I may say this location disappointed me not because I didn't get what I needed but it was the way the store appeared to be very disorganized.. I felt it was not as inviting as other Party City I've been to . As a starter there was a tall ladder standing freely in one of the aisle. The whole back area display where they have all the nice colored party accessories were blocked by humongous boxes that were piled one on top of the other and wrapped by clear plastic. I'm not sure why these unopened boxes are blocking where customers couldn't get through.

However there was a super long line with only two cashiers and the other employee as making balloon bouquets. Fortunately, another employee just walked in and he was the one that rung me up for the items that I purchased. Hipped!!! Even though the prices here are slightly more expensive than other stores, they do give you a larger selection for any occasion you are shopping for.

Honestly, don't take your dress here. The work was overpriced and poorly done. I was in a wedding…read moreand needed simple alterations taking in the sides and hemming the dress because it was too long. Both were done badly, and I paid $75 for it. The dress still wasn't cut short enough, and the hem was uneven, so I was tripping over it all night. Yes, I brought the shoes I planned to wear, so she knew exactly where the dress needed to be hemmed. While the sides were taken in decently, she failed to properly adjust the rest of the dress afterward. She also left marks on the material and never mentioned it when I brought it up. I spoke with another alterations place afterward, and they told me the issues should have been addressed and would have been an easy fix. Unfortunately, by the time I found out, I was out of time because of how long this place took for such poor-quality work. To make things even more uncomfortable, when I picked up the dress, she casually mentioned that she had almost ruined it on two separate occasions. That's not something you want to hear after paying for alterations. I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

My granddaughter is 5 years old, and she believed that it was AppleJack straight from the cartoons. The performer was incredible. She not only embodied Apple Jack in look, she spoke the same and even knew the lore about where she lived, games she liked to play, etc. We've had Disney performers in the past, which have been great. But, this one really takes the cake. She helped create lifelong memories that I know my granddaughter daughter cherish.

The music you hear is one of some rotating CDs of artists the store embraces. I really liked the south-western flute music. And in the way back is the aforementioned photography studio. There, you'll find one more dog, who won't follow you because this big beautiful guy looks to be a large husky with a dash of polar bear.
