First time eating in at CSC. I had it one other time through a school function for teachers. Comparing the two I feel like I got more chicken salad on my croissant eating in the restaurant compared to the one that was delivered to us. I paired my sandwich with the broccoli cheese soup, which I really liked. We only ever interacted with the cashier and she was nice. But you don't really interact with anyone else. Restaurant was clean and the booths were nice. It was nice to be able to sit and chat with friends without being bothered. I know people LOVE CSC, and it's good, but it is a bit pricy for me. read more

I regularly pick up containers of chicken salad to go from here. (The mobile app is pretty good but could be a little more user friendly.) The crew are always friendly, helpful and the cashiers are quick. Yesterday I met a friend for lunch and noticed that they no longer offer the green salad. I was a little disappointed because I like to get as many vegetables in a day as possible and I enjoyed their salad previously. There are a handful of sandwich options as well as soup and Mac and cheese. I chose to get a scoop of the seasonal flavor Deck the Holly (jalapeno & cranberry) and side of fruit salad. My friend chose the meal with 2 scoops of chicken salad and got different flavors. We both enjoyed our meals and look forward to our next visit. read more

Csc is the best. New to this area, I was hoping there was a location there is and it is closer to my house than I thought. I normally go there once a week so that will continue here! The restaurant is clean and organized. You have the choice of picking up you favorite meal or getting your salad to enjoy later at home. While it's hot out-I'm less likely to have soup however the soup here is beyond delicious! I haven't had the chance to try the pimento cheese but all the chicken salads I have tried are delicious! The staff is also very nice. Try this place! read more

This place is all over social media so of course you seek it out . I purchased grab and go containers to try we currently don't have one where I live . Classic : great texture not a whole lot of flavor . Spicy Scotty: this one more flavorful with the addition of cheese , jalapeños and bacon . Buffalo: you get just what you bought buffalo chicken. Pimento Cheese: the flavor was fine , but the texture very odd ! Overall they have many more chicken salad options with fruits, nuts and herbs I may try it again but it's not a must for me. The counter personnel were friendly and the seating basic fast food layout . read more

I don't think there works be much to this chicken salad restaurant, but it was very good. There are many different iterations of chicken salad and I would like to try all of them and I would if I lived closer. You order at the counter and they bring your items to your table. There's outside seating as well. It's a no frills dining room but that doesn't matter because the salads are so good. read more

You concord NC location sucks. They have had a broken melt machine for months. They advertise a melt and then you come in and they say we can make it cold for you our melt machine is broken. Literally for months and months. Today I had to get this sandwich cold. To make matters worse. They made it wrong. I drove 25 min to come here then get to work w my lunch. I have a cold sandwich with no bacon on it and no cheese on it and instead i have lettuce tomato which I never asked for. Now they don't answer phone either. What a joke. read more

I really like this place. It's a little chilly on the inside so maybe wear a jacket if you are dining in, although the whole place is very clean. There are a bunch of chicken salads to choose from! Before you order you can request to try a sample of any you are interested in. (Or even any of the sides you are interested in) We tried Olivia's old south, Kickin' Kay Lynne, and the seasonal flavor Dill-icious Diva. They were all really good but we settled for the OG Olivia. We also ordered the delicious loaded potato soup! Each meal comes with a side and a cookie. Everything looked and tasted great. The employees were very nice. I ended up purchasing two quick chicks to take home. One Olivia old south and one Dill-icious diva. We will definitely be back in. read more

This is my favorite Saturday lunch spot. No matter which chicken salad sandwich I get it's always so tasty. Lauren's Lemon Basil might be my favorite. Unless I'm in a spicy mood then it's Kicken Kaylynn. The Chick meal is a deal when you're adding a cup of steaming hot soup. Service is fast and the staff is so friendly- and they treat each other well too. Quiet and clean in the dining area. Always a lot of people enjoying good conversation. read more

My kids grabbed take out at Chicken Salad Chick. They know I like grape salad so they brought me home some. They bought a large but to be honest the large portion was a side dish anywhere else. Honestly such a great restaurant for being focused solely on chicken salad. Quality is great, I've tried a lot on the menu and they all taste fresh and delicious. And their pimento cheese? Amazing. Atmosphere is interesting. Feels like your aunt Shirley's sunroom by the beach, but in a way that makes it more comfortable. Feels family style. 10/10 recommendation! read more

I have been wanting to try chicken salad chicks since I relocated here to Charlotte today I had an opportunity and it did not disappoint. I walked in and was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies behind the register who helped me decide what I wanted to get by trying a sample of something I always ask the person that works there what's your favorite item. When she told me I tried it and my taste buds were in love at 1st taste. I had the kickin Kaylin chicken sandwich and it was amazing with a side of pasta salad. I am looking forward to coming back as soon as I can to enjoy other items on the menu until then I hope you guys enjoy the picture I took before I ate it. Thank you Amber for making my experience at chicken salad chick so amazing. read more

Disappointed tonight. Broccoli salad = dry, soup cups half filled (like maybe 6 bites). Normally love this place. But not tonight

Food took at least 30 min to get dine in. I never got a number and nobody knew where my order was. Also it's about 9 hours from the time I ate and I'm sick. The runs and I don't feel good. Something is up w this place that is diff than before. Won't be going back anytime soon or at all. read more

