This is honestly a sad review to make. I really love sweetgreen. This is the only place my wife and…read moreI like to eat at (usually to-go). We usually order sweetgreen twice a week, and we always order the same thing. The wraps are our favorite...but recently the quality of them has been extremely shoddy; I have had completely soaked wraps with thoroughly soggy tortilla, both of us constantly not getting everything we pay for (through doordash), the amount of food in the wraps varies DRASTICALLY, I have received wraps that are barely rolled into a burrito with all the innards falling out... I ordered the same wrap today I usually get with two proteins; steak and chicken, and there was I am not joking two pieces of chicken in it.... I re-ordered the wraps today and when they got here and I saw they were soggy I just had to make this review. Our orders have been like this for the past 10+ times we've ordered. As a loyal customer, it is too bad I have to make this review but I cannot really recommend sweetgreen because of their lack of consistency, I wish I had more pictures of what HAS BEEN the issue, but this is the 3rd and 4th wrap I ordered today and they are both soggy and wet. I hope the business owner pays attention to this because we want to see you guys succeed!

Everything came out hot and fresh, but it was all bland. My husband had the blackened chicken sandwich, and I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. The chicken was good quality, but I actually had to reach for the table salt, which I never do. To make matters worse, my portions were rather scant, especially for the price. On the plus side, my husband really liked his vodka lime ginger mule, and the fries were solid. My Arnold Palmer, however, was super weak and watered down. We also ordered a slice of Banana Fosters Cheesecake to go. The bill came to $85 with tip, which felt a bit steep considering the seasoning issues. What really ruined it, though, was the state of the facilities. The bathroom was putrid -- honestly, it was so bad it actually made me feel physically ill. If I were to eat here again, I'd definitely order something else and stay far away from the restroom.

Since there was plenty of open seating there, I decided to pull up a stool and eat in instead. * **The Drinks:** I ordered a water and a Patron margarita. The margarita was solid, but it leaned a bit too heavy on the juice rather than the tequila. * **The Salad:** I started with the grilled chicken Caesar salad. They definitely weren't stingy with the chicken--it was loaded! However, it was pretty skimpy on both the lettuce and the parmesan cheese. * **The Dip:** Next came the spinach artichoke dip. It tasted okay, but it would have been so much better if the ingredients had actually been mixed well before being baked in the oven. * **The Star of the Show:** The Sausage & Spicy Honey pizza absolutely stole the spotlight. I added pepperoni to mine, and it was incredibly solid. My only minor critiques are that they use actual small pepperonis (which I'm just not a huge fan of), and it could have used a bit more of that Sriracha honey drizzle to really elevate the flavors. All in all, the service was great and I enjoyed my meal. For a brand new spot, they are off to a very good start. I'm rating it a 3/5 for now, but I will definitely be back to try more pizzas!

It may be helpful to place a variety of cocktails on the menu besides tequila and vodka.
