If a kid is climbing up the play structure, your child is visible the entire time, except when they're going through a solid tunnel or slide of course. You can literally walk to the back of the play structure to follow your child the entire way through. It's the perfect place for toddlers. They have a small trampoline area. Some small slides for the little ones, and larger slides for the older kids. Soft play area for infants as well. My son absolutely loves the coupe ride-on cars they have all around. Restroom could use some improvement. They have a changing area. However, toilet paper wasn't replaced during busy times. It would be nice to have someone check the restroom as dirty diapers are occasionally disposed improperly, and need some tidying up. Overall, this is a great indoor play area, especially since it is getting super hot outside.

They don't take cash so plan ahead (they do have e a machine that will convert your cash to a card if you need). We got the basic package (blue) for my ten year old and 13 of his friends for a birthday. We only stayed about 2 hours and for the blue pass that seemed like plenty. The kids got to do bumper cars, the battle area (like laser tag but with foam balls), the slides, the ball pit, the jumping area, and a few others I'm sure I'm forgetting. All in all the spot is clean, staffed well and a fun kids entertainment spot. We didn't do the zip lining or ropes courses but we didn't feel like we missed out on anything either.

It seemed to get better for a bit; but as many places are short staffed it's hard to enforce parents needing to stay and having all spots manned. When we came for a birthday party they struggled to have all the stations open, and the ones that are open had such long lines they either didn't or barely got thru everyone in the line before they would need to shut that section down again to move to the next one. We'd recommend going to another trampoline place, or even a different urban air vs this location.

We come back down to Hurst every summer just for him to be able to take classes for a week. All of the instructors are patient, kind and caring. They want every child to do their best and be proud of their work. I love to go in a few minutes early for pickup just to hear the instructors working and encouraging the kids. The instructors are always positive and upbeat. I have not met one student or a parent of a student to ever say a bad word about Art Castle and the teachers. Your children are in excellent hands and will come out with a great experience and love of Art.

He plays the piano very well, plays the guitar, has a true love for art. Never once has there been a behavior issue and I have the references from the daycare, private schools, and gifted and talented schools that he has attended since 3 years of age. I am a realist and the one thing that I will not let happen, is for anyone to create a narrative that is untrue. If you were telling the truth, I could live with that. You have a problem within you. You have a "better than" complex. The other people that work for you know that you were not honest with what you said today. They may be afraid because of their jobs.
