My party of 4 visited this location in a Thursday afternoon. It was pretty dead with only a few bowlers. The prices were great and the transaction went smoothly. The customer service was really dry. However, no one was rude and that's the most you can ask for. We played 3 games and had a really good time! Everything was easy to use. The bathrooms! Omg the bathrooms were so clean, the whole place was very clean! They also have an arcade and pool tables which we will try next time. One more thing, the food is crazy expensive. I have been bowling at this place years! I have got to say after Bowlero bought the center out the customer service and bowling experience has gone way down hill. It takes 30minutes or more for a server to come and take your order because they only have one waitress for 52 lanes and this has been an on going issue ever since the new GM was hired over 3 months ago. Today he acknowledged they are shorthanded but after 3 months of being a GM you would think they could hire help or have staff for the appropriate events. I bowl here weekly and I'm sorry to say if this continues I will be looking somewhere else to bowl weekly. read more

The service is trash! I miss the old service! Yes they upgraded and updated everything but service is horrible. Apparently you can call and reserve lanes before hand so heads up. We had to wait a long while because we weren't aware. As for the service, we constantly had to keep waiving down the server to put in a drink and food order. She kept forgetting to bring cups for the beer tower (that arrived after a group of 7 had finished a game) and would walk off saying she will get it. I finally had to walk up to the bar and asked for cups myself. The pitcher of water we reminded the server multiple times arrived last. The onion rings and fries came out cool. Nobody was apologetic. We weren't the only one complaining about the service. The lanes on both sides of us said the same thing. And I should've known when I heard somebody complained while we were waiting for a lane. I used to come here all the time with my friends for their Friday unlimited bowling special. With everyone's busy schedule, we don't come as much anymore. It's $12.89 all you can bowl from 10 PM to 1 AM. This does not include shoes. I believe it costs around $5 to rent shoes. I have my own gear so it doesn't matter to me. If you sign up for their email notifications, they'll send you coupons. Unfortunately, they don't let you use coupons on top of their "specials". I used to be able to use it, but they recently stopped letting us, which is a shame. We came here last Friday and it took over 25 minutes to get a tower of Miller Lite. And the funny thing is, they weren't even busy. It was dead! The lanes are decent. I'd highly recommend getting lanes 20 and up though. Every lane from 1-19 always seem to be soooooo dry. It's like they never oil those lanes. Overall, this place is our go to spot for Friday night bowling because it's so close by and convenient. We used to be regulars here. I wish they had Saturday night specials. Ain't no way I'm paying $6 a game. You must be crazy. Bowling should not be that expensive. read more

I love that they remodel the whole place to make it more clean and modern looking. They definitely updated and added more games to the arcade. Although I love the updates and remodel, I miss the old staff and service! If you're not sitting at the bar, you will be waiting forever for a server to come take your order at your lane! Multiple visits to this place and every time we've had to wave down a worker to come take our drink/food order. It's literally faster to go to the bar order your drink and take it back to your lane. Only disadvantage is they won't let you take multiple drinks so if you want to order for your friends they'll have to come with you. Can't really enjoy a game if you're having to wait for your drinks at the bar right? We come here because it is conveniently close to our home. On Sunday night, our group of friends decided to go bowling at the Euless bowlero location. We usually go to the Watauga location, but since we were closer to Euless, we decided to come to this location. It was one of the worst experiences we had. Our friends are league members for bowlero and never did I have this type of customer service. First, the last call for food was at 9pm and last call for drinks were at 10pm..I'm not sure if every location can make up their own "last call" time but this didn't seem normal given the fact that their closing time is at midnight. As we were enjoying our game, one of the employees walked up and said "I am not letting anyone bowl until everyone has bowling shoes." Mind you, we definitely understood this so our friends that didn't bring their own bowling shoes went up there to get shoes. The rest of our group had their OWN bowling shoes because majority are league members...THEN, after we got our shoes, the employee shuts off our lane after 2 frames and very rudely states "I told you, but I am NOT letting you guys bowl until everyone has bowling shoes!" He singled out one of our friends that was about to bowl, who had his own bowling shoes on. We stated that everyone has their own bowling shoes on! The employee stated that "you're telling me everyone that's bowling has bowling shoes on?" We answered him back stating that not every bowling shoes look like the ones they rent out.. I was VERY disappointed at the management here, and we all decided to leave right away after that interaction. Very very rude employees. Being league members, we adored bowlero because Watauga location is great, but we will NEVER do business with Euless Bowlero ever again! read more

