The last few years I've been very disappointed because I would bring clothes in and be told to check back in a couple weeks, or later. Whenever I would check back you weren't taking any clothes. I have Facebook and they say they post things on it but never see it. Recently I had a lot of clothes that have added up so I went in again and they said they would be taking clothes Oct 1st. I thought I would call ahead on Sept 21st asking if Oct 1st was still the drop off date. She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. I now have 5 bag full of clothes because your store seems like it's too full when I check in numerous times during the year. read more

This shop is wonderful! From clothes, to toys, to strollers, wraps, and more. They have everything! It's a very well organized store by size and style everything sold is clean and in good condition. Staff is super helpful. My husband and I recently stopped in and found a basically brand new pack n play system for a great price. They helped us break it down and they even had the carrying case for it! Love that you can set up an appointment to swap what you have for store credit. This is a great option for families since babies grow out of things so quickly. Absolutely love the sustainability aspect. read more

Great value and good for the environment. All the ladies that run the store are very helpful and kind. I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for and a little something extra (eg size 6 toddler boys sneakers with Velcro, or cute and comfy tshirt, or Halloween costume in 2T). The store is very organized. I wish I knew about this place when I was pregnant because they have so many baby things like blankets, rattles etc. Worth shopping there, and selling there! read more

Just popped in quickly one afternoon to see if I could donate a bouncer that was given to us, and after a quick inspection, they did accept it. I honestly didn't look around much, but the place is packed full of stuff and the staff seemed nice. I will definitely bring my wife next time to take a look. I LOVE this store! I can't bring myself to buy brand new clothes for my little kids knowing they grow out of them so fast. This store is clean and more organized than any thrift store I've ever been to and that is extremely helpful when you are scanning through so many options. Everything they put out is quality, I have never found anything I liked with rips, holes, or stains. There really isn't anything bad to say about this shop, I love and I hope it sticks around forever! It would be great if they opened up a teenage version so that I can keep going to them when my kids get older. read more

This store and the ladies working here are amazing! They only put out the best and prices are great. I think I've been swapping for a year (maybe a bit longer) and have never ran out of credit. I'd still shop here if I didn't have credit. I dont like buying brand new clothes for my growing kids. Makes no sense to me so this store is my go to when my kids are in need of something. Forget about Goodwill or the Salvation Army, if you need to buy something for your children. And if they are anything like mine, they will grow out of their cloths really really fast. Come here, think of it like a specialty Goodwill. They accept children toys, dvds, clothes, shoes, and strollers. You get store credit, and most stuff in here is of good quality. My wife and I come here alot, and they are always nice. Anything they can't take, they usually call you back and tell you, and give you the option of being like...you can either donate it to somewhere else, or pick it up. The only bad thing, is the parking, its a shared lot between 5 other businesses. As a result it gets full fast. read more

Upon walking in the staff present didn't greet me but she was busy with someone. She worked at the desk and didn't bother me which I don't mind because I don't like when sales reps shadow you or ask if you need anything 20 times. Only complaint was when I checked out she was kinda all business rather than hostess-like, so I was a little drawn-back by that. My kids played with some things in a room and that seemed to be ok with her and perfect for me because I was able to actually shop. I found some great stuff and actually only looked in one room. I finally visted the store it's so cute with so many things for babies to school kids! I was going to swap some very nice name brand clothing to the store. Then I noticed the the prices on the clothing in the store that was for sale the PRICES WERE VERY INEXPENSIVE! A great bargain for the shopper but not for the resale value for me! I did find a monster high bike for sale in great condition for $25 I bought it! My granddaughter so So Happy! Was looking to swap in baby clothes, but upon calling found out that in order to do so you must call or come in on the first day of the month in order to make an appointment to bring in items. Furthermore, was told that slots usually fill up in about 20 minutes for the entire month and that coming in is better as "you may be sent to voicemail and slots fill up by the time we reach you". Wow. As a working mom, this just won't be possible. Too bad. Swapping is a good idea - but just doesn't seem feasible this way. read more

I have to leave a review for the customer service here today (it was saturday afternoon, august 4th). I stopped by to look through the baby gear and found a couple cloth diapers to buy. Went to the counter and waited while the blonde lady working there hung out with one other customer and her baby and never even glanced at the register. It was extra weird because I had seen her a few mins earlier brush off another customer, saying she was busy with something. After waiting for 5 mins while the sales lady chatted about baby shoes with this other mom (after not even offering a simple " is there anything you're looking for? " to me or anyone else) I left...I'm bummed I didn't take home the diapers, but on principle I don't spend money at a place that doesn't want my business. I got the impression that you are only valued as a customer here if you know/are friends with the person working. In terms of the store itself, it's fine. There are some good options for bigger items, like swings and diaper pails. read more

Great huge selection of kids clothes, also tons of other stuff like gear and toys. The clerk was friendly and happy to see me and my child come in. We picked out several toys and looked around also. Plenty of strollers, sound/vibrate baby chairs, kids shoes, etc. the close really promptly at 5, I came one day and pulled into the lot at 4:58. By the time we got to the door it was like 5:02, and they were locked up tight! So come before that. read more
