Not my first time here just the first time reviewing it. I came with my son's soccer team for a post game celebration. They have games, bowling, laser tag and many fun activities for kids. For $12.99 it's all you can eat and the pizza was delicious. The ambience is inviting and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We got our 4 year old an unlimited one hour pass and she got to play lots of games. The staff is incredible! I 100% recommend this place. read more

During our most recent visit staff was outstanding and on that end things have seemed to improve. Unfortunately with the take over from Itz to Game Time, they have lost the last thing that made this place worth going too. Previously they had some sort of unlimited pass for a certain amount of time in a day, that included attractions. That no longer exists. We decided to just load a card with funds, which previously you could use points for attractions. They didn't explain at the front counter they don't warn folks points no longer work for attractions, so we had to find out at the bumper cars that we have to go back up front and buy attraction credits at just shy of $8 a pop. During our visit on a Sunday, we ended up not seeing a single person doing bumper cars, rock wall, or lazer tag which normally being used regularly on a weekend day. Plus, the number of people on a weekend reminded us of the number that would be there on an early afternoon on a weekday. Covid killed off the buffet, the recent buy out killed off their decent all in pass for x amount for x amount of time. Now are running things a bit more like their competitors Alley Cats & Main Event. Yet there really hasn't been anything updated or improved upon in the 3 or 4 months that they have become Gametime. The cost is about the same as Main Event which is a better maintained place. While they have the indoor rock wall and bumper cars Alley cats has mini-golf and other outdoor rides. I don't expect Gametime to survive without bringing back the thing that brought people to Itz, even if there is some sort of price increase or slight change in set up. Like one unlimited pass for games and an upgrade for attractions... or vice versa. Cause there are to many just unlimited game play places in the area. read more

Good for 5 year old. First time at iT'Z, I came for the Tuesday $2.99 all day play deal and it was a fun way to spend a couple hours. The $2.99 pass allows for unlimited play of near half the games, mostly racing/ shooting but also a mini bowling game that was really cute and fun for the littles. The other half of games you can't play with the deal accrue points/ tickets for prizes, but those were for bigger kids anyway, more carnival like with basketball, ball toss, etc. Some of the games didn't work well, ie. Mounted guns that only tracked 1-2 inches from the bottom, impossible to pass a level (the jeep game near the back- left gun), the right guitar hero, + couple other games that need maintenance but for $2.99 I can't complain. They have 1980s style bumper cars, you must be 44" to ride so we're not quite there yet but it's available and there are several dining rooms with TVs, a full bowling alley with bar and made to order food. You can't beat the weekly special pricing. I appreciate it gives families a chance to try new activities for children at a fair price. For the weekly specials experience giving 4 stars. read more

*posting my google review on here too* My husband and I visited this venue for bowling for a date and had a great time, so we decided to book a birthday party. I made the reservation online on 2/9/25 for a party on 2/23/25. The day after booking, a party planner called to confirm details, including my selections for food, drinks, and decor. I was specifically told that additional food could be ordered at restaurant prices during the party, while platters required four days' notice. However, when we arrived on 2/23, we quickly saw that two pizzas weren't enough and went to the front desk to order two more pizzas and a platter of fries. The front desk staff told us we couldn't order additional food unless we purchased a buffet. This was completely different from what I was told when I booked the party. When I brought it up, I was told, "Sorry, the policy changed last week." I was shocked that such a policy change affecting my booking wasn't communicated to me. Had I known, I would have ordered buffets for the whole party in advance. I asked to speak with the Supervisor, after waiting 10 minutes for him to come he insisted that there was nothing he could do. That's when I got very upset and stressed again that I never received any communication regarding this sudden change. He said that the kitchen manager called all parties to inform them and possibly sent an email. I asked for proof of this supposed call/email because I never received one notating any changes to my booking, but they couldn't provide any record. The supervisor then said that to order pizza, I'd need to open a tab--but opening a tab, according to him, "takes days." My husband paid the balance of the party (which closes our original tab) when we arrived and no one told him if he closed that tab we were basically banned for ordering additional food and could only purchase buffets. (No where on the contract does it say that either) I explained that I wasn't asking for anything free, just trying to pay for food, and their lack of communication had put me in a difficult position. After 15 minutes of back-and-forth, the Supervisor with an annoyed tone said "I'll go ask the Kitchen and see if they will" making me feel bad for just trying to purchase food. They finally agreed to let us order the extra food, but by then, it had already cut into the kids' playtime, making the experience frustrating. I was appalled that I had to what it felt like, beg your supervisor to let me purchase food for 8 hungry kids. Later I checked my email and found the contract they sent me on 2/21 (2 days before my event), which clearly stated that additional food could be ordered during the party at restaurant prices. Nowhere did it mention a buffet requirement. In the end, the supervisor admitted they push the buffet to get customers to purchase it. Gametime Management: If you read this, I strongly urge you to train your employees to be more empathetic toward customers and to clearly communicate your policies. Your so-called "supervisor" is poorly trained and lacks the basic skills needed for good customer service. Here are the photos of the contract emailed to me on 2/21. I encourage you to read it --you'll see that nowhere does it state that a buffet is required for parties or that additional food cannot be purchased after the original party tab is closed. I also want to mention that I thoroughly reviewed my call log and emails just to make sure I was 100% correct before posting this review. and of course the only phone call that ever came through was on 2/10/25 at 5:14pm from that party coordinator named Jillian and the last email I received was on 2/21 with the contract attached in the photos. This whole experience was poorly handled, and I wouldn't recommend booking an event here unless they improve their communication and customer service. The venue itself is amazing, they have such great games and activities to do... the staff not so much. We went during the Thanksgiving Break when they were open early and it was pretty dead. Not sure if people didn't know about the holiday hours or this is the norm. The man at the counter was friendly and helpful. He told us about the special and the best value. He explained some of the activities to us and the minimum height/weight requirements. We played unlimited arcade games and then ticketed games. The ticketed games were mostly 4 points and as much as 10 points. In relation to other places, it is one of the cheaper ones. However, it doesn't have as many games and at least seven of the machines were out of order or malfunctioning. We had to constantly call the attendants at various activities like the prize counter, bumper cars, and rock climbing wall. Some of them were aloof. read more

