I got a surprise call from the Branch Manager himself, Eric, who picked up my last-minute, same-day reschedule and came out personally to handle the job. ​From the start, he made an incredible first impression. He was super professional and took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do--nothing felt rushed. After treating the exterior, he walked me through everything he sprayed and where he laid the rodent traps, taking the time to explain a few different options for our property. I really appreciated the attention to detail; he even noticed our trash cans, sprayed and wiped down the black widow spiders and webs, and made sure to clean the trash can handles. ​For the interior, Eric made sure to address all of our specific areas of concern. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind when he explained that the products are kid and pet-friendly and told us exactly what to expect next. He even provided commercial-grade bait to place in areas where pests like to pop up. ​This family-owned business completely blew past my expectations. Do NOT use this company…read more We have been trying to cancel our service for three straight months with no success. My boyfriend has called at least four separate times, and every time his call was transferred repeatedly, disconnected, or he was told the service had been canceled. This happened over and over again for three months. Then, two days ago, one of their employees showed up at our property without our permission, walked into our backyard, and completely caught me off guard. I was home alone and was startled to find someone on our property when we believed the service had already been canceled. That experience was upsetting and unacceptable. After seeing how poorly everything was being handled, I called myself to try to resolve the issue. Every representative I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help. First, I was told that my name had to be added to the account before I could request the cancellation. We added my name, only to be told afterward that only someone calling from the phone number listed on the account could cancel the service. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She told me she would make a courtesy call to my boyfriend to obtain his permission so I could complete the cancellation. That call never happened. My boyfriend never received any call, yet the supervisor claimed they had done everything they could to help us. As of today, we still have not received written confirmation that our service has been canceled. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. Three months of repeated calls, contradictory information, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service just to cancel an account is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
