    Bloody Mary #2 - So good !!!
    James W.

Had a private team building event here for my safety team which was a party of 10. We reserved three lanes for two hours. We also had an appetizer tray, as well as chicken and beef fajitas. They have a full bar so we were able to enjoy some cocktails as well. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the food and the drinks. They open at 5 PM but our event was from 3 PM - 5 PM so we had the place to ourselves. The Bowlero Euless staff was awesome and service was spot on. Thanks for making our event a great, special, and fun one !!!

    Team bowling outing.

We had a team building outing for our office, and it was a super great time. We all had so much fun bowling, cheering each other on, and laughing at each others bowling skills. Our food was beyond amazing. Spinich artichoke dip was so delicious. The bread wedges to go with it were crispy and seasoned so well. Fried shrimp was very good. Boneless chicken wings and sauces were very tasty. Kudos to the chef. Can't wait until our next event.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here. They were short staffed (not their fault seems everyone is these days) but the manager was literally running around to make sure we had everything we needed for our party while also servicing other customers. He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in several times. The kids had a great time bowling & playing in the arcade.

We had a team building event at here and it was so much fun! The staff was friendly and super accommodating! The food was amazing! Fried shrimp, boneless chicken and artichoke dip! The facility was clean and well kept. Scott made sure our party had everything we needed! Will definitely be back again! Highly recommend for family fun and what a great way to escape the summer heat

I actually really like Bowlero, but I highly doubt this was my first and is my last time coming to this location. We came on a Saturday which happened to be national bowling day. They had a promo for a free game for up to 4 people for anyone who downloaded their little "Bowlmoji" app. Easy enough and great excuse for family bowling fun! Shoes weren't included, but we didn't expect them to be. Our biggest gripe was that they were NOT prepared at all for this supposed bowling day. They were understaffed and we ended up having to switch lanes 3 times in the middle of our bowling session because our pins were getting stuck or the score was jumbled between players. I saw others having to switch lanes as well. So annoying! By the third time, we were so frustrated that we didn't even want to finish our game. We asked for a refund for our shoes and just left. Sucks because we were planning on making a day out of it, ordering food, etc. Boooooo. Just go to Main Event.

    Chicken tenders or boneless wings??

Would rate 0 stars if it was an option! We heard about the Sunday unlimited bowling deal, and thought it sounded great! Check in & paying went smoothly, and the manager (I think?) rang us up and was very friendly. After putting on our bowling shoes, we walked up to the bar. The line was so long - and only one bartender! The man in front of us in line said that this happens every Sunday and that the bartender is rude. We waited 15 minutes before being helped, and there were only 6 people in front of us. When it was our turn, the bartender left to get ice. No big deal - usually you'd be acknowledged first though? A "hey, I'll be right with you!" or "Thanks so much for your patience!" Goes a long way. When she returned, we ordered a Jameson and ginger and a glass of rose. She got a cup for the jameson, and then stared at the soda gun... then she said, "we don't have ginger beer." Which, I thought they made Moscow mules? It's on the menu? But we said sorry and clarified we meant ginger ale. She rolled her eyes and said they didn't have that either. So, instead we got a Jack and coke... simple enough? Then, she took the bottle of rose off the back bar and poured it into a dirty cup. It wasn't even chilled? No warning that maybe it was her last bottle and she didn't have any cold. Based on the two previous eye rolls, we instead chose to just ask for a cup of ice. Look, it's a bowling alley. I shouldn't have ordered wine - that's on me. But expecting at least a clean glass and proper temperature I didn't feel was an absurd request. When asking for a cup of ice, she stated that she's not allowed to give out cups of ice. Are you kidding?! So I said, "the wine glass is dirty and it's not even chilled." She gave me the cup of ice... She didn't offer to replace the glass or acknowledge the temperature of the wine. She gave our total and handed back our credit card. Then she stated that she started a tab? We've been in line 17/18 minutes by now - we're ready to bowl and there's a long line behind us. We figured we'd just close out as we left. Halfway into our game, we scanned the QR code and ordered a Dos XX mug and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were great. I'm pretty sure they were boneless wings and not tenders? Based on their menu photos, but fried chicken is fried chicken. The beer never came. After 24 minutes, the manager walked by and we pulled up the digital receipt and asked if we should just go to the bar for the beer? He apologized and said he'd be back with it. He brought it back and apologized. Honestly, with how much alcohol is marked up - I'm shocked they would only have one bartender scheduled. Why not optimize on getting people in the door?! We would've gotten more drinks had they not taken so long. When it was time to go, we again waited in the bar line to close out. 26 minutes. Absolutely bananas. As a bartender, I have never in my life left a $0 tip. We make under minimum wage and rely on tips. I get it. However, to be disrespectful to your guests, roll your eyes, and have 0 customer service skills - I just could not. We won't be back and I'd encourage others to spend their money at any other Bowlero or bowling alley. There's others with specials at the same price near by.

If you're looking for a late night hang out spot or a fun outing with family- this is your spot! This location surpasses all expectation with both hospitality and entertainment. I've made effort to bowl more consistently over the past month and the staff is quick to remember me by name. Brittanie works the front desk with a welcoming spirit and is quick to greet all new guests. The bartender (a charismatic bald man) is fast on drink orders and is eager to help. They have great food and offer an arcade for those who aren't too keen on bowling. There's no better alley to make apart of your weekly routine or monthly activities with those you love.

