I was on my way to Starbucks when I drove past this place. The outside was so cute and I could see in the windows it looked great so I immediately took a U-turn and came in! Absolutely zero regrets and now I've found my new spot for coffee! It's a very chill atmosphere, many people are here working and the music is on low. They hadn't put out any pastries yet (as of 10am on a Wednesday), so I was a little disappointed but that didn't falter my experience because the coffee was soo tasty. I love the creativity of their specialty fall menu. I wanted to get one but am in a rut with my vanilla latte! The staff/service was very quick and friendly. The vibes are great, I love the decor and detail put into this place. I can't wait to come back!

I visited Summit for the first time a few weeks ago and was happy with my experience! I tried one of the holiday lattes and the cinnamon roll pastry, both were good but I would def try other menu items next time! Service was fast and the inside was cute and we were able to find seating at around 11am/12pm during the weekday. The only thing that was an issue for me was parking-- very limited spaces since they share a parking lot with residential townhomes. Overall I enjoyed Summit and would come back.

I only learned about this location this week when I saw the summer menu promo and searched to find a location near me. It's new and super cute inside. Located in the new apartment complex across from Publix and Chick-fil-A. Service was fast. I ordered the banana cream pie and OMG it was delicious!! I can't wait to order another one. Previously I didn't have an amazing experience at another location I went too and as a result wasn't a huge fan, but this visit made me a believer. There were a few people remote working inside and I can understand why. It's very cozy and there are several places to sit and get heads down. Seems pretty quiet too. I will be back very soon to try the banana cream pie, probably multiple times while it is on the menu.

Located in an upscale shopping/residential area, this is a popular destination for coffee lovers alike. Service was swift and the coffee was good. I live in Atlanta and was glad to know that Summit has a location there so I won't have to have the beans shipped to me. They also have several different locations in the Charlotte area. Check them out and enjoy.

I must say....this location has redeemed the other location I visited years ago. I didn't have a good experience or food or coffee at the other location, so I haven't been to a Summit coffee since. BUT this new location!!!! Super cute, great staff and I had a fantastic honey lavender latte with oat milk and croissant!! The interior is so stinking cute, I could see myself working there for hours. This trip was to meet up with someone and catch up, but I'd love to cowork here too. The only downfall that I experienced was parking was nonexistent. BUT there is a huge parking lot. IDK where all the people in the parked cars were because the coffee shop wasn't full and the only other thing nearby is a small yoga studio and apartments. There were reserved spots for residents and they were all empty. So I wonder if the residents just park anywhere and those reserved spots just sit open. I circled the lot for a few minutes before I drove to the Chick Fil A across the street and parked there and just walked over. That's really the only reason I haven't been back just yet. Otherwise, I loved this spot!!

I came here last week but could not find parking. I drove around a few times, and no space or street parking opened up. There is a chick fil-a that is directly across the street. I could have parked and walked over, but I thought it to be inconvenient. Today, Friday, around 10 am. I got there just in time for the one spot that was available. I love the overall location. It's a much needed new coffee option for the area. No drive-through, but OK. Upon walking in, it's very spacious. Lots of people have caught on to the work friendly spot and were there working, networking, and having conversations. It's a great place to work if you don't have conference calls or dont mind the background noise. Lots of chatter. There is outside seating, which is a plus. I ordered the cold Chai with a pump of lavender, and my daughter tried the hibiscus berry lemonade. We chose the chocolate chip cookie and the tomato jam feta danish. Everything was delicious. The danish was super crispy. I didn't taste anything tomatoey, but I still enjoyed it and would get it again. I also downloaded the summit app and was able to get my 1st scan for rewards. I also love that you can order ahead on the app. They have 1 parking space designated for 15 min pick up parking. Overall, I highly recommend

Came to summit coffee for the blueberry cold foam matcha and they were sadly out. They gave me a 15% discount for the inconvenience & gave me the great recommendation for the banana bread latte. I will def be back to work remotely in future! Very nice set up here & friendly staff!

