She made sure our experience was a great one. She was very efficient in checking us in and made sure things that were unused stayed picked up. They have a tarantula and asked if we wanted her to bring him out to show the kids and was very patient is showing him to us and answering all of our questions. As far as the play place- cute and lots of pretend play so it's good for my younger kids but I probably wouldn't bring my 7 year old. They had lots of activities set up at the tables-ramen sorting, tooth brushing, arts, and crafts/slime (available for purchase). We'll be back soon and hope that we see the gem of an employee, Ruby.

The real stars are definitely the soft play and play gym areas. There's a separate area for babies and younger toddlers (3 and under) with a small slide, ball pit, little spinning carousel, games, and bouncy toys. I really liked that this area is easy for parents to move around in and stay close to their little ones. Then there's the large, multi-level padded play structure with several slides, ball pits, a trampoline, swings, climbing areas, and lots of places to bounce and explore. Some sections can be a little tight for adults trying to follow their kids through, but they also have cameras where you can watch the play areas from the seating area. They have a standard day pass for $22.99, which is only 90 minutes of play time. An all-day pass that's $29.99, which you can play up until close, and they also offer a basic membership of $21.99 per month for 90 minutes of play, a 20% discount at their Café and VIP membership $24.99 per month for two hours, and you also receive 20% discount at their Café and party discount, and you can add in a parent for $9.99. That's the kind of policy customers deserve to know upfront, not after they're already locked in. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Representatives were unhelpful, communication was poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. It feels like the company is more focused on keeping customers locked into contracts than providing good service. I won't be renewing and would not recommend the membership to others.
