gathering he likely was paid, Im still having issues and he is not responding. He has not replied to the warranty company or my text and calls. He made a promise that he would take care of this and once I believe he was paid by the warranty company I was ghosted. All he had to say was hey I pay for these parts out of my own pocket and the warranty company is slow with reimbursements and my business can not wait the standard time for that instead of stringing me along. I would not recommend this company to anyone just because of the lack of integrity.
