We love our waitress Sierra and try to sit in her section every time we visit. You never need to wait or to ask your waitress for a refill whether it's coffee, tea or water. Everybody helps each other, so the service is phenomenal. They have tables that can seat to 8-10 people, and they have booths for smaller groups of 4 or less. I actually found this spot via yelp and unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. The reviews all said the food was cheap, but I did not find that to be the case. I ordered the croissant French toast with strawberries and although it was yummy, it came absolutely SOAKED in syrup. It was almost inedible. The bread was falling apart because it was so saturated with syrup. I've actually never ordered French toast anywhere before and have it served with the syrup already on the toast. I didn't see it described that way on the menu either. I wish that had been clearly indicated on the menu so that I could order the syrup on the side. I was also disappointed in the lack of strawberries. I hate to leave such a bad review because the staff was very friendly but the food was just not on par. We went in on a Sunday morning and did have a bit of a wait. Once seated though the service was quick and the food came out fast as well. I went with the corn beef hash and it did not disappoint. I also got a side of hashbrowns and grits. The hashbrowns were good and the grits were okay. My friend got a short stack of pancakes with fruit and a side of home fries which she enjoyed. Another friend who was with us had a waffle and she was not the biggest fan as she said it was harder than she would have liked. It may have just been an off day, but she expressed she would have preferred the pancake or French toast. Overall, I would return, the wait wasn't too bad and the food was decently priced! I've left a review for Breakfastime's Copperfield location before but we usually go to this one. It's in an old Bojangles restaurant so it's definitely smaller than the one on Copperfield but they will certainly try and accommodate large groups if need be. The staff is always friendly and you don't usually see a turnover so you can get to know the servers. Food is always a 10/10. It's fresh and comes exactly how you order it. Cannot say enough positive things!!! And you know I also like to rate a place based on their tea. Whether you drink it sweet, 1/2&1/2 or unsweet it's perfect! I was amazed because it looked crowded, but it wasn't. I took less than 10 minutes for us to be seated. It was so much to choose from and the absolutely best waitress, Sierra, quickly took our order and others, and she remembered everyone's order! Our food took less than 15 minutes and OMG, everything was cooked to perfection! Portion size were great, so much that we couldn't eat it all. It was 10:00 and there were lots of people waiting inside and out. We had a 25 Minute wait but the overall experience was worth the wait. We ended up sitting at a large counter, which was not jammed and very spacious. Our server was top notch with us never wanting for anything. The value is unbelievable and I think they don't charge enough for the portions and quality we experienced. We could have split a meal and still feel full. Unfortunately, I could not even come close to finishing my meal. I think next time I would ask for less food for the same price which is still a great deal. I just don't like wasting food. Some of the friendliest service I have gotten an a very, very long time! The cooks are very quick in making your food and they give you fantastic portions. The restaurant looks like a Hometown mama pop shop with grandma telling the cooks what to do on the grill. Take some time to read all the signage and placards on the walls it's pretty funny. I had an amazing time at Breakfastime Restaurant. The staff was very courteous and prompt. They were attentive to all the needs and would keep coming back to make sure they had fresh coffee. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak omelette with cheese. I ordered cheesy grits corn beef hash, and being from the south you have to get the biscuits with gravy. The food was standard diner fair, if it was above diner fair definitely would be a 5-star place. They did have three different hot sauces. We've been going there for years and it's just been within the past year that their quality has gone down hill and their health rating is now down to 90 when it was up in the high 90's which means there a problem with cleanliness. One thing I didn't love was the eggs with cheese because they just melted the cheese on top as opposed to mixing it in - I'm sure you can ask for them to mix it in while cooking; I just didn't know it was going to be like that.