Hit this place up late for some fun bowling. It did not disappoint for a Wednesday night. They had the Dodgers baseball game along with music and some other shows playing on the many many screens. BEWARE! My friends and family have been coming here the last few weeks. Each occasion gets worse and worse through every visit. Not only is the general manager extremely rude and has a terrible attitude during the limited interactions with her. They are extremely short staffed to where it seems as though only 2 people are working in the entire building. The only person in which was extremely helpful and tried to make the best of it was Julian. He was very kind and he always has a smile on his face no matter how busy he was and made sure everyone is being taken care of with the limited staff he had at hand. He may be the only reason on what may have made our visit enjoyable. Which I found it shocking considering that a GM should be more involved and aware of their patrons. This business has surely lost our money because of that awful GM and hope that if we ever consider on coming back she would be terminated because that is no way to treat your clientele. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First the waiter responded so horrible and ugly after I asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and i get it if there was a mistake if the server who was taking my order didn't understand me correctly or if i said something wrong on my part. Waiter proceeds to say "well thats what it says on the ticket i can't do anything about it" in a rude tone. SECOND, i kindly asked if i could cancel my second game i payed for the manager was kindly enough to tell me why i couldn't get a refund and we were both communicating well & one of my family members barges in and i kindly apologized for it & the Cross Eyed Manager Lady tells me "you need to check him" A MANAGER TELLING THAT TO A COSTUMER ? especially when after i apologized to her for it & was very understanding why i couldn't get my refund. This place is a must see! They have a huge video wall, the staff is amazing, they have a great arcade, and the food is delicious. The staff here is certainly leaps and bounds above others in customer service. Each staff member really goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best bowling experience possible. This place is so amazing I would come just to eat! Lauren Naples in the sales office is accommodating, professional and sweet. The staff on site really set off the whole experience, I would like to mention a few people. Management at this location knows what they are doing, Joey and Joe have all the skills and are always so friendly. I was checked on several times throughout the night and felt really taken care of! The bartender Miles seriously rocks, he is quick, efficient and friendly! James the mechanic helped us out when needed and fixed our oddly thrown gutter ball promptly and in under 2 minutes. I recommend this place to all my friends and we will certainly be back! Special shout out to the janitorial staff for keeping everything so clean(especially during these times). I'm just not impressed. The music was fun and the price for shoes and game was good but my party still had several issues. For starters, the bar was understaffed and took forever to get a beverage. Also, the food took forever. 25 min for fries, 30 min for pretzels and it wasnt even busy. I'm fairly sure the waiter didn't enter in the order properly. Each food item we orderd came 10 to 15 min apart. The last food items were finaly served after we asked about them at the bar. The final straw was the broken lanes. We went for a birthday party. The remodel is really nice. The place is clean and well kept. Anthony was the manager for the night and he did a great job making sure our needs were met. We made reservations for 2 lanes and 10 people ahead of time for a Saturday night. Everyone in our group was there on time and we got our lanes and shoes without having to wait. Service was great! We come here a lot with family and friends and have been for years. I like the new renovations, the new menu is pretty good, and it's close to home. But man the service (since the change from AMF to Bowlero) is terrible. There is never anyone at the front desk when we come in and the girl who does work the front most times we are here is rude. No servers ever come check on us while we are bowling like they used to. We will continue to come because of the good deals and the location but wish it was still AMF. read more

Came here on Wednesday for their $8.19 unlimited bowling. Shoes were not included and we didn't expect them to be, but shoe rental was ~$5. Got there around 10:45 pm (they close at midnight) and I came in and was asked if we needed help from the person working behind the counter. I told him I wanted to get two lanes because we had a group of 8 coming. That was when one of the workers who was just hanging around in front of the counter jumped in and said "NO." He didn't seem to be joking and said it very rudely, then he added that we needed 8 people for two lanes. I told him nicely that we had more coming, and I just laughed it off and turned back to the person working behind the counter. He said it was fine and then asked if I needed shoes, to which I answered yes and gave him my size. That same male worker then turns around and says "No you can't" still in the same town. Again, I just ignored him and then my brother went to pay. He was paying for two and when he gave the guy helping us the shoes size he needed, that SAME worker, WHO WAS NOT HELPING US AND JUST STANDING OFF TO THE SIDE, then says word for word "NO, you're lucky I'm not working behind the counter." Basically implying he wouldn't have helped us if it was him. It was our first time here and it might be our last. It was super unprofessional of him and I'm upset that I didn't get his name. I hope no one else experiences what we did last night. There are plenty of other bowling places with much more nice and professional employees that you could go to around the area. We went to going bowling last night. I had bought a groupon and my teenagers had been begging me to take bowling for quite some time. Once inside we approached the woman at the entry to tell her we wanted to bowl, etc. She explained they were closed to the public, because of a private party. We were sad. It didn't look as any of those business professional people were bowling and even had the intention to bowl. But the lady was very nice and gave us each a bowling pass and an arcade card for another time. She said we could come back at 10 pm this party would be gone by then, but my goal was to be in bed asleep by 10 pm. Over all she was nice and the bowling alley was very clean. We are excited to come back another time. But next time I think I will call ahead of time just to make sure they are open to the public. read more

BEWARE of their billing practices. I booked a party online for 2 lanes. The online process was easy and I even received a confirmation email with all of the details about the party. The night of the party everything went well. The facility is very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The food was ok nothing special. They allowed me to bring in cupcakes so that made the food for the party complete. I'm only giving 3 stars because I had a call over a month after the party from their corporate offices stating that I had an outstanding balance that needed to be paid. I paid the full rental balance online BEFORE the party and we settled our food and drinks tab before we left. We had the lanes for an hour and a half and we inquired about an additional hours. The price for the additional hour was too high so we passed and left. Turns out the local management sent an email to the corporate office stating we owed for the additional time. I'm a little bothered that they tried to pull this on us. Over a month after the event and I was getting calls telling me I need to pay up without them even investigating if I indeed owed the extra money. Luckily my party turned out great but they need to be careful on how they charge people. read more

I went last night with my fiancé and another couple. We bowled two games and the total came to $83.65. In my opinion that's incredibly expensive. Food took a long time to come out and wasn't good either. Nachos soggy, wings chewy and flavoring was off. I was disappointed with the arcade games some of which were not working. We wanted to get out and have a good time. It's my fault for not checking pricing but, I didn't think a bowling venue would be so costly ...an arm and a leg is a bit excessive. Sadly no one in our group of 4 will be returning to Bowlero. Another group was having a birthday party and a member of the group got a pitcher of ice and threw it on someone leaving all the ice on the floor and then left. I notified the waitstaff so no one would slip in water and in the two and a half hours we were there the water puddles were never cleaned. I fell in a puddle at Walmart a long time ago and broke my tailbone so I am very sensitive to these type of hazards. read more
