Decided to take the kids and try this place out on Saturday, 1/31. This is absolutely the nastiest place from a buffet standpoint. We arrived around 7 PM on a Saturday night and the buffet area looked like Black Friday at Walmart! People pushing trying to get a slice of pizza and pasta. Once a pizza came out, it was gone in less than 30 seconds! The different rooms for dining were extremely dirty! There was food on the floor, everything from pizza leftovers to hot dogs. Well, here I am writing an update to a gross pizza place that I hate to admit that I go to. The place has not changed at all service wise but they have made a couple of changes (absolutely unrelated to the food!) There has been a laser tag facility added and they took out the ridiculous battery powered go-kart track and replaced it with a [rather] tastefully well-done bar and bowling alley. I have to say - the bar and bowling alley are great - it looks nice in there (empty, unused and a bartender who has nothing to do) but looks great. Now, if you're a pizza place why the hell would you put money into a bowling alley, bar and other stuff when the VAST majority of the complaints are related to the PIZZA and the SERVICE??? Why would any business owner spend a dime on a NON-CORE item when the CORE of your business is still crap? I'm talking about the pizza with barely any toppings on them, a salad bar that almost always gives you cramps from poorly handled preparation, filthy tables that sit uncleaned for hours and a pizza buffet that barely has 3 pizzas sitting out at a time when there are 75 people wandering around looking for PIZZA. It still boggles my small coconut sized brain that there are TWO (YES TWO) pizza buffet stations in this HUGE facility and they STILL only use one and they can barely fill up the one station. Meanwhile, the place is built to hold at least 300 people at any given time! However, and this is IT'z ONLY saving grace (at all - in anyway shape or form) is that on Tuesday they have the cheapest eat around at like $3 (or $4) a person. If you have a pile of kids to feed and don't feel like breaking out the commercial cafeteria sized cooking materials at home then throw all those mouths into the 14 year old Suburban and bring them down to ITz on a Tuesday. read more

I agree with my fellow yelper, iT'Z is the combination of CiCi's and Main Event. Food and drink purchase is required to get in. And that is the kicker. Your kids will probably eat anything they have at the buffet line, you as a parent will not. I would rather starve! The location was not kept clean and the buffet looked as though, well, an army of kids got a hold of it. There are smells in the corners of this place you don't want to think about. Most of the staff look and act like they would rather kill themselves than work here. However, I must admit that I had some great service and experiences with two, only two staff members. Austin in the food area, apologized to my family for not cleaning off the near by tables sooner and gave me his name in case we needed anything while we were there. He rushed to clean up messes, but the poor guy was alone and could not keep up with the unending piles that mounted up from plate after plate! Chance in the bowling area also worked his butt off! He was extremely friendly, courteous and spoke clearly when giving us an estimated time till our lanes would be ready. He was eager to help out his fellow employees and worked to make sure all of the families in his area were taken care of. These two employees each get a star, while the location alone doesn't get a single one. There are very few games that don't give tickets or prizes, so don't get the unlimited play pass for non ticket games. There are lots of games to choose from for tickets and prizes so you don't really have to wait in line. The location is a great size and you don't feel elbow to elbow with everyone else. If I could give a negative rating I would! Would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Had my daughters birthday party booked there for 12/6/15 and they contacted me on 12/1/15 and canceled her party. The party was booked on 11/19/15, confirmed over the phone all the party details on 11/28/15. The best part is Madison Mabry, one of their event coordinators, told the reason is it was being canceled was because a $3000 party was booked for the entire building. REALLY? What kind of company does something like this? They offered to move our party to later time or different day. When I mentioned that was not an option for us, they told us we could still have our party at the original time, but that all the guess had to remain in the "party room" until 2pm!! A friend had her daughters birthday party here. It's like main event & cici's got married and this is their middle school age child where chuckle cheese is the elementary school child. The games were fun and the hostess for the party was really nice. Didn't have any issues with any of the games not working. Everything seemed clean & buffet was stocked pretty well. They have a lot of private party rooms which is a plus compared to chuck e cheese & main event. For just coming in they have various eating areas for different age group playing different movies/games. I.e. Finding Nemo in one room, basketball in another, bugs bunny, etc. We got a good hour or so in the party room, 90 mins of unlimited rides (mini bowling, go karts, laser tag, etc) and 45 tokens/credits and my friend said she paid around 200 for 10 kids which isn't bad. The biggest issue I have is that you HAVE to buy a buffet to get thru the door. Even though I had already eaten I had to pay about 7.50 with a discount for being a parent with an ultimate birthday party just to go in w/my four year old. So I'd hate to see how much I would have spent on my family of 3 going on out own w/out a discount. