I'm not sure why the reviews for this location are so low, every time I come my food is hot and fresh and so yummy! We came for breakfast and were greeted and seated right away upon arriving. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is always clean and the servers are so nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I received plenty of compliments on my hair from the staff and they were all serving smiles. Our server was all smiles and so accommodating! I ordered the Carne asada hash for my meal, a waffle for my son and I to share and he ordered the bacon and egg kids meal which came with fresh fruit. Everything was absolutely delicious! The hash was so fresh and flavorful, you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The hash came with two warm tortillas which was prefect for making little tacos! I also ordered the lavender cocktail which packed a punch and was yummy. And the blue booster juice, which was absolutely phenomenal! My son enjoyed his food, the waffle was good as well. Abs the fruit that came with my sons meal was so fresh and ripe! Service 10/10 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance 8/10[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 We enjoyed every bite and sip! I hope they make the hash a permanent menu item!

    Million Dollar Bacon

This wasn't my first visit to a First Watch restaurant, but I have yet to be disappointed. There is a huge selection of equally tempting choices on the menu. I went with the mint mocha iced coffee which is a departure from my usual hot coffee. It was delicious and made me think it could easily serve as a dessert cocktail by adding a little vodka to it. My daughter and I split a million dollar bacon, which was basically four strips of maple syrup covered bacon. Can't really go wrong there. For an entree I went with avocado toast and added a slice of ham to my order. Everything was good here. My only complaint is that I wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs prepared. Probably just an oversight by the waitress, but it slipped my mind as well. The restaurant was only moderately busy and we didn't have to wait to get seated even though we were there on a Sunday morning. If you go here, just be aware that it's not cheap. Even if we didn't get the extra vans drinks and appetizer, we would still looking at a bill of over $30 before tip. So just be aware of that. That being said, it was a solid and enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back again.

Trifecta (Chocolate Chip Pancake, Turkey Sausage, and Potatoes)

We arrived and ordered our usuals. The waiter unfortunately did not inform us that they had ran out of chicken sausage (which I ordered and even ordered an extra side of for my toddler). When the food was brought to the table I immediately noticed the wrong sausage. The staff said "they told you we were out of chicken sausage right? That turkey". So not only did they not inform me but just decided to replace it, but also without ever giving me an option. The potatoes were undercooked, meaning harder that they should've been. I cut my pancake and that's where the meal completely fell apart. The blackest pancake over ever seen in my life! MAKE SURE YOUR FLIP YOUR PANCAKE OVER! It took too long for our server to check on us so at that point I didn't want my pancake remade.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Super busy on a Sunday morning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Bloody Mary was served in cute little container but hardly filled up a small cocktail glass. They should provide a better serving size. I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. When they brought out my plate; the scrambled eggs were not really scrambled. They were pan fried and it was mixed with uncooked parts of egg whites. When I asked if they could give me another scrambled egg, they asked what's wrong and I said, just show them my plate with the uncooked whites. Skip the millionaire bacon potatoes.

    Overcooked Eggs Benedict

Went here for brunch and the service and food left much to be desired. First, the hostess who brought us to our table was drinking a smoothie and just pointing at the table we were supposed to go to (no, "here's your table, your server will be right with you" just legitimate pointing). Then, we watched as our server had to think about what tables to go to. He went with the one directly behind us and, as a result, we weren't seen for an extra 10 minutes. We debated leaving at this point, but thankfully he came by and we were able to order. After ordering, our food arrived and I noticed right away that my eggs benedict were overcooked. Neither egg had a runny yolk, as you can see by the picture. Further, the potatoes were cold and quite hard. Overall, this meal was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Have been to this particular establishment a few times but this was the 1st time of disappointment. Waited over 30min for food and it was cold when it arrived. I had a simple sandwich and salad while my daughter had an omelette. We ordered the million dollar bacon as an appetizer and it came out promptly and thank God it was delicious because rest of the meal wasn't as great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance has a nice feel to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Lavender lemonade is delicious as well. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them because it was getting close to closing time. I would usually give them 4 stars but today just wasn't great. Waitress was really apologetic tho and she was nice

A good breakfast experience for sure! We came for a work meeting and enjoyed both of our pancakes and highly recommend either flavor. Our waiter was super attentive and made sure we had what we needed the whole time we were there. Not too busy and was super easy to get seated. Highly recommend if you want some good breakfast/brunch options.

This was my first and last visit at this location! Starting with the seating. I watched as certain people (!) walked in and were immediately seated as opposed to seating those who had already been waiting with the same number in their party. I ordered a small cranberry juice which had to be returned because it was served in a dirty glass. My "Works" omelet needed more work and as you can see from the picture, my potatoes were burnt. In addition, my friend requested soft eggs and after 2 attempts from the kitchen, gave up and did not eat anything. The manager was called over. He did not offer any apologies, but did comp the meals. We will not return!!

