Awesome coffee and cookie dough shop located inside the Napa Outlet Mall! They told us that they have "seasonal" drinks all year round including Pumpkin Spice Latte... huge plus right there! We were invited to try as many samples of cookie dough as we wanted. Their cookie dough stands out compared to others Ive had because it tastes more like traditional cookie dough you would bake for cookies. Other places use an egg substitute and tend to be more dry. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. Parking is shared with the outlet mall so it shouldn't be a problem (we went on a Saturday). read more

From the outside to the inside of this Gem of a place. There is only one Brewed and yes it is located within Napa Premium Outlets! The interior design of this coffee shop was well thought by the owners, Laura (mother) and Lisa (daughter) and they also make their own cookies with their own special ingredients. From the beautiful farmhouse light fixtures to their actual Barn wood from their 1920 Barn house, this place gives out such a friendly peaceful vibe. I ordered the Iced American which is their own unique blend made locally from Benicia, CA. They also give options for sugar free drinks and types of milk, soy, almond and sometimes they have Oat. My hubby, brother and I just had a great conversation with one of the owners, Laura and she is so very sweet. BREWED. Everything about this place is delicious. Literally my mind was blown when I came in here. Had no intentions of stopping in but we were driving from Sonoma to Napa and I was dozing off in the car a bit and needed a cup of coffee. I did a quick google search to see what the closest coffee shop was and Brewed was the first option to pop up. It's located in the Napa Outlet shopping center and we grabbed a parking spot and headed in. I ordered a cup of coffee and while my boyfriend was in the bathroom I couldn't help but notice these massive cookies. I'm not a big baked goods person but they were so big and looked amazing and what do you know, they had a sample out for people to try. Seldom do I eat anything that's not gluten free but something about this cookie was calling my name. OH MY LANTA. Now I make a good oatmeal cookie, I'd say the best oatmeal cookie, but this cookie I tried was INSANE. Literally the best cookie I'd ever tasted in my entire life and that's saying a lot because I come from a big family of bakers. (Hoping my family isn't reading this.) I helped myself to two more little bites of the sample just to savor this amazing moment. Ridiculously good. Then, I take a glance to my left and there's some kind of cookie dough bar. WHAT? They had like 15 or more different kinds of RAW cookie dough to eat out of a cup, not made with any eggs and on top of the greatness they already had, there was a gluten free option. The woman working behind this counter gave me a sample of the gluten free dough and it was amazing. Amazing. I cannot rave enough about this place. I was visiting Napa for work and stopped here for coffee while shopping. O-M-G I will be coming back here anytime I'm close to Napa. When I walked in here, I just planned to get a cup of coffee. But I saw they had edible cookie dough so I immediately called my husband over. He was so excited because he loves cookie dough; me, not so much. This small coffee shop is in the Napa Outlet Malls. We went in here briefly for some quick refreshment and get our fam energized before the drive back to San Fran. I got the iced latte, which is standard but good. My sister ordered the White chocolate macadiamia cookie -- which is surprisingly good. It's warm and melty when they handed it to us, and the big chococlate and nut chunks make the cookie tasted heavenly. It's not overly sweet too which I really appreciate. A lot of the places sell cookies that are pure sugar and it's so hard on the palate. Cookie should has a taste too heh:) My mom got a original donut but it was just meh, nothing exceptional. I was gifted a Gift card and was super excited to try Brewed since I don't live in Napa and I think this is the only location. No vegan friendly items which is a bummer. Lucky for me they have Oat and Soy milk. The two times I ordered a hot vanilla latte both times the drink was made wrong. This last time no vanilla, but that wasn't the batista fault since it wasn't written, I try to speak very clearly but still had to repeat myself multiple times throughout the transaction to the cashier so I didn't bother trying to get it fixed. The 3 starts Is for when I went in and ordered a iced latte and the guy who made my drink was super awesome. Very polite, and very friendly. I think in the future I would rather go somewhere else with a better atmosphere of workers and the prices are a bit high for the vaule of service. read more

