My son made a beeline for the Spider‑Man section like it was calling his name. My daughter, who has zero interest in comics, appreciated that they also sell books, tees, Funko Pops, and other merch so she didn't have to pretend to care about Peter Parker's problems. Checkout was smooth, and the cashier immediately pitched their membership program. Totally fine, it's a one‑time fee, not a monthly situation but we're just not ready to invest in that level of comic commitment yet. Prices were reasonable: about seven bucks for most issues and one $35 comic my son proudly bought with his own money. I let him live his best life. The plot twist came a week later when he sat down to read everything... and realized he accidentally bought three copies of the same comic because the covers were different. Variant covers: 1. Newbies: 0. A tiny heads‑up from the cashier would've saved us from the accidental collector's edition starter pack. All that said, the store is clean, cool, and has the exact comic‑shop vibe you expect.