I live outside the DFW area and I bought my son a bowling ball. Does Bowlero have a service to drill and fit the ball for him?

They do have a Pro Shop on site, yes.

Is there still smoking allowed inside?

Previously they had some sort of unlimited pass for a certain amount of time in a day, that included attractions. That no longer exists. We decided to just load a card with funds, which previously you could use points for attractions. They didn't explain at the front counter they don't warn folks points no longer work for attractions, so we had to find out at the bumper cars that we have to go back up front and buy attraction credits at just shy of $8 a pop. During our visit on a Sunday, we ended up not seeing a single person doing bumper cars, rock wall, or lazer tag which normally being used regularly on a weekend day. Plus, the number of people on a weekend reminded us of the number that would be there on an early afternoon on a weekday. Covid killed off the buffet, the recent buy out killed off their decent all in pass for x amount for x amount of time. Now are running things a bit more like their competitors Alley Cats & Main Event. Yet there really hasn't been anything updated or improved upon in the 3 or 4 months that they have become Gametime. The cost is about the same as Main Event which is a better maintained place. While they have the indoor rock wall and bumper cars Alley cats has mini-golf and other outdoor rides. I don't expect Gametime to survive without bringing back the thing that brought people to Itz, even if there is some sort of price increase or slight change in set up. Like one unlimited pass for games and an upgrade for attractions... or vice versa. Cause there are to many just unlimited game play places in the area.

If you're expecting old school arcade games like Free Play Arcade, you'll be disappointed. If you want to be transported to Japan via Arlington, read on. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Step into the world of the Japanese arcade. As you walk in, you'll notice claw and Gachapon machines tempting you to play and win something. There's Japanese pop music piping through the speakers, and a dedicated room full of imported Japanese arcade games add more sounds. There's also a dedicated bar and dining area. It was relatively empty at 12:30 PM on a Friday. But it's also simply INCREDIBLE if you're into Japanese culture. You're not in DFW anymore. 2 Star. Service - There's a friendly bartender, if you want to order drinks (I did not). Otherwise, you place your order at a kiosk, grab a numbered puck, and then grab a seat. When your puck starts making a sound, your food will be ready at the windows. Heads up, if you leave you table unattended the staff with clean up so others can sit. They're very efficient. 1 Star. Food - Let me first say, if you're looking for the Free Play Arcade experience, you will be disappointed. If you're looking to be transported to a Japanese arcade (me) this place is awesome. The kiosks are very straight forward; you can order packaged ramen to ramen made in house. I went with the Street Tonkatsu. The broth was mild (not overly salty), and the pork belly was very tender. I also ordered the Tokyo Station Tacos. The JBBQ pulled pork was surprisingly tasty, but I couldn't help but long for a Chinese Bao instead of a tortilla. But what impressed me the most was the booth we sat in. It was connected to a monitor, and we could access a bunch of SNES games. 1 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes! Tokyo Station is my kind of jam. The only thing that gave me concern is that it wasn't very busy on a Friday. I hope this concept stays, because it's the closest thing to a Japanese arcade besides flying to Japan. 1 Star.

There were a few games that were the American version but only a few...Galaga and Pacman were the ones that I noticed. The cost for the "free play" is a little pricey compared to Cidercade...if we are comparing size and what's included. I also think that it helps to have an interest in japanese video games, which I do not. This is a really small arcade which did make it hard to move around and there were lines for the popular games, unfortunately, the overall experience was not really that exciting. The service at the bar was the great, the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a separate area for the free play and the kids working the counter were mostly on their phones unless someone walked up to them.

This is the perfect spot for kids (and honestly adults too) to burn off energy. It's a mix of human interactive video-style games and physical activity like throwing balls, jumping, running...spread across different rooms with all kinds of challenges. You definitely can't come here low-energy because you'll be moving the entire time. I booked online and chose the 90-minute option, which was $39 per person. It might seem a little pricey at first, but it actually works out well because of how the timing is structured. You rotate through rooms and sometimes wait briefly for a game to finish, so everything feels organized and not chaotic. The setup is very efficient. You get a wristband that you scan to enter games, track your points, and even create a username. There's a leaderboard screen, which the kids loved, and you can earn points toward small prizes. The whole place felt clean, well-run, and supervised without being overbearing. The floors are cushioned, which helps since you're constantly moving, and it does get a little warm just because you're so active. From what I could tell, the party setup is more of a do-it-yourself style where you have a room for a set time rather than a fully hosted experience. Also, it seems per the website you would have like food delivered. There didn't appear to be a place where you could buy water. However, we did see water fountains near the restrooms. One thing I liked is that your time is based on active gameplay, not just the clock. So while we booked 90 minutes, we were actually there closer to two hours with the flow of the games. Overall, it was a really fun and unique experience, something different from the typical party spots. The kids had an amazing time, and we would definitely come back.

I loved all the games here and found them to be so entertaining, challenging, and FUN!!! My personal favorites were probably the Maze and Hoops ones - so exciting to try and get to the next level while also being GREAT EXERCISE!!
