I ordered a pina colada adult shaved ice and split it with my husband. It was plenty for both of us and it tasted amazing! My niece ordered a small shaved ice and added a topping, she loved hers as well. I'm confident all of the flavors and options here taste great and fresh. The small sized shaved ice for $5.00 is pretty big and you get a choice of approximately 20 different syrups... And you can add up to three flavors for the same price. I got the pina colada syrup and the young lady reminded me that I can't take alcohol out of this courtyard... But then I told her i just wanted the regular non alcoholic syrup because if my condition. You can add coconut flakes on top for another 50 cents or so. You can add a scoop of ice cream on the bottom for an extra dollar or so, and you can order a medium or a large size for an additional dollar or two... And you can get alcoholic shaved ice for quite a bit more. It was pretty tasty overall... But When it's hot and muggy out... Anything cold usually does. Not bad! Oh, and the young lady behind the counter was nice to talk to also. read more

Have been coming Lahaina for years. Every time I visit the go to spot is Breakwall Shave Ice. Not only is the shaved ice great but the staff is awesome. Had nothing to do with the heat. The woman was poorly trained and did not know how to pack the ice. Then the other woman put ridiculous syrup on. It fell due to both those things. I eat shave ice often with my children and I know a good pack and correct syrup amounts. These women had no clue. The first visit --they were spot on. Off the hook. Best ever type of thing. Second time all of us agreed a big fail. Btw my children threw out theirs as well due to excessive syrup. First time they ever did that. read more
