I didn't want to push for my son to stay in this summer program though if there is such a lack of adult supervision that they would even be unsure of the children's whereabouts during the hours in their care. The children are in a small space throughout the day during the summer program, and if there is no adult witness that can say with surety that an event did or did not occur, they are not actively supervising these children effectively

We had the owner helping us throughout the process, from forming the clay in the shape we wanted, to heating, buffering, and polishing! It all started when I made an appointment online at 11am when we got here nobody was here or answering the phone finally after over 1.5 hours I called and got ahold of someone who was extremely rude. I spoke with the owner who is such a sweet person but it's sad that the people she has working at the studio are really taking the fun out of it and treating customers poorly. Over $100 for crappy service isn't okay. Super unfortunate. They asked me a few questions about my mom and things she liked/enjoyed, within a day or so they had multiple ideas ready to go and quoted me a price per person. They were very communicative and helpful in helping to find the perfect craft for my mom's party and up unto my mom's party. The best part, they provided a few snacks and had popcorn and margarita machine for us to use. We were also able to bring in our own decorations, snacks and beverages. Marcus was our instructor, he was very professional, funny, and helpful. He even provided additional help and care to those in the class that wanted extra help perfecting their work of art.
