I have been to Bridgette Bar in Calgary and was pleasantly surprised and definitely not disappointed. The Bridgette in Canmore was very well received. Great food, great service thank you Camilla. The restaurant is much larger than the Calgary location. Very tastefully decorated and lots of seating inside and on the patio. Love the sliding doors so you can enjoy the fresh air and get the feeling of expansiveness. Beautifully decorated with modern interiors and decor. Needless to say clean and presents beautifully. Ordered the Wild Mushroom Pizza-Morel mushrooms, Green Onions, Arugula and Goats Gouda. Absolutely delicious. Ordered Caesars and Easy Day-Grapefruit, honey, Rose and Blck Tea. Drinks were reasonable and hears a tip between 2-5 is Happy Hour on selected food items and drinks. Now how's that for incentive. Staff were amazing and Camilla so made our meal conversation entertaining, informative and fun. I am definitely going to be talking this location up and hardly can wait to go again. read more

During our recent trip to Banff we stumbled upon Brigette in Canmore. What a find! We sat in the heated patio, which was comfortable. Our server Taylor was helpful and just the right amount of solicitous! My husband and I split the broccoli salad with dukkah and burrata with jalapeños and pesto for appetizers - both were delicious! We each had a pasta for a main course and they were also quite good. Portions were quite generous and we really liked the ingenious ingredients that were combined in all of our dishes. Cool space in a strange location, which was hard to find and tough to park..they have underground parking, but no one told us. We were seated in a bad spot, right behind the hostess stand, so we didn't feel part of the room. Wife ordered a pizza, which had very little cheese and very little taste. Overall, good food but some dishes are a creative overreach. Why are establishments tryso hard to be weirdly original? Expensive. On an extremely hot day, staff kept trying to seat us (party of five with reservations & two elderly) in the sun which we refused. Still we were sweating in the semi shade at 5:30 at 95 degrees. Our first night in Canada & we ventured to Brigette's Bar as it was right across the street from our condo. We didn't have a reservation on a Thursday night at 7 so we sat in the lounge area rather than wait 45min for a table. FYI- There were several empty tables that never had anyone seated while we were there. That was a bit annoying. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous server Laura who recommended great food & made our dinner very enjoyable. I had the grilled farm chicken that was both tender & delicious. It was also a huge portion that could have fed 3 people. The chicken sausage was flavorful without being too spicy & the fries with garlic aioli were delicious! I also shared the wood grilled zucchini & wood grilled green beans with my friends. Both sides were huge portions & delicious! One friend ordered the margherita pizza, which she thought was fine but not great. My other friend ordered the potato & ricotta ravioli & they were amazing. Super soft/light texture & a great comfort food! The express martini I had was one of the best! I wish we had eaten here more than once as other restaurants in the area were not as good as Brigette's. read more

Delicious! This was our first meal in Canmore and it set the tone for an awesome week. The food was insanely delicious, so fresh and beautiful, and the servers were so friendly and fun--we sat at the "chef's bar" and loved getting to watch them in action. Highly recommend Bridgette Bar!! read more

We visited Bridgette bar the 21st of April and couldn't stop raving about the food. The table ordered the Brussel sprouts & French fries to start then ordered the steak, chicken and the Margherita pizza. The tables' favorite was the chicken w/ the chicken sausage. The chicken was incredibly soft and had such a great flavor. Definitely would go here again if I'm in the area. read more

Visiting family in Canmore and we asked for a dinner date night suggestion. Bridgette Bar was a top suggestion. I'm glad we picked it. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. The hubs and I shared an appetizer, salad, beef strip with broccolini and an order of carrots. To finish the night we ended with the banana cream pie, it was decadent but so worth the calories. The plates were big enough to share and I wouldn't have been able to drink more then 2 glasses of the Eat, Apres, Love drink I had, highly recommend. We sat in the covered patio and for me being from Texas it was a little chilly but as soon as a warmer table became available a gentlemen offered us a table in the center of the heat so I wouldn't be cold. I never mentioned being cold to the waitress or anyone, this gesture came directly from the worker and I was really impressed. It showed that they paid attention and wanted to make sure I was comfortable enough to enjoy my meal. I enjoyed my dinner date night. This restaurant was perfect for a lovely evening with my husband. The food and drinks lived up to the hype given by family who had been here prior. read more

They are still figuring out the service given the recent opening, but the food was fantastic. Our favorites were the eggplant fries, Bibb lettuce, margarita pizza and strip steak. The beet salad, elk carpaccio and chicken sausage pizza were good, but not as tasty as our favorites. read more

We are so happy we went to Bridgette Bar while in Canmore. The food was incredible from the spiced beet salad, the Bibb salad, the bread and butter, octopus salad, the t bone and gnocchi.
