Super scammy location, avoid at all costs. Went in to potentially have a SIM card replaced…read more Associate started in trying to sell us a new program and/or new phone. A deluge of unnecessary confusion to make a very long story short. Followed by another confusing deluge of emails so we're still not sure what was done, if anything to our program. Went to a bigger Verizon location for help which was given, but definitely considering changing carriers as they all try to upsell you to some degree and were still not sure if our program was effed with or not but you can BEST BELIEVE we are going to get to the bottom of the situation! I liken the experience to visiting a used car lot with the associated flim flam techniques. AVOID!!

I am absolutely appalled by the experience my friend had at this Verizon location on Friday,…read moreFebruary 26. The level of unprofessionalism, cruelty, and outright meanness displayed by one of your employees was beyond unacceptable. My friend, a paying Verizon customer, was simply following standard procedure by handing over her ID when asked. Instead of processing the request professionally, the employee looked at her ID, then at her, and said, "You look different." My friend, caught off guard, responded, "Okay." Then, in an absolutely disgusting and inappropriate moment, the employee said, "You used to be prettier." And to top it off? They shrugged and added, "Sorry. It's true." Are you kidding me? What kind of business allows their employees to insult customers to their faces? This isn't just unprofessional--it's mean-spirited, demeaning, and completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. This employee should not be working in a role that requires any level of professionalism or human decency, because clearly, they lack both. I sincerely hope Verizon takes immediate action to address this. If this is how your staff feels they can treat customers, then you can be sure I will never recommend Verizon to anyone and will make sure others know exactly what kind of treatment they might receive. Do better.

This is one of the few places that I found to replace the battery on my apple smart watch…read more It is located in a mall area in the short pump area. Plenty of parking. The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

Everything was very good about his approach to tackling the issue at hand, as well as his cheerful demeanor. He made us feel valued as customers. He also let us know pretty soon after we walked in how long we might need to wait for service, which we all know can be hours in phone stores, and most young employees won't even look at you when you enter, much less answer THAT quick question, so you're left feeling at the mercy of someone else's problem and wondering how the heck long you're gonna have to sit there and wait, wait, wait. Kyle acted like the adult he is, and we left feeling served and pleased. Thank you, Kyle
