Notified the motherboard had damage to the CPU pins (which is not a common occurrence at all since the CPU never moves). Notified the HSC employee I would like either the company with the device or themselves to ensure the components were placed back in their appropriate locations. While the employees were polite, I received the computer back with the shell, all boards, 4 extra ram sticks (RAM and SSDs removed prior), cpu and gpu thrown in a box loosely without any ESD bags. They then proceeded to get all dramatic and act like I was a threat - I told them they were ridiculous and because I was upset and telling them they were being ridiculous does not even come close to threatening - their behavior caused the issue and I clearly told them they needed to work with the Best Buy app and store manager said "I am not responsible for the app" and handed me post it note (with incorrect customer service number) Here is the good - customer service on the phone could not have been better. I understand that the phone should've been backed up in the first place, but I wasn't aware of the possibility of the phone being completely inoperable once they started working on it.
