The two working were both very kind and helpful. I know nothing, literally nothing, about Filipino food. So I asked if any of it had seafood in it, as I don't eat seafood. I always feel like an idiot when I have to point at something to order it, but the woman taking my order reached out the window to point at the same one so we were on the same page. She was very accommodating to me and I appreciate that. I'm still not entirely sure what I ate, but it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Prices were pretty decent too. I am full and still get to take some home to my husband. Ambiance is a food truck pod on River Road that I'd never been to before. It is bigger than I expected, with several other nearby trucks that I want to try. Would I return? Yes! Definitely yes. Had been wanting to try Thai Chin Gon (located in the pod in front of Eugene Electric Bicycles) and they are on my way home. A few other people were waiting ahead of me and got their food in good time. Service was friendly and quick. I chose yellow curry with chicken and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Customers are given a buzzer to notify when the order is ready. There is ample seating available directly in front of the trucks or a few steps away in a covered area that is nicely done. I brought my order home to eat and it was a generous portion that made for two meals. Excellent yellow curry served very hot and delicious. Good amount of chicken ratio to veggies. You can specify how spicy you like your dish. I'll be sure to return to try other options.