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. First: no coffees. Machine was broke. Second: the store was less than impressive. Messy. Third: had to wait 30 minutes for them to make cookies. I was surprised to see it located in the outlet mall as my boyfriend and I were at the outlets a day before we came here & just didn't even realize it. So if anyone is reading this, just know that's where it's located! Near J.Crew from what I can remember. This coffee shop was great though! I love local coffee shops rather than the big-chain coffee places. They have a great selection of merchandise, an assortment of cookie dough flavors that looked like an ice cream bar, and they are still COVID compliant. No sitting down or anywhere to hang out inside. My boyfriend got a white mocha which he was impressed by, and I ordered a good ol' triple shot light vanilla latte! Trusty Yelp popped up brewed., and I knew I couldn't go home without trying this place out after seeing mentions of the cookie dough. I'm so glad we did stop by! The place has a strong coffee shop vibe, with a relaxing interior and plenty of people working on laptops. The place was relatively packed when we came by on a Sunday afternoon. The line moved fast, and the workers were super friendly. I was enjoying my cup of peanut butter cookie dough before I knew it. I would say that Brewed is more of a bakery and dessert venue than it is a coffee venue, and that unless you are shopping at the outlets it's not really a destination if you are a coffee person that appreciates it as an art form. But if you are a cookie person and are into the raw dough thing (yuck) then I can totally see driving across town just for this. First the coffee. Despite the barista explaining that it is a dark roast it isn't a dark roast, it's on the dark side of medium which is what you want for espresso drinks. Like Starbucks they use an automated machine which grinds, packs the shot and automatically pulls, the barista only steams. As espresso drinks go they are fine, the kind of stuff you might get at a better chain than Starbucks, in other words not incinerated. No latte art here, all the drinks are dispensed in to go cups. The actual star of the show is the cookies and the dough. The cookies themselves are big and can be easily shared between two people having coffee. The dough bar (think gelato display) has 9 flavors with toppings extra, the stuff is formulated so you can eat it raw, it doesn't have raw eggs in it. It has that same grainy cookie dough texture and it is hella sweet. My wife and I shared a baked oatmeal cookie, it was a good cookie but not a destination cookie. If you've stayed at a Doubletree those cookies are better especially when warm or fresh baked. I would rate the cookies and coffee as a 3, the atmosphere is a 4 with plenty of comfy chairs and free WiFi. It's a great place to bring your hyperactive children to make them totally implode and crash if you enjoy watching your kids have meltdowns after hours of shopping. This place is such a great find! When I heard, another new coffee place, I rolled my eyes. However, after giving it an honest try, I was thrilled! They offer plenty of dairy alternatives (soy, almond, coconut, oat), and those cookies are unbelievably good! I love that they have coffee "freezes" which remind me of coffee the way I used to get it in Hawaii. I opted to get the cookie dough (to go) so I could customize the size of the cookies myself, and I'm glad I did because one ball of dough can easily make 4 cookies!! I LOVE coffee and I enjoy coffee shops. In December, I was doing some last minute shopping at the outlets before going on vacation, when one of my girl friends suggested we get some coffee. Finally! A inexpensive place that sells raw edible cookie dough. My advice is to go early when the store opens. When I arrived there (6PM) most of the choices we already gone, thats how good they are. I guess the coffee is a plus but in my opinion the cookie dough is the star of the show. The workers there are very nice and friendly. They gave my mother and I time to order and even let us sample some cookie dough even though they were all gone. The atmosphere is very chill and spacious, a ton of room and places to sit, even out door seats! At the end of the day all this store is is a sweet spot, if you ever come to the Napa Outlets this place is a must to visit. Favs on the menu are the Nutella milkshake and the cookies. I've never been a fan of any Nutella drinks until I tried Brewed's Nutella Whip. It's not too sweet...light, airy, and frothy...and the perfect texture when you bite into a hazelnut or ice chip. It was soooo perfect. Brewed was so wonderful! It really is true that you can get scoops of cookie dough to eat! We chose the s'mores. It was so delicious but the best part was bringing home the leftover and baking it! I didn't have any directions so I took a guess and did 350 for 9 minutes. It was a yummy, gooey masterpiece. We also had a chocolate chip cookie there that was ginormous. It wasn't the absolute best cookie that I've ever tasted but it was good. We also got an ice mocha which was the best I had ever tasted! Too bad, Starbucks! Saw a bunch if people holding drinks from this place so decided to give it a try. I went at around 3pm and there were not too many people. I got the espresso freeze and it was delicious. I think they triple blend their freezes because the ice melted very evenly while I was drinking it. The espresso was also quite strong. I would recommend trying this place out! read more