Wow is this place both busy and behind. As I was leaving there was a couple next to me that had been waiting an hour for their to go order. However, mine came out timely. They were out of their million dollar bacon but I happily substituted chicken apple sausage. My lemon ricotta pancakes were tasty. The staff is so amazing.

My and I decided to try this restaurant seeing as it about 5 minutes from the house. I must say this is a sold breakfast choice. The price is reasonable and the service was excellent. The team is extremely helpful and accommodating. Mom order The Works Omelet, while I chose the Tri-Fecta. I also opted for the Million Dollar Bacon. I would definitely recommend this location and restaurant.

There is a First Watch near the Concord Mills Mall area that opens at 7 am every morning. Getting quickly seated was very easy, and having a fast cup of decent coffee was even easier. I decided to go away from the Eggs Benedict and see if the Carne Asada Hash, a new dish being offered, would be tasty. The mixture used breakfast potatoes already served with several egg dishes there. It really wasn't a hash and I had to cut down the squares of the potatoes to get a better flavor of the steak and peppers inside. Overall, a decent breakfast place but I would probably go back to the Eggs Benedict if I visit again.

I like smash burgers typically but when I saw the Jucy Lucy I wanted to give it a whirl, and it hit the mark perfectly. I got extra cheese so maybe that's the secret. We opted for a 50/50 limo which is 5 burgers of your choice and 5 orders of fries. Our limo also came with a pack of 4 sauces. Along with some cheese curds and 3 orders of cookies. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff who were courteous and attentive. They even took time to read my order back to me bc it was large. The restaurant is small with maybe 20 seats, mostly stools. For our limo, we opted for 4 Royales (2 patties, with cheese, LTO, pickles and special sauce) and one OG (2 patties, pickles, onions and special sauce) along with 5 orders of fries. They will also modify burgers upon request (I will not bore you with all my picky fams modifications). Let me say they are really impressive at packing everything in a custom box instead of a bag. My only complaint is that the fries and curds were smashed. The food is amazing, the burgers were great and my entire family raved about them. The cheese curds were good despite being smashed and the ranch sauce and special sauce were great. We did not really care for the cookies, they just had too much going on. Recommend a stop if you are in the area looking for a burger.

So while my never-ending battle to get my beers counted in real-time still remains the bane of my ubiquitous existence here, at least the staff make it a little less maddening. To be fair sometimes it is tech issues where the app (which I have a neverending love/hate relationship with) will decide to do some new, weird, baffling yet enraging thing that mucks up my beer count, but I can always count on my Ladies in Charge Izz & Kels to work their magic. I also gotta give shoutouts to my girls Maddie & Stella & Katie for always taking care of me and finding ways to turn my frowns upside down! I have enjoyed the different styles and breweries they have recently been bringing into the mix (I thought I had died and gone to beer heaven when I saw they had 6 yes SIX 3 Floyds beers on tap & in cans!), but have noticed they haven't been adding as many local NC beers like they used to, which makes it hard for a regular, such as myself, on her 17th plate to come in for $5 NC Drafts on Sundays. I appreciate the new daily specials on Fridays/Saturdays and showing more appreciation for BeerKnurds that have been added (notably 1/2 lunch for BKs on Tues from 11am-3pm), but REALLY REALLY wish they would do more stuff (as in ANYTHING) for MOUs (BKs w/5+ plates). All that being said, you really can't beat their $5 off any draft on the wall or hard liquors + wine Mondays or their create your own pizzas (might I suggest my personal creation & fav the "Tickle My Pickle?); the food menu is just solid as their kitchen staff are some of the best (and nicest) in the biz! So, if you're looking for a spot where the staff make the experience just as much as the beer & food and that is the literal embodiment of Cheers once you've established yourself as a regular, then look no further! It's seat-yourself, so we had to pull a couple tables together to fit everyone. One thing to note: it was very warm inside, so I'd recommend sitting toward the back where it's more comfortable. My boys really enjoy this place, so I wanted to like it more, but the food was just okay and a bit pricey for what you get. Most items run about $14.99-$21.99, even appetizers are at entrée prices. I ordered the Carne Asada Fries appetizer ($15.99) after hearing they were "fire." The steak had good flavor, but the portion was light--fine for sharing, but not very filling. One entree, Big Dipper ($15.49), a roast beef seemed overcooked and there wasn't much meat on a large bun. Two people from the table ordered pizza. Neither ate more than 2 pieces. On the positive side, the beer selection is excellent, with plenty of options on tap and in bottles and cans--from Guinness to local IPAs. The atmosphere is also unique: plates cover the walls and ceiling from guests who've completed their beer challenge, which makes for a fun, quirky vibe you really have to see in person. Dart boards for those who want to be a bit more active. Overall, it's a great spot for beer and atmosphere, but the food and pricing didn't quite match the experience for me.
