This location didn't have the medium size pink ladies jacket I needed for a costume party. No time to go to other locations... I may say this location disappointed me not because I didn't get what I needed but it was the way the store appeared to be very disorganized.. I felt it was not as inviting as other Party City I've been to . As a starter there was a tall ladder standing freely in one of the aisle. The whole back area display where they have all the nice colored party accessories were blocked by humongous boxes that were piled one on top of the other and wrapped by clear plastic. I'm not sure why these unopened boxes are blocking where customers couldn't get through. read more

Located in the Citrus Plaza, corner end. Went to pick up a few graduation decorations at this store. Large selection to choose from. However there was a super long line with only two cashiers and the other employee as making balloon bouquets. Fortunately, another employee just walked in and he was the one that rung me up for the items that I purchased. Hipped!!! Even though the prices here are slightly more expensive than other stores, they do give you a larger selection for any occasion you are shopping for. read more

love how everything is labeled for what occasion so it made it easy to look for party stuff. Staff were really helpful. Price wise... not a big difference with amazon! read more

Supplies can be expensive but party city always has the themes no matter how obscure. The staff are all wearing masks. Don't forget the helium balloon tank, they have a few different sizes. I really like that it is a one stop for all party supplies: decorations, table clothes, utensils and they all match the theme! read more

Getting there:Getting there: Located on the Citrus Plaza side of the shopping center. The parking lot is a big but it is also shared with several other stores so it can get crammed. Experience: I rarely come here because I feel like it is always a hit or miss, but I also only come here to look for something very specific. Unfortunately most of the time it is a miss or what I am looking for a too overpriced. read more

I was handled very poorly with an associate name Natalia. I was waiting at the register for about five minutes as Natalia was just walking by unwilling to assist. As I asked her to assist me, she said she was with a customer, but there was no customer around. She then went up to her coworker and started laughing and just lounging around. As I repeated myself to ask her help me, she came to the register very rudely . She Threw my products in the bag and tossed my receipt at me. I asked her for the managers name and the store number . She didn't want to give it to me . So I asked the other associate And she went ahead and gave me the information that I needed. This is very poor service For business, i'm the wrong person that she came across , I will be getting in contact with the regional department of party city so you'll be hearing them soon. She needs to be reevaluated on her training and it comes to working for retail and hands on customer service read more

Got here at 7:59 and literally lady saw me running to the door and she was rushing to close the door. I ask her just need one thing quick. She said closed. Really?!? I drove 25 mins away and she can't let me get something quick so even asked her to grab it. She said she can't. Technically it was still open but they hurried to close the door. True what the reviews say about this place. Employees can care less. No customer service. They just want to close and leave home early. Guess I'll find another store. read more

Went in for balloon pick up as well as new balloons last night. Angelina, Kayla, Stephanie, & Christian, all worked as a team to get my balloons together and ready. They were so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond. So grateful for their willingness to help with a smile especially when party planning entails a lot. Best customer service with a smile even though it was close to closing and I'm sure they were ready to go home. read more

They literally have everything you could ever imagine. We were looking for a 30s birthday theme and they had it all! Inexpensive, cute, quick and easy decorations! Just a side note: Halloween is coming up reaaaaal soon, I'm so excited! I felt like a little girl in a chocolate store when I saw all of those Halloween decorations and costumes :) read more

I should of read the reviews BEFORE playing my order for curbside pick up! Why hasn't corporate done anything about it, if there's so many negative reviews?! I guess they don't care I concur with all other reviews, staff are extremely rude, none apologetic, they just don't care I will be taking my business & money somewhere else I didn't get the name of their employee because she didn't have a name tag read more

Went on to get a few balloons at 7, no customers but was told it was too late to get balloons because they had orders to fill and it was too close to closing? Really? All the employees were standing around looking at their watches to get out of there... where's your management? Check your cameras and see how many customers are turned away because of their poor attitude and customer service. Look to see how busy they really are and how early they lock up the store. read more

Thank you, for my balloons delivery on time, the baby shower came out amazing. Thank you guys so much