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a 4 or 5 star rating. read more

If you had of asked me a month ago I would have given this place 4 stars. We went a month ago for my son's birthday. The buffet was lacking and people were constantly waiting for food. I asked for pasta 3 times and was told it would be 5 min each time, 20 minutes later I finally got macaroni and cheese for my 2 year old. When I asked to speak to a manager the manager told me that they always get slammed around 7:00. So wait if he knew they always get slammed around 7:00 why the heck weren't they prepared for it? It made sense. So after a lot of effort we finally got food and ate. Then came the gameroom. We got our cards and went to play. A third of the games didn't work and the ones that did work were charging our card 3 and 4 times when we were only playing them once. The staff this time was completely rude. I tried to get them to fix our card and was told there is nothing they could do. When we asked for a game to be fixed the guy acted like we were bothering him. They turned the soda machines off even though they told us they would be on until they closed. The only redeeming moment from tonight was when I finally got so fed up I went and hunted down a manager. I told the manager how upset I was because tonight was supposed to be a fun night before school starts back up and I feel like it was completely ruined. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all, there was a five dollar hidden fee for DRINKS. DRINKS?! That's definitely false advertisement that they offered on their buffet. It was dirty, they were completely under staffed, there was no food, clean forks, or cups whenever we arrived to the buffet either. We couldn't even find a place to sit because all of the tables were filthy. My boyfriend and I took his nephew here and there weren't even any kid friendly pizzas for him, such as pepperoni or cheese pizza. He didn't really get to eat. The soda fountain didn't have any syrup in the Coca Cola either. It was literally carbonated water. I'm just frustrated that a place like this would have such horrible service and be so unhygienic. I'd give this no stars if I could. I received a reply from the GM of Itz who said the sent the same message to my boyfriend. The staff already let us know that it was an additional $1.99 for drinks BUT the screen on which the buffet package was showing did NOT say ANYTHING about an additional $1.99 That's the difference. I would like to say that once upon a time this place was Incredible, no really it was Incredible Pizza and it was really good but now ! The food was disgusting and I mean disgusting. We went for a birthday party and I still had to pay the party giver $10pp for my party (that's another story for another day) anyways I felt that was a waste of my money, $40 to be exact. The kids hated the pizza and you know kids like pizza, but that absolutely hated it! The only edible thing was the salad and it was still suspect. There were filthy dishes everywhere, unkempt corners, and the restrooms were smelly and gross. This place is....interesting. When you pull into the parking lot it feels shady right from the get-go. We had tried to go to another bowling alley with a group of about 10 people, and there was a long wait so we came here. There was no wait, and they let us bowl without purchasing a buffet, which from what I understand is not standard, so that was cool. We had to purchase our lanes/rent our shoes from the bartender who seemed very very busy despite the fact that the bar only had like 3 people sitting at it. It took her a solid 20 minutes to sell us all our admission as she kept running to the back for more items in between each sale. It was a bit odd. The bowling area was what you would expect from any low-key bowling alley, nothing special. A friend ordered the chips and salsa which I am almost 100% sure was just Pace Picante sauce and Tostidos. Also, it was the tiniest amount of "salsa" to chip ratio I have ever seen. I found a Groupon and decided to take the family to try this place out for the first time. We figured they would be a bit busy being it was a Saturday night. We were not prepared for what we were walking into. The place appears to be inside of a former movie theater. Parking was a nightmare and I'm not sure if perhaps it's not so bad on a non-weekend night. The parking lot is pretty big but I still ended up parking and walking a while. When you walk