My wife and I were super disappointed in our experience at Bowlero. For our Wednesday date night, we showed up at 7:30 for the unlimited bowling which their website says starts at 7:00. However, we were told there would be a two hour wait for the leagues to finish (which they said is normal for every day of the week). Why does their website say anyone can come and do the unlimited bowling at 7 if they know no one other than the leagues can bowl until 9:30? Meanwhile there were around 10 lanes that were not being used. I don't understand why we were not placed on those lanes. I have previously done the unlimited bowling during the weekdays and had the same experience. Bowlero Management, you need to change your website information. This is false advertising. Or why don't you put a sign at the front of the door saying reserved for a private event? Frankly, I see no reason to try and show up during the weekday night for bowling (let alone the unlimited bowling) which supposedly starts around 7. Either plan on showing up super late or don't come at all. Currently I am leaning towards not going at all because I can't plan an evening with this unpredictability. read more

Surprised the FIL with a family day of bowling here and it was fantastic! They were pretty quiet for a midday saturday and with a few good deals on lanes. Used to go here on HS when it was a brunswick and it honestly used to feel dark and a bit grimy - now it feels very open and retro- loved the reno. Biggest downside was the food, but no major complaints because we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We had a pizza and app sampler, which is typical bowling alley food (greasy, not super healthy). My only wish is that they'd have at least 1 healthy option - even if it's just carrots and celery & hummus. read more

Had a private team building event here for my safety team which was a party of 10. We reserved three lanes for two hours. We also had an appetizer tray, as well as chicken and beef fajitas. They have a full bar so we were able to enjoy some cocktails as well. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the food and the drinks. They open at 5 PM but our event was from 3 PM - 5 PM so we had the place to ourselves. The Bowlero Euless staff was awesome and service was spot on. We had a team building outing for our office, and it was a super great time. We all had so much fun bowling, cheering each other on, and laughing at each others bowling skills. Our food was beyond amazing. Spinich artichoke dip was so delicious. The bread wedges to go with it were crispy and seasoned so well. Fried shrimp was very good. Extremely disappointed in the quality of lanes as well as the policies implemented at this location. We presented with a party of 10 and we're given lanes that did not work properly. They were turning off and not setting the pins back to their proper location, or presented with missing pins. We were moved to another lane that then did not return any of the 7 balls we bowled with. We decided to leave but had for paid 3 games for 10 people. We were advised that they could not issue a refund and were only provided free bowling cards. The manager Trey advised us this is the company policy and despite realizing it's incorrectness, he could not do anything. Highly disappointed in this location and will not be returning. I actually really like Bowlero, but I highly doubt this was my first and is my last time coming to this location. We came on a Saturday which happened to be national bowling day. They had a promo for a free game for up to 4 people for anyone who downloaded their little "Bowlmoji" app. Easy enough and great excuse for family bowling fun! Shoes weren't included, but we didn't expect them to be. Our biggest gripe was that they were NOT prepared at all for this supposed bowling day. They were understaffed and we ended up having to switch lanes 3 times in the middle of our bowling session because our pins were getting stuck or the score was jumbled between players. I saw others having to switch lanes as well. So annoying! By the third time, we were so frustrated that we didn't even want to finish our game. We asked for a refund for our shoes and just left. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option! We heard about the Sunday unlimited bowling deal, and thought it sounded great! Check in & paying went smoothly, and the manager (I think?) rang us up and was very friendly. After putting on our bowling shoes, we walked up to the bar. The line was so long - and only one bartender! The man in front of us in line said that this happens every Sunday and that the bartender is rude. We waited 15 minutes before being helped, and there were only 6 people in front of us. When it was our turn, the bartender left to get ice. No big deal - usually you'd be acknowledged first though? A "hey, I'll be right with you!" or "Thanks so much for your patience!" Goes a long way. When she returned, we ordered a Jameson and ginger and a glass of rose. She got a cup for the jameson, and then stared at the soda gun... then she said, "we don't have ginger beer." Which, I thought they made Moscow mules? It's on the menu? But we said sorry and clarified we meant ginger ale. She rolled her eyes and said they didn't have that either. So, instead we got a Jack and coke... simple enough? Then, she took the bottle of rose off the back bar and poured it into a dirty cup. It wasn't even chilled? No warning that maybe it was her last bottle and she didn't have any cold. Based on the two previous eye rolls, we instead chose to just ask for a cup of ice. Look, it's a bowling alley. I shouldn't have ordered wine - that's on me. But expecting at least a clean glass and proper temperature I didn't feel was an absurd request. When asking for a cup of ice, she stated that she's not allowed to give out cups of ice. Are you kidding?! So I said, "the wine glass is dirty and it's not even chilled." She gave me the cup of ice... She didn't offer to replace the glass or acknowledge the temperature of the wine. She gave our total and handed back our credit card. Then she stated that she started a tab? We've been in line 17/18 minutes by now - we're ready to bowl and there's a long line behind us. We figured we'd just close out as we left. Halfway into our game, we scanned the QR code and ordered a Dos XX mug and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were great. I'm pretty sure they were boneless wings and not tenders? Based on their menu photos, but fried chicken is fried chicken. The beer never came. After 24 minutes, the manager walked by and we pulled up the digital receipt and asked if we should just go to the bar for the beer? He apologized and said he'd be back with it. He brought it back and apologized. Honestly, with how much alcohol is marked up - I'm shocked they would only have one bartender scheduled. Why not optimize on getting people in the door?! We would've gotten more drinks had they not taken so long. When it was time to go, we again waited in the bar line to close out. 26 minutes. Absolutely bananas. As a bartender, I have never in my life left a $0 tip. We make under minimum wage and rely on tips. I get it. However, to be disrespectful to your guests, roll your eyes, and have 0 customer service skills - I just could not. Okay I love this place. Growing up, this was Showplace Lanes. I'd been a zillion times between the ages of 8-20ish, then never went back until recently with my family. Now it's called Bowlero and it's so nice and comfy inside! I love the wooden, herringbone pattern floors and the warm, orange "X" (strike!) lights patterned across the ceiling. I love the bar that feels like a legit cozy bar in some pub. Plenty of TVs, comfortable bar stools, and friendly service. I love the orange, 1970s-looking couches and surfboard-shaped tables that adorn each bowling lane. It's all aesthetically pleasing! They have a modest sized arcade, nice clean bathrooms, and tons of glistening bowling lanes with tons of giant TVs glowing above them playing everything from sports to the news to music videos. The menu has your standard bowling alley fare: pizza, fries, wings, nachos, burgers. It's reasonably priced and I had some fries that were extremely delicious, served hot and salty and crisp! Overall this is such a great space for an outing (even though bowling alone is SO expensive). read more

