Upon entering, I realized the shop was much larger than I had expected. Looks like it may have been 2 shops merged into one at some point. There's a large connected room with a massive Anime books and poster collection. Lots of fun and unique finds. The man at the cashier was friendly and helpful. She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. But on my latest shopping stop here, the store really failed in supporting good hygiene. Three soap dispensers out of four had no soap in them in the restrooms, and the men's restroom had no papter towels on hand, plus the air dryer on the wall there did not work. Customers have a right to expect more than this.
