Island coffee and cookies and creme
    Heather T.

The service was fast no long line. I ordered island coffee. It was creamy and sweet. My son got the cookies and cream he loved his gelato scoop. For one small scoop in a cup is pretty pricey for total both gelato was $16. Overall the gelato was good. Only thing is that you can't taste test if you wanted to try a different flavor without being disappointed.

Coconut gelato. FROM ONO GELATO!! This is the one. So light, so creamy, so GOOD. Honestly all you need to know. We stumbled upon this place while waiting for our Monkeypod reservation, & I'm so glad we did. Perfect refreshing treat! If you're a coconut lover, run, don't walk.

An ice-cream shop right behind the busy Monkeypod kitchen, hula grill , and Leilani restaurants. Super nice lady working solo from scooping ice cream to handling register and everything else. There is always a line but always a smile from her. Not one of the best creamy gelato but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is also some local gifts made in Maui for your tourist needs. Nice place to visit.

It's perfectly good gelato, but, as you'd expect, it's expensive. $8 for a scoop in a cup.

The wife wanted something cold after shopping, so we tried this little shop for gelato, as she dined on her coffee dessert. For me, I really don't eat sweets, but the wife enjoyed her gelato, which is all that matters...

We stopped here for dessert after eating lunch at Monkey Pod. The poor server was working solo and had to scoop ice cream and work the register with a long line of people to serve. She was super efficient and courteous. The ice cream tasted like regular ice cream and lacked the rich, creamy flavor of authentic Italian gelato.

Yum! I was hooked on the coconut gelato here--had it every day during my visit last month. It was that good! I'm craving it just thinking about it. If you're in Maui, definitely stop by this spot in Whalers Village. The line gets long at night, but it's totally worth the wait. Thank you.

the service was amazing; the lady who serviced me was nice and patient. the flavor i got was coffee crunch (i think) and it was so strong and flavorful. the dark chocolate isn't the best in ice cream but it didn't ruin the flavor. perfect while walking around.

Very cute spot and usaully a mainstay for me. The ice cream selection is always good. The service is always friendly and offers a chance to taste a flavor before committing to it. I have visited this spot all of my visit's to Maui. It has become a staple for me and one of 3 reasons to make my way to Whaler Village. Fun fact, I'm Italian only by blood and I don't like Tiramisu but I most definitelty loved the Tiramisu flavor I got this last visit. Yes, I am aware they vastly different in direct comparison but I can at least some what accept my heritage!

The ice cream here is really good! Samples were not available (due to COVID?) so we went by our gut. I got a double cone with Salted Caramel and Sandy Beach. My daughter got a double cone with Salted Caramel and Coffee Crunch. My friend got a double cone with Salted Caramel and Tiramisu. We were very happy with our selections. The Salted Caramel went really well with the 3 different flavors, and they were all yummy! It was cool out, yet we noticed our ice cream melted rather quickly. The flavor was there, but the consistency was off somehow... The service wasn't bad. There was a long line, but because they did not provide samples, the line moved pretty fast.

Coming off a snorkel trip. Great little refresher. Had a sandy beach (peanut butter ++) and Craig had salted caramel. Nice service. Had some cute Made in Maui merch for sale.

We came here closer to closing, and the lady running the stand said she has been busy since opening! She has been serving people for hours on end, and we wished her a rest while we chose our order. I got Coconut Sorbet with Cheesecake, and my partner got Mango Sorbet with Tiramisu. It was delicious. The gelato was so fresh and flavorful! There was no artificial taste, and it was just the right amount of sweetness. The gelato did melt fast, but the flavor and texture were delightful. I enjoyed this gelato so much, and we tipped the worker significantly more for all of her hard work! Please come and support this place more

    Strawberry and coconut - Non-dairy
    Bruski N.

They should change the name to OH NO GELATO because everything I asked for is a NO. I'm lactose-intolerant and wanted to sample a few of the non-dairy flavors (coconut, strawberry, etc.) that they have but the "not so friendly" counter girl pointed at a sign and said, "We don't give out tasters". How do you not give out tasters if you are trying to sell gelato or ice cream? It doesn't cost you anything and you quadruple your sales when you do this. Also, how do people know if your products are good or not if they don't get to taste it? Maybe, they are not as good and they don't want you to try them. I ended up buying the coconut and strawberry flavors because my wife didn't want me to cause a scene and I have been wanting to find a non-dairy gelato in Maui. The gelato was decent but their business practices and rude staff turned us off and we will never be coming back. They also have another sign that they will not validate your parking ticket unless you buy more than $15.

I love Dole Whip, but this place serves their own version called Pineapple Cream, and in my opinion, it's a million times better. They even have a poster in the shop comparing the ingredients, and let's just say they're not shy about pointing out what's in Dole Whip versus their own product. Their Pineapple Cream is made with simple ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. They offer a variety of island inspired flavors, which made it tough to choose because everything sounded delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this place until our last night in Maui. Otherwise, I have no doubt we would have come back multiple times during our trip. If you're a fan of pineapple ice cream, this is a must-visit. Seating was limited outdoors and inside was full.