Was very let down by the customer service. Off the bat we walked in and stood there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to come to the counter for service. By the time an employee got to the counter she was too consumed with having a personal conversation with a friend that we stood there for another 10 minutes before verbally making it aware that we were looking to purchase a lane. The friend or acquaintance she was speaking with was very loud and rude making sure our group could hear that there was a shared moment of pride between the two while negating customers looking to spend money at the establishment. 10/10 recommend other bowling alleys such as "bowl lounge" or even a main event. Have been a regular at the Watauga bowlero. Tonight my friends and I came to this location and had the worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in around 9:00 and the first thing I hear is that it's last call for food, then at 10:00 they did last call for drinks. We all thought this was pretty odd since they closed at midnight. This was the least frustrating thing. After a game of bowling the manager comes over and rudely says "hey I'm shutting off your games till everyone buys bowling shoes." Mind it there were 10 of us and 7 of us all had our own shoes that were on. The other three go up to the counter and pay for their shoes. As soon as they get back we resume our game. Not even two frames in our lanes get shut off. The manager comes back over and directly looks at my friend and says "I told you! No one gets to bowl until everyone has bowling shoes". Now my friend didn't rent shoes from this location because he has his own which he was wearing. Super rude management. We will definitely not be coming back here and will be letting our league members know as well. We will take our business else where and will no longer do business here again. read more

This place seems to be the most unstable bowling center I've been to. They don't seem to care for the league bowlers' experience anymore. The lane conditions have been subpar, bowling balls come back filthy with some glue type of substance all over, which affects the way bowlers play, there are visible cracks in a few of the lanes as well. They run through workers like tissue and refuse to do what's necessary to keep the good workers that do come along including bartenders. Maybe things could improve if the current GM weren't so wound up about people having unopened Water bottles while also knit-picking about irrelevant things and put that energy towards listening to her staff in order to improve the overall experience for everyone. I've been bowling here since 2018 and seeing the downward transition of this place is just sad. It's like they keep finding new ways to screw over the patrons by raising the prices of everything with inadequate service due to lack of staff and No actual improvements being made to the facility. Many of us are feeling quite frustrated with how this facility is run. read more

Horrible experience not only during but leaving. Went for a birthday get together, no decent customer service. Worker/manager in a walker sat hovering at a table near to make sure we all went to rent the propert shoes, which others were not. We asked him for a guide rail for the kids with us they refused to lend UNLESS everyone used it. Ordered from the bar food and drinks separately since NOT ONE server came by the near 2 hours we played. Was NOT busy. The bartender was nice and attentive however next day there was an additional $86 to a $33 tab. The food we had ordered not only had been sitting out but was way over seasoned and disgusting. Next day I called Sunday early and they said they would look it up and call me back, hours passed so I called they informed me they got busy but the GM had my number and info and would be calling me to correct it before they closed. No call. I called following day and the manager let me know they had just opened and he asked for my information all over again just to yet again receive no response what so ever. Will NEVER return to this establishment and reported the overcharge the bank. Good thing we didn't pay cash! read more

Unlimited bowling on Wednesdays! You only pay about $15 which includes unlimited bowling and shoe rental. There were about 8 of us so we wanted two lanes. That day, a lot of people were there so the employee had us in one lane until two opened up next to each other. I appreciated his communication and willingness to work with us. I liked that there was no smoking inside too. Good throwback music! Nice, clean, spacious bowling alley. I recommend coming here to hang out with family and friends. It's a good time. Got stuck again so we just pushed another ball down to get it unstuck!
