Outdoor seating
Kari G.

This is a nice place for a brunch. It's pretty laid back. There are outdoor seating options. Kayla was great and attentive. We sat outside. Nice and Shady. She filled our coffee mugs, only halfway, which was great since they did get cool. But since we had the coffee carafe on the table, it was fine. I asked for my eggs benedict, to be poached medium. They were poached hard, but it was still tasty.I know it's challenging to do a medium poaching. I forgot to take a picture of my husband's skillet breakfast but he enjoyed it as well although some of the potatoes were not cooked all the way.

I'm not sure why the reviews for this location are so low, every time I come my food is hot and fresh and so yummy! We came for breakfast and were greeted and seated right away upon arriving. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are so nice! I received plenty of compliments on my hair from the staff and they were all serving smiles. Our server was all smiles and so accommodating! I ordered the Carne asada hash for my meal, a waffle for my son and I to share and he ordered the bacon and egg kids meal which came with fresh fruit. Everything was absolutely delicious! The hash was so fresh and flavorful, you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The hash came with two warm tortillas which was prefect for making little tacos! I also ordered the lavender cocktail which packed a punch and was yummy. And the blue booster juice, which was absolutely phenomenal! My son enjoyed his food, the waffle was good as well. Abs the fruit that came with my sons meal was so fresh and ripe! Service 10/10 Ambiance 8/10 Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 We enjoyed every bite and sip! I hope they make the hash a permanent menu item!

Million Dollar Bacon

This wasn't my first visit to a First Watch restaurant, but I have yet to be disappointed. There is a huge selection of equally tempting choices on the menu. I went with the mint mocha iced coffee which is a departure from my usual hot coffee. It was delicious and made me think it could easily serve as a dessert cocktail by adding a little vodka to it. My daughter and I split a million dollar bacon, which was basically four strips of maple syrup covered bacon. Can't really go wrong there. For an entree I went with avocado toast and added a slice of ham to my order. Everything was good here. My only complaint is that I wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs prepared. Probably just an oversight by the waitress, but it slipped my mind as well. The restaurant was only moderately busy and we didn't have to wait to get seated even though we were there on a Sunday morning. If you go here, just be aware that it's not cheap. Even if we didn't get the extra vans drinks and appetizer, we would still looking at a bill of over $30 before tip. So just be aware of that. That being said, it was a solid and enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back again.

Trifecta (Chocolate Chip Pancake, Turkey Sausage, and Potatoes)

We arrived and ordered our usuals. The waiter unfortunately did not inform us that they had ran out of chicken sausage (which I ordered and even ordered an extra side of for my toddler). When the food was brought to the table I immediately noticed the wrong sausage. The staff said "they told you we were out of chicken sausage right? That turkey". So not only did they not inform me but just decided to replace it, but also without ever giving me an option. The potatoes were undercooked, meaning harder that they should've been. I cut my pancake and that's where the meal completely fell apart. The blackest pancake over ever seen in my life! MAKE SURE YOUR FLIP YOUR PANCAKE OVER! It took too long for our server to check on us so at that point I didn't want my pancake remade.

Super busy on a Sunday morning. The Bloody Mary was served in cute little container but hardly filled up a small cocktail glass. They should provide a better serving size. I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. When they brought out my plate; the scrambled eggs were not really scrambled. They were pan fried and it was mixed with uncooked parts of egg whites. When I asked if they could give me another scrambled egg, they asked what's wrong and I said, just show them my plate with the uncooked whites. Skip the millionaire bacon potatoes.

I'm not sure why there are several bad reviews on here. I eat here for breakfast every time I've come to town. I've never had any issues. The Google reviews are very good. This morning my food arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered. Everything was cooked properly. My server, Amy, was prompt and accommodating. Another good experience for me at least.

Overcooked Eggs Benedict

Went here for brunch and the service and food left much to be desired. First, the hostess who brought us to our table was drinking a smoothie and just pointing at the table we were supposed to go to (no, "here's your table, your server will be right with you" just legitimate pointing). Then, we watched as our server had to think about what tables to go to. He went with the one directly behind us and, as a result, we weren't seen for an extra 10 minutes. We debated leaving at this point, but thankfully he came by and we were able to order. After ordering, our food arrived and I noticed right away that my eggs benedict were overcooked. Neither egg had a runny yolk, as you can see by the picture. Further, the potatoes were cold and quite hard. Overall, this meal was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Monterey Club Chicken Avocado Chop Salad

Have been to this particular establishment a few times but this was the 1st time of disappointment. Waited over 30min for food and it was cold when it arrived. I had a simple sandwich and salad while my daughter had an omelette. We ordered the million dollar bacon as an appetizer and it came out promptly and thank God it was delicious because rest of the meal wasn't as great. Ambiance has a nice feel to it. The Lavender lemonade is delicious as well. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them because it was getting close to closing time. I would usually give them 4 stars but today just wasn't great. Waitress was really apologetic tho and she was nice

Great spot for delicious breakfast, quick friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. The Bloody Mary was subbed to a Maria (tequila), love it!