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at IT'Z, we were a bit hesitant as we read a few reviews pre-visit that seem to be in complete contrast to our experience. The food was not great but good enough as far as I am concerned. Keep in mind this is a buffet restaurant focused towards birthday parties, parties and events tailored around kids and young adults, that's not to say that adults don't have just as much fun because I know I did. In my experience the facility was reasonably clean, as previously mentioned the food was good, they have a nice bowling alley and the arcade was top notch compared to some others in the area. Their Buffet is quite extensive including salad, pizza, no less than three different pastas, baked potato with all of the toppings, chicken nuggets, tater tots, corn dogs, soups, and dessert. This place is definitely built for kids enjoyment. We have been a few times with groupon deals, but I have noticed how kids are having fun with their birthday parties. From my perspective, the food is just ok. It seems prepared well but not high quality. The last time we went there was a face print in the hummus, I guess those are the risks of a buffet. Pizza is bland, desserts are bland, the salads are pretty fresh! Food is definitely an afterthought. The arcade room is fun. Many styles of games for many interests! Definitely a highlight. I dont like the nickel and diming, especially to families. Charge for food, ok thats fair, charge for tiny drinks even if unwanted, charge for plastic game cards they force you to purchase even if you are just bowling. Really?!? I draw the line at the card purchase especially for a large party especially when their fees are already enough to include the cent charge they must have to pay for them. The last time we went, we purchased unlimited bowling, which really means waiting for an hour, then bowling for an hour and then going back on a waiting list for another hour wait. Unlimited means something different to me like maybe after you have waited your turn you can bowl for more than an hour. So itz really just for kidz. I bring my grandkids to Itz several of times but this will be our first year back since Covid. I love how my grand babies have so much things they can do while we are there! But... While I was at the bar picking up our food order my 7 year old comes crying to me, saying there are girls in laser tag SMOKING! I quickly exit the bar, go inside laser tag to see multiple employees eating food and a smoking with a small toy? I'm assuming a vape. This is ridiculous, this is a children's place for fun. I had a BOGO for the buffet and two drinks, and we were joining my friend and her son so we had no plans to play any games just came to visit and hang out. They had plenty of choices of pizza, salad and toppings, little desserts it was overall good and plenty of drink choices for all the adults and kiddos. I think the gaming part and adding money to the cards was a lot because my friends son only played a few games and he was out of coins/points whatever it was because the worker didn't explain what she was selling her. We visited this place last weekend on a quick getaway and the kids loved it! The service was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to serve us, ask questions, help us, and with each attraction they were so accommodating. It wasn't expensive at all! It's just ok... was about 140 for 6 of us the food is low quality the restrooms were absolutely disgusting (worse than a random gas station) the employees were not the friendliest. They have a pretty good game selection, bowling and bumper cars so I rated it 2 stars because the games are pretty cool. read more

