The last few years I've been very disappointed because I would bring clothes in and be told to check back in a couple weeks, or later. Whenever I would check back you weren't taking any clothes. I have Facebook and they say they post things on it but never see it. Recently I had a lot of clothes that have added up so I went in again and they said they would be taking clothes Oct 1st. I thought I would call ahead on Sept 21st asking if Oct 1st was still the drop off date. She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. I now have 5 bag full of clothes because your store seems like it's too full when I check in numerous times during the year. read more

This shop is wonderful! From clothes, to toys, to strollers, wraps, and more. They have everything! It's a very well organized store by size and style everything sold is clean and in good condition. Staff is super helpful. My husband and I recently stopped in and found a basically brand new pack n play system for a great price. They helped us break it down and they even had the carrying case for it! Love that you can set up an appointment to swap what you have for store credit. This is a great option for families since babies grow out of things so quickly. Absolutely love the sustainability aspect. read more

What a great concept of a store - with how quickly we go through baby clothes this shop is a must. The way it is organized is great for any age/size you're shopping for. Great brand names & clothes are very clean. Doesn't feel like other stores where it's very unorganized and feels dirty. Employees are friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. read more

I'm a first time grandma. I love kids swap . Very nice gently used clothing for my baby grandson. They grow so fast, but I never run out of clothes for him with Kids Swap. The owner and employees are super nice and helpful too read more

There is a great selection of books, baby clothes and accessories. I wish there was a little more for toddlers or young kids (ages 4-6). The prices are very affordable. read more

Nice store with lots and lots of clothing for your littles at a very reasonable price. They have some kids hear as well.

I loved this store, would buy bags of clothes for my 3 granddaughters at very low prices. They are now getting too big- size 10 and up so don't go anymore- but for 10 years helped me save so much money. Everything in good shape and clean. You will be glad you went! read more

Great value and good for the environment. All the ladies that run the store are very helpful and kind. I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for and a little something extra (eg size 6 toddler boys sneakers with Velcro, or cute and comfy tshirt, or Halloween costume in 2T). The store is very organized. I wish I knew about this place when I was pregnant because they have so many baby things like blankets, rattles etc. Worth shopping there, and selling there! read more

Love love love. Please note you must go with time to spare to look through racks full of clothes. They also sell baby swings, strollers, baby gear. Highly recommend! read more

Just popped in quickly one afternoon to see if I could donate a bouncer that was given to us, and after a quick inspection, they did accept it. I honestly didn't look around much, but the place is packed full of stuff and the staff seemed nice. I will definitely bring my wife next time to take a look. In case you have trouble spotting the place, it's across the street from CVS, in a small shopping center near the Pizza Hut. read more

Super great prices. Everything is really clean and in great condition. The ladies working in the store are really nice and helpful too.

Such a good find! AMAZING deals on kid's clothes - many for just 50 cents or $1. Everything is in great condition, too. Seriously, they have everything....clothes, strollers, car seat covers, bouncers, carriers, toys, books... everything you need for a baby except furniture. The staff who work there are all so nice and helpful, too. read more

I LOVE this store! I can't bring myself to buy brand new clothes for my little kids knowing they grow out of them so fast. This store is clean and more organized than any thrift store I've ever been to and that is extremely helpful when you are scanning through so many options. Everything they put out is quality, I have never found anything I liked with rips, holes, or stains. There really isn't anything bad to say about this shop, I love and I hope it sticks around forever! It would be great if they opened up a teenage version so that I can keep going to them when my kids get older. read more

This store and the ladies working here are amazing! They only put out the best and prices are great. I think I've been swapping for a year (maybe a bit longer) and have never ran out of credit. I'd still shop here if I didn't have credit. I dont like buying brand new clothes for my growing kids. Makes no sense to me so this store is my go to when my kids are in need of something. I love taking my 10 y/o girl because she can pick out a few things she might see and she feels great about it. She gets so excited. Thank you Kid Swap Restore for having this awesome space. Stay safe! read more

Awesome little shop, they have amazing finds and great prices! Can't wait to swap in the clothes my baby outgrows, and use the credit in the store! The owner is really friendly and helpful! read more