The Works Omelet with house potatoes.

This was my first and last visit at this location! Starting with the seating. I watched as certain people (!) walked in and were immediately seated as opposed to seating those who had already been waiting with the same number in their party. I ordered a small cranberry juice which had to be returned because it was served in a dirty glass. My "Works" omelet needed more work and as you can see from the picture, my potatoes were burnt. In addition, my friend requested soft eggs and after 2 attempts from the kitchen, gave up and did not eat anything. The manager was called over. He did not offer any apologies, but did comp the meals. We will not return!!

My and I decided to try this restaurant seeing as it about 5 minutes from the house. I must say this is a sold breakfast choice. The price is reasonable and the service was excellent. The team is extremely helpful and accommodating. Mom order The Works Omelet, while I chose the Tri-Fecta. I also opted for the Million Dollar Bacon. I would definitely recommend this location and restaurant.

There is a First Watch near the Concord Mills Mall area that opens at 7 am every morning. Getting quickly seated was very easy, and having a fast cup of decent coffee was even easier. I decided to go away from the Eggs Benedict and see if the Carne Asada Hash, a new dish being offered, would be tasty. The mixture used breakfast potatoes already served with several egg dishes there. It really wasn't a hash and I had to cut down the squares of the potatoes to get a better flavor of the steak and peppers inside. Overall, a decent breakfast place but I would probably go back to the Eggs Benedict if I visit again.

Sloan M.

Wow is this place both busy and behind. As I was leaving there was a couple next to me that had been waiting an hour for their to go order. However, mine came out timely. They were out of their million dollar bacon but I happily substituted chicken apple sausage. My lemon ricotta pancakes were tasty. The staff is so amazing.

Food is tasteless and burnt. The omelet is dry and has no flavor. The potatoes are burnt. Absolutely not worth the money or time.

Writing that hurts my brain. The staff is very friendly, and I don't mean to take away from the service, which was good, but it felt inorganic. I wasn't sure if I was there to eat or get an oil change. And now, the food. I didn't know that cheese burger meant two patties of cheese, and a slice of burger. The waffle was fine - Didn't look or taste like a fresh waffle but again it was fine. Those potatoes??? 10/10 - I could've just gotten those and would've been content since I'm an avid potato lover! Also, got the Sol All Star Breakfast. Waffle, Eggs, Turkey Bacon, and "Homestyle Fries." Everything was cooked as expected and taste was good. It's a nice brunch spot right at the boardwalk. The restaurant was busy but not overly so. They were able to seat us right away. There were lots of delicious items on the menu. My friends all got the salmon (two grilled and one fried). I got the crabcake because I just have to be different, I guess. They brought out cornbread muffins with honey butter that were delicious. They were really soft and cake-like and the honey butter topping was awesome. Two of us got side salads for our side and they came out with the meal, which isn't my preference but the food came out quickly any way so it was fine. The side salads were MASSIVE. Lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and onions (removed from mine) in a huge bowl. Probably could have been a meal to itself. The food came out and there was some confusion on sides that were mismatched and all of the salmons were grilled (instead of the one fried). Everyone really enjoyed their meal. I kinda wish I had gotten the salmon because it looked amazing and really well seasoned. The crab cake I had was good too. I think it had their Garlic Parmesan Cream sauce on top. The crab cake was big and had plenty of crab. I think I would have preferred a traditional tartar sauce on the side. I got their mac and cheese for my other side. It was super creamy and cheesy. It was also topped with the garlic parmesan cream sauce. Very tasty. Service was good. Not ton of visits to the table but I don't think we ever wanted for anything. My total with tip was about $40 and I think it was worth it for all the food I got. Would be a fun place to return too! Good job, Sol'Delish!

The crust was good, very crisp and the pizza is light with a little crisp to the dough, definitely not soggy. I had the French onion soup.... Unimpressed. I may be a French onion snob as I've been lucky to travel around the country and tried numerous soups (including in France). This was very average, I like the bread to be a little crispy, this was soggy, and the cheese, once I pushed into the soup. It all kind of gelled together. Like you can't get bites with other parts of the soup. I was literally using my knife to try and cut it apart so I could eat it in pieces and not one huge chunk. But it became too tedious and eventually I had to eat the cheese all together. I really liked the chicken wings, cooked well, I really enjoyed the bbq sauce. The wings are by far my favorite.