I love this place! Great coffee, great atmosphere, and great breakfast. The pastries are always yummy and the everything bagel is great. I always stop when I'm nearby. Fun seasonal menu too

Arrived midday of their Grand Opening. They did offer free stuff to first 50 people that they served, we missed out for sleeping in. The space is wide open, bright with plenty of natural light. Great wifi and table set ups. They had 2 drip coffees, one dark (delicious) other very good (could have been hotter) and a holiday drink adorned with whipped cream and sprinkles along with a delicious scone. The staff and owner could not have been nicer. Kids corner with coloring pages and stickers. We wish them luck in their new endeavor. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed my first visit to Summit Coffee - Highland Creek. A welcomed new addition to the established Highland Creek/Prosperity Church neighborhoods, this cafe will surely be a community fave. After being greeted by the kind baristas and taking a peek at some of the baked good offerings for the day, I decided to try both the hot chai and an iced matcha with cold foam and grabbed a muffin to snack on as well. Both drinks were carefully crafted and visually impressive, with good flavor profiles to match. The chai had a good amount of spice to it and while the matcha was good but the cold foam was delicious, it definitely stole the show. The muffin (warmed upon request) was good, (the texture was different but I think it may have been gluten-free so that would explain it) but I would certainly get it again. The cafe is the ideal space. It's open with lots of seating options - but still manages to be intimate while also ushering in a ton of natural light. They offer free wifi, mobile pickup and even have a kids corner with a toy drip coffee machine - a very nice touch. It is a great place to work from, to hang out, or just to grab a cup of coffee. Can't wait to visit again!

The place was so cute! It's even near a chick-filA . The ladies were so sweet to guide me through the menu, the seats were so comfortable I could stay here all day! There's even water bottles and other drinks available as well.

The baristas are a bit grey but the pastries, coffee, and tea are fantastic. Would recommend.

It tasted like focus, with subtle notes of questioning my life choices--in a good way. The atmosphere felt like a place where time either slows down or speeds up depending on how long you stare at your cup. The barista seemed to understand my order before I said it, which was comforting and mildly unsettling. I left more awake than when I arrived, but not entirely sure if it was because of the coffee or the existential clarity it provided. Either way, I'll definitely be back, unless I already am.

The area was clean and the cute interior makes for a good social media photo op. The menu has good variety and explorative flavors that encourages repeat visits. I got a Mango Milk Tea and was not disappointed. It gave a Mango Lassi vibe and was very refreshing. My only downside was the bottom of the drink tasted gritty and had a white residue left at the bottom. Also, I initially wanted the drink with light ice and this was my first encounter at a shop that charges extra for light ice (45 cents). Not a huge deal and I understand that companies incur more costs for light ice or no ice. Maybe I could justify the additional charge for getting the drink without ice, but I still wanted ice---just not a lot of it. I just would've like to have been told about it or seen some signage about the additional charge since the toppings and other add ons are listed out. I could've missed where it was listed out, but I don't think I saw anything written out. Nonetheless, after a few healthy gulps, I was sad that the drink was gone. I would come back to try other items.

I read through some of the other reviews and I want to set the record straight. Yes, it's inside a church but there is a separate entrance. Yes, there are Christian books but also other genres. Yes, the coffee is very affordable BECAUSE all the staff are volunteers. No one is getting paid and they LOVE what they do. All smiles and great service. The proceeds go to local and global missions of the church. Win, win all the way around. The place itself is very spacious. Two levels. The seating areas are comfortable and far enough apart you can have some semiprivacy if you need it. My friend who brought me says she comes here all the time to study (she's in college). All of the staff knew her by name. (love places like that) I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't really speak to the coffee (although my friend says it's pretty good). I am a tea drinker though and they have a variety of flavors, some refresher juice drinks, a few pastries. Please support. Every now and again if you're thinking of getting coffee or a pastry, choose them. Why not? Do some good for the community through others who are committed to giving back.
