Multiple companies told me Hyundai panels would work fine. Carlos checked the amperage limits, applied proper safety margin calculations, and clearly explained why those panels would not work with my EcoFlow system -- saving me from a costly mistake. After looking at a photo of the inverter setup, he patiently walked me through the workings of the system and reassured me we should not encounter any immediate issues with our current system. He informed us his company sells that same inverter, so if anything did go wrong, it would be a simple matter to switch out the old box and replace it with a new one. It's rare that one finds a company willing to be honest and say no, you really don't need to spend XX thousands of dollars right now!