into the front door you are immediately herded into a long line of people. I was hoping big time that since I had thought ahead an purchased the MUCH cheaper Groupon offer that I could bypass what seemed to be the never ending line of people trying to get in. That was not the case so I ended up having to wait in the long line anyways. In order to get in you must purchase a buffet meal for each member of your party regardless if you plan to eat or not. The buffet shuts down at 8 pm and at that time they no longer require the buffet purchase. I strongly recommend purchasing the large plastic cups with the lid on them from the person that is at the cash register when you first enter. They are good enough to be a "souvenir" cup and MUCH cheaper than being cheap up front and relying on the free red buffet glasses. If you desire a drink after the buffet shuts down they charge about 3 times as much. The buffet is similar to what one gets at CiCi's so don't get too excited about it. They have a small salad station and a couple of tables with various types of pasta, pizza, hot dogs and desert. The food is just "ok" nothing memorable. They have a tiny bar in the bowling area and from the impression I got from walking past it don't expect much I didn't use it so I can't say yay or nay. The offer I got on Groupon was for 4 people to have 1 hour of bowling, unlimited video games (as long as they are the ones that don't give out tickets that you can redeem) and a buffet for $42 plus I got an extra $10 off because it was my first time using Groupon. Because I got the souvenir plastic cups I had a small balance to pay once I got there otherwise all was paid for by using Groupon. Since we paid for an hour of bowling we asked the young lady who worked at the very front what the procedure was for getting our turn at bowling. She advised us that there was at least a 2 hour waitlist to bowl for an hour. Again it was a Saturday night so perhaps the wait is not generally that long. They take your cell phone number down and have a program that sends you a text message and it gives you a link to a website that tells you where you are on the list and how long the folks in front of you have waited. The text also lets you know when it is your turn. Having 2 young children with us we gave up on the opportunity to bowl at about 10 pm because it would have been a little after midnight before we would get home. Since we didn't get to bowl I am not sure if there is any additional costs to rent bowling shoes or how they handle things if someone wants to pay for an additional hour or two of bowling if they make them wait in line again or if they are allowed to continue bowling even though there are people on a long waitlist waiting. The video games are for lack of a better word horrible. Like Chucky Cheese they give you a plastic card to swipe at whatever machine you want. The offer I got on Groupon was good for unlimited games for the rest of the day. However, several of the games did not work and since you were already limited to machines that do not give out tickets I found my daughters frequently having to wait behind someone to get a turn. From the distance it appeared they had the typical games you'd find at other arcades. I do not know how much they are per game since we stayed away from that area in order to keep our kids focused on their short time playing the limited free games. After taking all of this into consideration would I go back? It would depend on how cheap I can go. I would definitely NOT go back on a weekend night because of the insane amount of people. read more

Okay, I was really worried because I had bought the groupon and then let a couple days pass before reading the reviews of this place on yelp (so I couldn't get my money back). I didn't think it was going to be worth the money that I paid for my parents and girlfriend and I for a buffet, bowling and arcades after reading these reviews, but we went today and honestly had a blast. The staff, yes, is full of high schoolers just trying to make some cash, but the ones we encountered were kind and did a good enough job for me to be happy with. They didn't do anything wrong, no complaints. The food was alright. I would compare it to a lesser version of Cici's pizza. I really didn't like that a good amount of the plates were still dirty too. The rooms to eat in were pretty neat though. They had a sports room, a cartoon room (where we sat) and other cool themes. Overall, for the food, I'd give it about 3 stars. The bowling was, for the most part, awesome. We did have some issues with our lane, but the workers responded well to the problems. I had a lot of fun with my family here and am glad it wasn't a bad experience at all. I'd give the bowling a solid 3 stars, it would have been 5 if our lane didn't freeze on us a couple of times. Lastly, the arcade was way better than I thought it would be. It's definitely not a Dave and Busters, but it wasn't too far off from it either. They had decent games and we didn't encounter any that didn't work (except for one shooting one). We couldn't play the ones that gave tickets because of the groupon so I can't speak