Sheena was fabulous!!! Seriously, I don't think she told us "No" to anything. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. We had some family and friends in town and decided to celebrate our son's third birthday. Sheena let us purchase game cards in advance. She let us order our food in advance. She let us bring in cupcakes and even gave us a complimentary tray of fresh baked cookies. She even let us get there a little bit before they opened because we asked our guests to get there at open. I would guess we ended up with 45 guests, and we never once wanted for anything. We ordered an epic (36 inch) pizza that was half cheese and half pepperoni. We ordered 3 other specialty pizzas, 4 salads, and a few orders of mozzarella sticks. The food was great! So many people mentioned how much they enjoyed it. Sheena checked on us multiple times and never once was annoyed by any of our requests. It was such a great time, and we are excited to go back! read more

I recently made another visit to ITZ with my four children. My first experience wasn't perfect but after speaking with manager Elishia, I decided to give it another go after hearing that they believed they could do better. My family went off with the "Biggest Deal" packages that included unlimited games, food, laser tag, bumper cars and some ticket dispensing games. I'm so glad we gave it another try, was such a nice experience! We played a lot of laser tag. They have a really good course with two levels and many hiding spots. I had no idea how sneaky my kids are! They were really good. The employees were fun and occasionally came in to even out the teams and made things more fun. The kids loved the food. We actually ate twice, once at 5:00ish when we came in and had a snack before the buffet closed at 8pm. They have several dining room options with different themes and my kids preferred the sports bar theme. Now the ticket and prize producing toy machines are worth some discussion. You are limited on these but here is the weird part, you actually win prizes! Each of my four kids won a large bouncy ball and 6 stuffed animals in total. It was actually a bit hard to get them and all the stuff back in my small Honda Accord. I'm not used to these types of machines actually letting you win, very cool. The first visit I had a hard time getting some of the game machines to work but this time I had a 100% success rate on the video games. My kids were very competitive and all 4 were able to compete with at leat 4 different multi-player racing games. The rock wall was fun and challenging. I tried it and sucked but my kids held their own. I have to say that ITZ is a very clean, friendly and safe place. Get there early because the food does shut down by 8 but everything else stays open quite late. My kids had non-stop fun and by the time we left they were already falling asleep in the car. Meriah, one of the managers there checked on us several times and the employees were very caring and concerned we had a nice time. It was appreciated and we certainly did have a great time. Family entertainment and fun for most kids. I wouldn't recommend it for adults looking for a night out unless dating a single parent is on your radar. In which case I saw more Moms than Dads. The business is huge. High ceilings and cavernous. The different rooms for private parties, dining, arcade or the bowling area are spacious. Access to restrooms could have been better designed. In offerings they have plenty. See their website for full details. I was attending a birthday party for my niece. So we had access to a private dining area for the time we were eating but after that we had to move our belongings for the next group. I think that is an inefficient manner in booking. If a group has paid for entertainment services, food and usage of a dining area, there should be a secure place to leave basic belongings. (Otherwise it has to be carried or placed in your car.) They may do this purposefully so that they can be lax in responsibility needed of their staff. Entertainment is composed of a bunch of activities like; bowling, arcades, arcade with ticket games, lazer maze (laser tag), rock climbing wall, rides, bumper car, mini-bowling for children,etc. The kids in our group were pleasantly thrilled with everything. (Ps their website is poorly maintained. ITZ is clearly unfamiliar with proper marketing. They could make notes of their ultra competitors which operate NE of Dallas. ) Food. As others have mentioned is like Cici's pizza buffet. Average tasting stuff. Most kids that have had better pizza will realize this as well. Their salad bar is decent and that's what I ate the most of. Everything else was blah. I would bet it is all restaurant quality foods purchased from GFS (Gordon Food service). All of it came out of freezers and refrigerators (prepared elsewhere) and was warmed the day of consumption, I would assume. The place is moderately clean and the employees were helpful. When the party is getting started their staff will come round to hype up the kids and get everyone pumped for fun. The happy birthday routine associates perform could use some work. Maybe a red bull or Jager bomb could help amp staff excitement. Final outlook, I love bowling. I will bowl anywhere I find a lane. But a subject of bowling I have the worst regard for, is the new way in which alleys charge for it. By the hour is the devil. In the old days there was a relatively low shoe cost and a per game cost that was affordable and made sense. Bowling is a game which needs to be played all the way through. You could be bowling a great game but when that timer runs out and you would have still had 5 frames to go.. it can be annoying. Do I really need another full hour? ITZ becomes a feeling of missing out. Charges span $14 to $20 per hour per person and shoe rentals are extra. It may be more cost effective to do a combo package. Overall okay, not great nor superb but average. read more

