Friendly service. Absolutely delicious lattes. A spacious seating area to sip and yap or pop open your laptop and do some work. An all around fab spot! Only docked one star for limited parking, but it's worth the wait!

Waterbean Coffee has a very clean and elegant atmosphere. They have several tables including a large group table. They also have several outlets available. The two staff members working during my visit were not especially friendly or interested in providing customer service. The shop offers several different coffees with various flavors, brews, etc. they also offer several sandwiches and baked goods. The coffee was a little expensive for the sizes. . I switched to the Chai tea latte instead and it was very good

Had a chance to stop by Waterbean Coffee on a recent trip to Charlotte and it was cute! It's adjacent to a gas station, so you likely will have to search to find. But they've got great milk alternative options. I got the honey lavender latte special and avocado toast. Both were pretty good. The servers were kind. It's a good quick pit stop if you're headed on the highway.

Wonderful experience at this Waterbean location! It was hardly busy for a Thursday morning. There are several outlets for people trying to get work done, and they also have a drive through. It doesn't look like much from the outside being attached to a gas station, but the inside atmosphere is the same as any other Waterbean location I've been to (Winston-Salem and Huntersville for reference). I always love the iced chai at Waterbean; I personally prefer it to all other iced chai I've had from coffee shops. I decided to try the macarons this visit too and loved them, especially the Italian cream!

Super cute little find. I've been going on a coffee shop tour around the concord area recently and have found a few gems and a bunch of so-so spots. This place was one of the better ones I've found! The outside is a little unassuming since it's connected to a gas station, and that's one of the reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But the inside is very cute. It's clean and bright and welcoming. Cute tables and chairs, nice long coffee bar, a cute little selection of bakery goods. They have a drive through. They have a good sized menu. They have their own brand of coffee beans you can buy. I got a chai tea latte and one of their seasonal coffee drinks- it was an iced latte with snickerdoodle cold foam. Both drinks were very good. My kids tried a rice crispy and that was good, nothing overly amazing, but still good. Good experience, I'd go back again.

I stopped in for the first time last week. Great, friendly staff, excellent latte and a really good breakfast sandwich too! I'll be back.

I recently found this place but I love it. It's an alternative to Starbucks, small , quaint and free internet.

That gas station feel ends as soon as you walk in the door (they also have a drive-through).

We've been wanting to try the Concord location, so it was nice to finally check it out. I ordered the peanut butter overload milkshake and went with the simple version, so mine came in a regular cup--not one of the big mason jar builds. I did get a few pictures of the mason jar ones though, and they are definitely over-the-top and loaded. Even with the regular version, my shake was really good--super thick, rich, and a lot to get through. I made it a little over halfway before I was done. It was about $9, which feels pretty reasonable for the portion and quality you're getting. My niece had the cookie crumble, her friend got the banana pudding, and my sister had butter pecan in a waffle cone. Everyone enjoyed theirs--no complaints at all. The space itself is really cute. It's very kid-friendly and family-friendly, but honestly, it would make a fun little date night stop too. Just know going in--you can definitely share because the portions are heavy. I'll be back to try one of those fully loaded mason jar shakes next time. Service was good. 10/10 recommend.

We pulled up around 2:45 on a Thursday, right before opening, and the second those doors opened we rushed in lol. We ordered the Sweet Cheesus, You Gotta Be Pudding Me, and Build Me Up Butter Cake. All three were insanely good. The ice cream was rich, flavorful, and exactly what you need if you're craving a sugar rush. This place will absolutely satisfy your sweet tooth. The atmosphere is great too--large, clean, and spacious with a fun vibe. Definitely worth the stop. Can't wait to come back and try more!

The shop itself is adorable, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is great. But unfortunately, the star of the show, the ice cream fell short for us. While the texture was nice and creamy, the flavors just didn't deliver. My cherry and peach scoops had barely a piece or two of fruit, and the flavor was very mild, almost nonexistent. I shared my thoughts with a local friend and, without prompting, they described the exact same experience. We're rooting for this place and really hope they make some tweaks to their recipes. A bit more flavor and a few more mix-ins could make a world of difference. We'd love to see them succeed and become a long-term part of the downtown scene.

All of their ice cream is made in house and you can taste the quality. The employees don't fill the cup to the top of the cop, they try to pile a mountain of ice cream. I got the "Single" cup and it was big enough to feed three people easily (in my opinion). The ice cream is delicious, close to the parking deck with parallel street parking outside of the shop. If you are in Concord, it is worth the visit.
