Brewed was so wonderful! It really is true that you can get scoops of cookie dough to eat! We chose the s'mores. It was so delicious but the best part was bringing home the leftover and baking it! I didn't have any directions so I took a guess and did 350 for 9 minutes. It was a yummy, gooey masterpiece. We also had a chocolate chip cookie there that was ginormous. It wasn't the absolute best cookie that I've ever tasted but it was good. We also got an ice mocha which was the best I had ever tasted! Too bad, Starbucks! I really loved that they had fun things to buy like the reusable straw kit. It almost looks like a shiny lipstick case but inside is a telescoping metal straw and a telescoping brush to clean it. Saw a bunch if people holding drinks from this place so decided to give it a try. I went at around 3pm and there were not too many people. I got the espresso freeze and it was delicious. I think they triple blend their freezes because the ice melted very evenly while I was drinking it. The espresso was also quite strong. I would recommend trying this place out! read more

The cookies here are delicious! Every time I come to visit family in Napa we always make a stop here and order their 6/$18 cookie deal. It was funny because immediately I was like omg this tase really good almost like cookie dough! My BF refused to try it assuming he already knew what he wanted. The size it cozy and they also make coffee and allow you yo purchase uncooked cookie sight so you can make the cookies at home yourself that they make there . My BFF was like why isn't this cold? So we looked it up again and seen it was actually cookie dough and not ice cream . I was ecstatic but my bf not so much - I had so many questions! How do they make it safe to eat how is this even possible?? Well when I went back they were so kind to share with me all the details ! The egg and flour is already cooked so you don't. Have to worry about consuming anything raw , they even have this flourless I believe (don't quote me ) but I think you can tase the flour more in that one or the substitute-anyways get down here if you live cookie dough ! If your shopping in the outlet or just visiting roughly once a week like I do you must go! We got an iced caramel latte and an iced cinnamon latte to take back to our hotel in Yountville to enjoy poolside. I'm hooked! We come here 2-3 times a week for drip coffee, americano or cappuccino and on special occasions a chocolate chip cookie with nuts. I tasted the cookie dough and it was creamy and delicious! They have plates and mugs if you plan to dine in and reduce waste. When I first had their edible cookie dough (and I went for their plain, "naked" one), I found it way too rich, the portion much larger than necessary&ended up tossing it. I've been here several times and most of the time service is friendly and efficient. Maybe it's the one girl that is bringing down to 4 stars because 3 for 3 times she has served me, she doesn't seem happy. One time after several orders after me had been picked up, I had to ask her about my drink and she kinda rolled her eyes. Her lack of customer service skills is a little off putting. The other baristas have been friendly and get my order right away so I always hope for the best. I like the coffee and prefer the cookies to the cookie dough. Depending on the cookie dough it can be too sweet for me. The atmosphere is clean and a bit hipster which I think Napa needed. Who would've thought it'd be in the middle of an outlet stores? It was literally disgusting and tasted like chemicals, even though I just got a regular oat milk latte - no sugar or anything. It tasted like hotel room coffee. This place will ruin me, because the cookies are freaking amazing. Let me tell you, I am a cookie connoisseur and Cookie Monster and this place has their treats down. Like many other cookie places, the treat is as big as your head, but the major difference is the flavor town is there!!! For the chocolate chip cookie, it is loaded with chocolate chips, crunchy on the outside and super chewy on the inside. Melt in your mouth chewy. There is something savory going on too, perhaps extra salt that keeps the cookie from getting too sweet. I also went out of my normal realm - this was my third visit in two weeks - and bought a snickerdoodle. People mess this type of cookie up, and don't always use cream of tartar, which is essential to achieve a type of tartness. Brewed uses the right ingredients with the right amount of cinnamon. Again, cookie was crunchy on the outer ring, super moist in the middle. I'm going to struggle with this place being in town and keeping in shape!!! read more

I am OBSESSED with this place! The cookie dough is insanely good. I cannot stay away. I haven't had a cookie because they are massive and there's no way I could eat an entire one but they look really good. The chocolate coconut tea latte is so good - just so much coconut flavor. I have brought my mom (gluten free cookie for her), my kids, bf and my kids friends and we have ALL raved about it. Even my teen who is so "over" everything loves this place. The ONE major drawback..... is the flimsy ass paper cup tbey chose to serve my piping hot delicious beverage. This is a welcome addition to the outlets! The food choices leave much to be desired in the food court, but considering the Napa Outlet is smaller than other outlet malls, you can get through it pretty quickly and eat lunch elsewhere in town. BUT, a caffeine buzz is the perfect way to kick off a discount shopping spree, and brewed is the place to go! Decent coffee and espresso drinks - I had their brown sugar cinnamon latte, and it was quite good. Not too sweet, which is what I like. They also offer a selection of edible cookie doughs and baked goods for the sweet tooth. Nice open atmosphere with a decent amount of seating. Clean and modern with a warm vibe. My only complaint is that they don't ask for/call out names when orders are ready. They just put out beverages on the counter. Someone grabbed what turned out to be mine, smelled it, tasted it, then put it back down (gross, dude!). Napa needs more unique places like Brewed! Had been wanting to check it out for a while after hearing so many people talk about how great it is. Finally got to go there yesterday. I got a scoop of the s'mores cookie dough and my boyfriend got a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough. Was delicious and the scoops are very generous. One scoop was a bit much for my tummy but the dough is good for five days so I just put the leftover in the fridge at home for later. I also had an iced cinnamon brown sugar latte. Yum!! Was so good. I did not like the lack of customer service. I understand that some people that day might have been new but when I went up to pick up my order the staff member handed us the drinks and I was waiting for them to give us the cookie too. So I asked for what we were missing, one cookie, and the guy had told me they already gave it to us. I let them know we never were given our cookie. I stood there like an idiot because I could care less if the staff member was going to get upset at me. I stood there and he stood there looking at me. I came here as an experiment, hoping for a new local coffee shop on this side of town, and brewed. has not disappointed! I've tried a few different coffee beverages and they've all been excellent so far, this coming from a person who drinks coffee every morning and has been around the caffeine block, so to speak. The coffee has a very rich flavor and nothing has been too sweet, which is a great boon for a place that makes lots of flavored coffee drinks. Every time I've been in, the girls behind the counter have been incredibly accommodating, friendly, attentive and fast! I also like that they stay open until 9pm, since many places in Napa close early. What blew my mind, though, was the cookie dough bar. It was something I didn't know I needed in my dessert life until now! The cookie dough is DELICIOUS, and the baked goods are, too! The chocolate chip cookie was heavy, soft, and chock full of chocolate chips! (Say that five times fast.)