Forget about Goodwill or the Salvation Army, if you need to buy something for your children. And if they are anything like mine, they will grow out of their cloths really really fast. Come here, think of it like a specialty Goodwill. They accept children toys, dvds, clothes, shoes, and strollers. You get store credit, and most stuff in here is of good quality. My wife and I come here alot, and they are always nice. Anything they can't take, they usually call you back and tell you, and give you the option of being like...you can either donate it to somewhere else, or pick it up. The only bad thing, is the parking, its a shared lot between 5 other businesses. As a result it gets full fast. read more

Upon walking in the staff present didn't greet me but she was busy with someone. She worked at the desk and didn't bother me which I don't mind because I don't like when sales reps shadow you or ask if you need anything 20 times. Only complaint was when I checked out she was kinda all business rather than hostess-like, so I was a little drawn-back by that. My kids played with some things in a room and that seemed to be ok with her and perfect for me because I was able to actually shop. I found some great stuff and actually only looked in one room. They have tons of choices, clean, nice brands, unique finds, and worth checking out again. read more

Well organized, clean, and brands for all ages. Reasonable prices and great option for kids that grow out of their clothes quickly.

Stopped in here yesterday to pick up a few clothing items needed for the kids while on vacation. Great little store with excellent prices! Lots of sales and really large selection of clothes for kids. Would definitely shop here again & recommend! read more

I finally visted the store it's so cute with so many things for babies to school kids! I was going to swap some very nice name brand clothing to the store. Then I noticed the the prices on the clothing in the store that was for sale the PRICES WERE VERY INEXPENSIVE! A great bargain for the shopper but not for the resale value for me! I did find a monster high bike for sale in great condition for $25 I bought it! My granddaughter so So Happy! With the money I saved with this bike from Kidsswap restore I can now go buy another cheap one for her brother! I would b at this store everyday if I needed clothes for a baby & small child it would save me a lot of $ read more

Friendly staff and always helpful. Seems like they get a lot of clothes and toys rotating through.

Was looking to swap in baby clothes, but upon calling found out that in order to do so you must call or come in on the first day of the month in order to make an appointment to bring in items. Furthermore, was told that slots usually fill up in about 20 minutes for the entire month and that coming in is better as "you may be sent to voicemail and slots fill up by the time we reach you". Wow. As a working mom, this just won't be possible. Too bad. Swapping is a good idea - but just doesn't seem feasible this way. read more

I have to leave a review for the customer service here today (it was saturday afternoon, august 4th). I stopped by to look through the baby gear and found a couple cloth diapers to buy. Went to the counter and waited while the blonde lady working there hung out with one other customer and her baby and never even glanced at the register. It was extra weird because I had seen her a few mins earlier brush off another customer, saying she was busy with something. After waiting for 5 mins while the sales lady chatted about baby shoes with this other mom (after not even offering a simple " is there anything you're looking for? " to me or anyone else) I left...I'm bummed I didn't take home the diapers, but on principle I don't spend money at a place that doesn't want my business. I got the impression that you are only valued as a customer here if you know/are friends with the person working. In terms of the store itself, it's fine. There are some good options for bigger items, like swings and diaper pails. read more

Great huge selection of kids clothes, also tons of other stuff like gear and toys. The clerk was friendly and happy to see me and my child come in. We picked out several toys and looked around also. Plenty of strollers, sound/vibrate baby chairs, kids shoes, etc. the close really promptly at 5, I came one day and pulled into the lot at 4:58. By the time we got to the door it was like 5:02, and they were locked up tight! So come before that. read more

Love this place!! They have TONS of stuff and almost everything you could need for your little one/baby. I've purchased a stroller, diaper genie, clothing, baby food, books, shoes and toys at a fraction of retail cost. Only wish they were open longer hours. read more

This place was very clean and organized. I was thoroughly impressed with how everything was so neat and tidy. The quality of the products didn't look used even though they were. Will definitely be back to buy my kiddos clothes and toys!! read more

Love this place! I was looking online for boots for my daughter and I almost caved and bought some online for $25 bucks. Came here and walked out with 4 pairs of boots, 1 pair of gladiator sandals, 4 shirts, 1 pair of leggings, and 2 books for only $36 bucks!! What a steal!!!! read more

This is an awesome little spot to shop for some inexpensive kids items. I love that you can turn gently loved items in for store credit.

This is a great place for getting toys for Grandma and Grandpa's house! We just swap them out when the kids out grow them!

A wonderful place to buy used baby and toddler clothing in perfect condition! Many toys, strollers and car seats as well! If you bring items in (clothing by appointment only) you may get store credit! I won't buy brand new again!!! read more