I went there on a Tuesday afternoon to get a bunch of balloons for my daughter's birthday. The women behind the counter were very helpful, hard working and friendly. The balloons I picked out turned out great! read more

I purchased $113 balloons the metallic pink metallic gray to be delivered to birthday party at the last moment I was told they only could inflate half of them Due to a system error of some kind so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money so I could go elsewhere well it takes 5 to 7 business days to receive your money so before you pay I would advise everyone to contact the store and not just assume everything is OK read more

Not much to tell here. Party City is a wonderful place to stock up on over-priced party supplies. I hate to sound mean, but that's the truth. I coordinate tons of events for work, and have found that I can find almost anything that's sold at Party City for HALF the price, elsewhere. The exact same plates, napkins, & cups, can all be found at The Dollar Tree for $1. I've seen the plates for as much as $3.99 at Party City. This location is fairly well stocked, but honestly, you're better off driving down to the party supply area in DTLA where they offer a MUCH larger selection! The only time I'd recommend coming here is when you're pressed for time and have absolutely no time to find a better deal. If you've got the time, do yourself a favor and search elsewhere, trust me! read more

Do not buy helium balloons here. We purchased $100+ in foil balloons and the helium was out that evening and the next day. Dollar store helium lasts longer than this. And we paid extra for hi-float. We brought one balloon back (that cost $15) for my sons actual birthday a little over a day later. My husband offered to purchase helium to refill this balloon. After a long wait a manager rudely came over and said they would not fill it, even if we paid. read more

Here I am actually at the store with my mum. Getting some supplies for a banquet. I personally couldn't believe the lack of common sense in the employees. I thought maybe it was just one, but no it was all three on shift today. As Ursula says "poor incompetent fools" or was it "poor unfortunate souls" ? Either way both lines fit the sad excuse of ladies employed at this location. I actually agree with all the other negative reviews on here. I even had to get the ladder to get my own supplies because when I needed an unhelpful employee non was to be found. And the music? Really ? What is this? Kids bop? read more

UPDATE. This confetti was purchased at Target. Party City - you are cool! Who sells confetti? And for what purpose? It just happens to be my birthday and Erin and Nicole may or may not have visited your store and purchased this confetti which is now all over my floor, computer, desk etc. They tried to trick me by placing said confetti that may or may not have been purchased at your store in a card...which I then opened. Wise to their tricks...I quickly ran out of my office and dumped said confetti on the floor at their desks...only this also backfired as they cleaned it up and put it all on the floor on my desk. I'm thankful that birthdays only happen once a year. And I am thankful for a place like YELP where I can vent my frustrations at a business that may or may not have sold the confetti. read more

Party City - Poor Party City. They may or may not have sold this confetti to Erin and Nicole - but Erin and Nicole can't be reviewed on YELP. - Party Supplies Near Me - Redlands, California

This store is terrible. Went there on a Saturday at 8:15am to get some balloons. Wait time of 40 mins for one mylar balloon?! 3 associates up front working on online orders. This place should be handling walk up orders as well. Never going back. read more

So I walked in at 10 minutes to close, and it looked like one of the workers was closing up for the night since there were so many people inside. He asked what I needed, and I told him I just needed two mylar balloons filled that had lost air since they got filled there the day before. Instead of turning me away, he took the balloons and put air in them right away so I didn't have to stand in the long line of people. This simple act of kindness made an impression on me, and the two boys who will be receiving the graduation balloons tomorrow will have fresh balloons instead of deflated balloons. Thank you so much, Adrian! read more

Good variety...Horrible customer service. "Danae" was extremely rude both on the phone & in person. They also regularly run out of helium (which seems like somewhat of a necessity when a majority of your business is balloons). Plan for a long wait in line and a nasty attitude. read more

Fix your phucking yelp!! If you close at 7pm, you need to reflect that on YELP! We drove from San Bernardino and it's 7:04pm! Shame on you

I agree with some comments here! Very Poor Customer Service!!! I will never ever come back here again!! The girl in the front/cashier is so rude! She even ignore my toddler and give Her look!! Geezzz!! Idk if you have bad day, but you just give negative energy to others! I feel so mad and angry leave the store , but I just don't want make it worse. read more

