The place was clean and music was easy listening oldies. The servers were welcoming, and the food came out fast. Overall, it was a solid meal: the bacon was crisp and cooked to perfection, and the toast was on point. The eggs were just okay-fine, and the grits were decent--a good, classic breakfast spread. Mom said the coffee was good. Note: The pricing structure for the customized omelette wasn't exactly straight forward. Neither me or my mom were wildly impressed, but we both left completely full, and we'd definitely go back to try more of the menu! I understand whoever answered the phone did not assemble the damn burrito but if your going to answer the phone, you are now the face of the establishment and the very very minimum you could have done is offer a simple apology and ask to POLITELY bring it back so the matter could be resolved. Instead she literally started yelling over the phone with a disgusting attitude and getting defensive! At this point I was just shocked at how this person was acting so I hung up, because I felt like if this is how your going to act over the phone, I can only assume you'd be the one to spit in my food. NO THANK YOU! This behavior is not acceptable, and if your going to be in a customer service position, learn how to provide appropriate customer service in general because this could have easily been handled without being rude and nasty! Of course the seasonal menu came out and I noticed they had a gingerbread white mocha latte that I definitely needed in my life and it did not disappoint. The drink had the best gingerbread flavor and with the white mocha cold foam honestly, it was so good. I came back before I left to get another one and I also got some coffee beans to bring home on our travels. It wasn't the same but the flavor of the beans were nice and has a smooth pull .

It just took very long to get our food and get out of the drive thru line. I went here a month later thinking ok they have been around a little longer now. I ordered my food online and the app said my meal should be ready in 4-7min. I paid with a card and I went thru the drive through line which took me an hour of sitting in line I gave them my name. And they told Me to pull into a numbered parking space which I waited another 20min. After being in line for now 1 hour and 20min. I went inside and gave my name again. The staff just told me my name was on the screen and they were working on it. I had literally waited over an hour for one burger I ordered through the mobile app and tried to pick up myself. I got in line at 745pm and I received my food at 9:15pm. The staff came out and stated she noticed my car had been sitting out there for a while and came to check to see what my order was. She went back inside and asked the staff to make my food on the fly.