We used to thinks ITZ was IT!!! We had such a great time unlimited lazor tag, unlimited rock climbing, unlimited bumper cars, unlimited mini bowling. We had a blast. Now...for the same price we burn though 200 points in no time. Most of the great stuff is at least 25 points. That's for about 6 min of play. Now I see why is was so uncrowded today. Not the same as years before. Less games and Friday nights there's no Laser Tag, Bumper cars nor buffet. Pizza was reasonably priced at $13 for a Large but the pizza seemed frozen to the oven. Doesn't seem handmade. Only thing that was good was the pepperoni. Bowling is limited too depending on when you go so keep that in mind. Just crazy how it's fell off since the last I went was as a teenager. If I went on Friday instead of a Saturday it could probably been given a 2 or 3 if more things are available then but steer clear on any other days it's LIMITED. Paying $75 for games for 2 people plus $25 for L pizza and 2 drinks the $100 just wasn't worth it. Also some games were broken or missing the resources to actually play the game. Unfortunately won't return. And that's OK because I think kids will enjoy it but as an adult now and not a kid and teenager and money being involved it's not worth it. Overall ok. However If your only going to have one person manning the entire game floor you need to give people more than 1 hour play card. You spend more time waiting for someone to open the games then you get to play. The games are fun but the games aren't all up and going and some just take your money. Ooof. Lmao just oooof. My boyfriend, myself and a friend came here to bowl, drink and eat some pizza. Long story short, just go to Main Even or Dave and Busters my guy. Don't waste your money here. Im going to tell the story anyways. Lets start with our drinks. My boyfriend and I ordered the same drink and got two completely different drinks. I wish I would've taken a picture but we were gonna let it go. We ordered food, mozzarella sticks, and pizza to be exact. Never arrived. (Pretty sure the table behind us received our food.) We had to ask about it. We requested extra time so we could bowl and enjoy food as planned. They said yes, but we had to approach the counter a second time and ask again that our time be added. We finally got our mozzarella sticks and the excuse "The ovens are running slow" The pizza never arrived. We waited a little longer, still no pizza. My friend finally requested a refund from the manager at the time Carl, and was denied. Carl agreed to refund only the pizza. The entire experience was completely ridiculous. Needless to say we will not be returning, and will not be recommending this place to friends. read more

We came for a 6 year old's birthday party and we will definitely be back. The prices are so fair for a family to have a long time in the arcade and with multiple children and plenty for the younger set to play. There is bowling right in the mix, laser maze for the older kids, even a super cute "drive-in" dining room that will entertain the littles for the few extra minutes needed to finish your food . The buffet has pizza-if they don't have what you want out, they'll make it for you, various cooked options, a fresh salad bar and drink station. Loved that there was an nice officer by the exit who kept a eye on the kids and families who were coming & leaving and was likely making sure every kid was leaving with who they came with. The GM Oscar Chapo was extremely rude and disrespectful! After my husband and i had a few questions regarding our visit and redeeming what we had purchased not only did we wait for over 15 minutes while the other worker helped us but when Oscar stepped in to assist not once did he acknowledge us or let us know what steps he was still taking to finish what he was doing to help us. I will take further steps to explain the rest to corporate. Our three kids enjoyed the place but experiencing how The GM Oscar Chapo handled our situation we will no longer step foot in this location also we will make sure to let our family and friends know not to come here! read more

Would give 0 if I could. Regularly come here and there's always vulgar music coming from their kitchen staff. One kid who never has a name tag is always scream singing, coming from a Christian household I definitely don't want my kids hearing that when we are at an ARCADE. Haven't seen him in a while, came back today to (apparently his name is Josh) staring at my daughter smiling while singing an explicit song. I am enraged that management tolerates this kind of behavior in a children's facility. Even talked to a few "managers" Jeff and Madison, they acted like I was crazy for being upset about the music he was singing in front of their customers! Their corporate office needs to give this place a surprise visit and fire that man. Just be aware they buffet says online and in the entry way it's 4.99child, 5.99adults weekdays and 7.99 kids, 8.99adults but when we were charged they FORCE you to buy the drink for $2.29 per buffet.