No wonder this place has only 2 stars, the customer service is awful! Went there to buy some birthday stuffs today and (i'm guessing from the look) an Indian lady as a cashier was NOT smiling at all while doing her job and seemed like hurrying everything up! The way she talked was just rude. Overall, bad customer service. It's so obvious she hates working there lol. read more

I can see why this place gets low ratings. I was going to purchase some balloons, but I hate when I stand there for 6 minutes and the cashier just ignores me and doesn't ask if I need assistance. Or at least attempts to call someone from the back for customer service. Last time I go to this location. read more

True score = 0 stars. The customer service here is awful. Veronica, SO rude. Regina that was standing next to her texting? SUPER RUDE! Hispanic guy with a beard cashiering? Wow. Can't find balloons to save his life, and really, really rude. This place is so awful. And after the fifth balloon that they couldn't find, the guy finally found one, I ended up hating it, and then the entire staff just stood there laughing under their breath because I was irritated. Don't come to this place. Skip it and find another party store. They could care less about good service! It's shocking that there are so many horrible reviews here and store management does nothing about it. read more

Honestly staff can be better. Most of them are not friendly. I walked in tonight around 8:40pm to inflate a balloon I purchased at another party city and they asked me to get in line to get it inflated. After it was my turn in line they told me it was going to be a wait and I was ok with. I've been waiting for more then 20 minimum and a customer comes in with a balloon that needed air and he walks up front and didn't make a line and Stephanie inflates his balloon right of way. This is not ok. I walked out around 9:15 read more

Went there for balloons for a bridal shower. The clerk accidentally popped one of the balloons we had purchased while blowing it up. She had to wait for the Manager to give authorization to open another pack to replace the one she popped which was fine however it took the manager 20 minutes to come up front and when she did she was extremely rude. She actually threw the pack of balloons across the counter and walked away when I was trying to speak with her. She was very unprofessional. Seemed angry at having been bothered. read more

Placed an order to be delivered for Monday between 6p-7p. Been waiting and waiting and at this point it was 6:50p so I call the store and they say they're delivery person hasn't called them or they haven't seen them so I could come get the balloons myself........ok I get it, hard times but they could of called me and told me the situation long before they had to close. read more

They actually deserve NO stars! Sabrina was rude and called me a liar when returning an item then didn't even give me my full refund! And rose I believe is a MOD and she is just as disrespectful. Had to blow up 6 balloons I bought for my nephews birthday party and they told me it was almost a two hour wait just to fill it up with helium! How ridiculous. Most of the customers in the store weren't wearing masks and none of the employees were telling them anything about it, made me very uncomfortable. The cashier that helped me out was rude and obviously looked like she didn't want to be there. What a waste of time read more

Went in to today to buy a ballon for my son. I had told him if he behaved in BevMo m, we eouk I would go into party city and get him his choice of balloons. Since I was going to a party tonight I decided to also get some cups. I went and got in line finally got called to the register after about 10 minutes only to be told that there would be a wait for the balloon. I said that would be OK since I really only came in for the balloon. The girls and told me that it was going to be a two hour wait to get the balloon. 2 hour wait?? That's ridiculous! That is some serious poor customer service when you can't designate somebody to do one or two balloons for people coming in. I can understand if you have pre-orders but don't you have employees that are designated to do that and employee working on the register be able to go get one balloon? Do you only have one helium tank? Ridiculous! I tend to avoid coming here and this is really the reason why seriously poor customer service. read more

I generally go here for most of my generic party needs or when work asks me to pick up a plastic tablecloth, plastic cups etc. They are big and warehouse style although this much space isn't needed. Repeated items are overstocked and stacked to the ceiling. Today I called and asked for a very specific item I saw on their website. They checked for me and I jumped in tha car and drove 20 minutes to find that they didn't have it after all. Disappointed today. Something cool is that they are next to BevMo and PetCo so if you were celebrating or wanting to decorate for a holiday (likebirthday?) or give a fun gift with extras fun ideas are right next door. Very convenient location and generally helpful associates. Just overwhelming with underwhelming items. read more