I love this place for a fairly quick and light lunch. The service is great and the ambiance is quite cute. The portion size of the food is just right and the quality never disappoints. Great concept for a restaurant. I wish they had these in the Midwest where I am from as it would have been a great go to years ago. read more

Stopped in for lunch. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We ordered several flavors of the chicken salad and potato soup. I noticed this place when it open nearby over a year ago, but I happened in here just last week. I was pleasantly surprised at the service, comfy decor, the reasonable prices but blown away by the food quality. I ordered the Dixie Chick on a croissant, with a side of tomato bisque. The soup was okay, but the chicken salad was exceptionally delicious. The Arnold Palmer I made was sweetened to tart, chilled perfection, and my order was complete so quickly I barely had time to note all the quaint pictures of Concord, North Carolina. I did notice that the place was immaculate. It's perfect for a casual sit down lunch. They even give you a yummy shortbread, iced cookie to finish your meal with a sweet touch. Note that there is a shared parking lot with a lot of busy businesses, so parking can be a challenge. But to my new favorite place... Chicken Salad Chick! Look out for me again and real soon. read more

My home town branch is a staple for me. And if you want great addition, do a piece of cake! OMG, so good.

LOVE chicken salad chick and their menu! Their pasta salad and pickles are my favorite. However, I do wish they had some more vegetarian options. I'm quite limited on what I can order but I enjoy the restaurant in general and my friends and family love your chicken salads (I've heard the Fancy Nancy is a must-try!). I'm still giving 5 stars because I know so many people who love their food and I, myself, enjoy what I can! read more

Their food is super delicious! Staff is friendly and lobby is clean. They even have allergy friendly chicken salad tonight my needs!

I love a good chicken salad, and Chicken Salad Chick has been on my radar for awhile. I ordered the Trio, which came with two scoops of chicken salad and a side. I went with a scoop of Classic Carol and a scoop of Lauryn's Lemon Basil with a side of pasta salad. Classic Carol is a solid regular chicken salad and I would have been just fine with it. Lauryn's Lemon Basil, however, is fantastic! I never would have thought to make it with basil, one of my favorite herbs, and man what a difference it makes! The flavor is bright with just a hint of lemon; not too overwhelming, it's just right and balances well with the basil. It's my new favorite twist on a classic. The pasta salad was good: a blend of tri-color rotini pasta tossed in a light dressing with artichoke, feta cheese, and black olives, generously seasoned. It also came with a quarter pickle spear and their signature wrapped cookie. Overall, Chicken Salad Chick is pretty great. Shame it took me so long to finally try it but I'm glad I did. They also offer their salads in sandwich form. My only criticism is the to-go container: styrofoam is a no-no. I hope they consider switching to more environmentally-friendly, containers that are biodegradable or compostable. read more

This has recently became one of my favorite places to eat! The staff are always friendly, not only at this location but the one I live by as well. I usually get the Barbie-Q chicken salad on a croissant with two additional sides of it to make it a trip. This time I did the Barbie-Q with a side of chips and Buffalo Barclay Chicken salad. I've always wanted to try this place. When I saw an ad for the restaurant I was all in. Parking wasn't bad. I was able to find a parking spot in front of the store. I'm glad to finally try this place. If you like chicken salad or pimento and cheese - this place is for you. They have a large menu with a copious selection of sandwiches and sides. The dining area appeared spacious and very clean. You order at the counter first and then they bring your food to the table. The cashier wasn't helpful or very motivated but we managed to find what we wanted to order. The food was really good. I got a chicken salad sandwich with a side of spicy pimento and cheese. Both were wonderful. The croissant was fresh and buttery tasting. For the price, there should have been more chicken salad on the sandwich. It also came with a pickle spear and a small sweet biscuit. read more

First visit. I was overwhelmed with the varieties of chicken salad available but the cashier/order taker explained them briefly and offered samples. I decided to be "boring" and get the Plain Jane scoop with a cup of soup. Delicious! The portion looks small in the photo but it was quite a filling lunch. I wasn't expecting the cookie or crackers which was a nice addition to the meal. The crackers were great for dipping into the chicken salad. read more

When you're hungry and you only know what you 'don't' want, you end up at Chicken Salad Chick! I wanted a light, late lunch and I found it here. I like that they have multiple varieties of chicken salad. It looks like they are twelve to select from. I opted for Fancy Nancy with apples, grapes, and pecans. It was pretty good and hit the spot that was feeling empty. My side was fruit as I was trying to keep it neat and clean. I will say that the scoop is just that, a scoop. I could have used either a large scoop or I should have ordered two as I was hungry two hours later. So much for clean eating. Jadyn, who was with me, was not hungry. She opted for some chips and a drink. From the selection of bagged chips at the counter, she received her chips on a platter. I will agree with her, it barely looked like a full bag. Her lesson, don't order chips at a chicken salad place! read more

Great place to eat, lots available and I'm excited that it's coming to Hickory at where Panera on 127 North. Can't wait to try it out.

What a novel idea! Chicken is better than I imagined it would be. They have great choices of chicken salad to choose from and great flavors. My favorite so far is the sassy Scotty, ranch, and bacon how could you go wrong. When you get a sandwich it's humongous, they have very good sides from baked potato soup, to broccoli salad!
