I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

I may say this location disappointed me not because I didn't get what I needed but it was the way the store appeared to be very disorganized.. I felt it was not as inviting as other Party City I've been to . As a starter there was a tall ladder standing freely in one of the aisle. The whole back area display where they have all the nice colored party accessories were blocked by humongous boxes that were piled one on top of the other and wrapped by clear plastic. I'm not sure why these unopened boxes are blocking where customers couldn't get through.

We walked in and said hello and already the old white lady gave us attitude saying she was stressed that there were so many people in the store already. Ok? That's the greeting we got lol already strange. But then we notice that everyone else in the store was white and we were the only two Asians. It just felt weird when another group of white girls came in and got a great greeting and immediate help/attention. My sister made a comment about it being a little hot in the store but was ignored. As soon as the white girl a few minutes later made the same comment, all of a sudden the old lady could get up and turn the thermostat down. She then told the group of white girls that the thermostat was down and to let her know if it was too cold. Ok fine whatever, we're here for clothes not customer service. My sister and I find outfits to try on. I look around the dressing area and there's NO SIGNS saying to not go in without an employee. So I go in first to try stuff on while my sister waits outside. (The only sign we could see was on the wall that said 2 max items in the room. So us being good people took two items in while my sister waited with the other outfits outside). As I'm naked in the dressing room, the old lady suddenly pops up asking who's in the dressing room and being super aggressive. She says we're not allowed to go in without an employee. (Which is weird because there were two other customers in there before me and she didn't bat an eye? and also there were no signs anywhere that were visible) I say sorry and tell her to wait and that I'm naked like three times. She keeps trying to get me to come outside of the dressing room. I tell her I'm naked and she says to just come outside anyways? LADY, you're lucky I was in a vulnerable position because I should've been yelling more. After the 3rd time, I oblige her and come out HALF NAKED. She tells me I'm not allowed to try things on without permission and snatches the items from my hand. After being ignored, not talked to, and then being told to come out of a dressing room half naked is both rude and humiliating. We were made to feel like criminals and less than. It was such a surreal experience. After the old lady took the clothes from my hands and I was able to finally put clothes on, I ask where the sign is that says I can't try on clothes? At this point a younger employee helps us and points at a sign THAT'S HANGING ON A POLE AND ON THE FLOOR NOT VISIBLE TO ANYONE. I tell her how unprofessional it is and that the other employee was rude and yanked me out of a dressing room with barely my shorts and bra on. The old lady doesn't even apologize or acknowledge us. At this point the store felt hostile and unwelcoming. We left without trying anything on. The old white lady continued to ignore us and cater to the other white customers. We will not be back and warn other POC to not come to this store.

I found Party Pro online and saw some nice pictures and decided to book with them based on pictures I saw on their Instagram. Well let's just say there's Instagram and theirs reality. When I arrived to pick up this bar I was mortified. This thing looked as if it had been sitting in someone's backyard. This bar was something that should be decommissioned and never used again. It was rusty, it had spider webs and the draping that came with it was just as bad, faded and just thrown in a dirty box with clips to attach it to the bar. I can't believe I paid $60 to rent this thing, but thankfully I'm resourceful and I made it work. I will say that when I went to their store it was nice as well as the employee that I encountered, I never would've expected the rental to be in such a condition. It did the job but wasn't worth the price.

I would not recommend this rental company based on my recent experience. The resin chairs delivered…read morewere filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The round tables didn't have locks, which made them wobbly and unsafe, especially around kids. Looks like they were using zip ties to try and hold the tables up previously. This is a safety hazard, the tables continued to collapse during set up. The umbrellas were also in poor condition, and several of the stands were missing the pieces needed to tighten them properly. This made no sense when we were forced to pay an additional price for the stand. We live in the same city as the store, and we were charged $65 for pickup and $65 for delivery. Not only that, during the delivery, items were missing so they had to rush back to get the missing items. During the pick up, their team lowered their truck lift onto the top of our gate rail and bent the entire rail so the gate could no longer close, so they they just left the gate open and left. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. We expected functional, clean equipment, when we paid $700 for rentals and what we received felt neglected and borderline unsafe. For the price, it just wasn't worth the hassle. I recommend checking elsewhere.
