I brought my concerns to the manager, hoping the issue would be taken seriously. Instead, I felt that excuses were made for the staff member's behavior rather than acknowledging my experience. That response left me with the impression that this type of service is acceptable and that the issue is unlikely to be addressed. What I tried seemed well seasoned and there are quite a few menu options (though not available when I was ordering). The pita looks huge- not made in house but people seemed to like them. I can't speak to if other items are made there it if it's all just put together.