for those, but still, it was fun. I got to watch my mom blow things up in the Batman racing game haha. Tonight started out pretty rocky but manager Tim went out of his way to make the night better. I wasn't the easiest guest to deal with but he never took the smile off his face. I saw Tim greet many the parents and kids and made sure the staff had what they needed as well. He was a true Superman tonight! Fast forward to the end of the night. My 8 year old didn't earn as many points as he needed to get the prize he wanted. Manager Donnell noticed his disappointment and went over and beyond to put a smile on my sons face. My son has autism and can be very emotional at times. All Donnell saw was a little guy that wasn't happy on Halloween and he wanted to change that. He wanted him to be happy like every other kid, he didn't see the autism, he saw a tired disappointed little boy that he wanted to pour some happiness into. The food is just ok. Don't expect too much. We used to come when the games were unlimited. The kids had a blast and we stayed for hours. Now you have to buy points unless you purchase an annual pass.(which is expensive if you have multiple children) We even used a deal that was sent through e-mail plus we had 4 free buffets and still spent over $60 for a family of 5. You can go to Chuck E Cheese and get better food, play more games and stay longer. I would consider coming back if they would bring back the unlimited games. We came for a Music Festival so it was closed to the public. We arrived as soon as they opened. Upon walking in the floors were sticky and dirty. The pizza that was being served was of poor quality and the salad seemed old. The tables were dirty too. I know kids are everywhere and that is to be expected, but any place with kids should be cleaned often. The staff was friendly, but I didn't even want to sit because every chair was dirty and sticky. This would not be my first choice to bring the kids. Laser tag line was disorganized and you didn't know where it began or ended. If you want to kill time and let your kids run around, and not eat this place would be okay for just that purpose. read more

This place has changed ownership a few times. It has good intentions and could be FABULOUS with a few more deals to draw people in. The kids love all the games and it's great they can keep their points on a card to use or save. As far as the food - that's not exactly fabulous. It works for my 3 year old, because all he really wants to do is just go play - but I definitely wouldn't choose this place on eating alone. Everything was rather "blah". The pizza sauce wasn't great, the ancillary items weren't anything to speak of either. The one thing that I liked there was a pizza that a customer had requested. It was a pesto chicken pizza. THAT was tasty - but you'll have to specifically request it. I like that there are different rooms you can eat in depending on what time of atmosphere you want. The buffet has a great selection, the alcoholic drinks are good and not pricey. The place sometimes gets a bit chaotic but it's nothing compared to small pizza places. There's plenty of tables and the customer service is pretty good. There's plenty of parking, there's rock climbing wall, bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, mini bowling & the arcade has a great games. There's also a section for smaller kids & restrooms are usually very clean. Let's start with the food. The kids don't mind, but I'm not touching it. It's cheap and gross. Cicis is an upgrade from this food! The kids like all the games they can play as "unlimited" the one thing I don't like is you have to wait 10 minutes between swipes to play your next unlimited game?? The restrooms are disguisting. The laser puzzle where you have to go through without touching a laser line smelled like pee. The VR bunny roller coaster game has no way to clean the VR mask, so it goes from face to face with peoples eyes being in there. Gross. Here is the thing that got me this time. I went back to get a reusable cup. The teens (13-14) in line in front of me were dropped off. They had some cash and a debit card to pay the difference. They wouldn't take the debit card because they didn't have ID( I'm guessing it was mom or dads) She said, well I can use my debit card. She pulls out another debit card and they won't take that either. They are 13. They don't have id. They dont have school Id. So the workers are just standing there, not offering any solutions and they will NOT bend on this "rule" so I pay the difference for these kids so they can go play. The workers didn't care about anything. I understand that taking credit cards means checking id, but these were debit cards that y'all were running as credit. Get a machine that takes debit. Not everybody has government issued Id. Especially the KIDS that came to play. read more

The laser tag was fun, but same problem.. too long of a wait to get a game going and no one watching it. The tables and floors in the dining area were covered in old food. I took my 4 and 7 year old daughters here yesterday and was blown away. The check-in desk was well-staffed and knew what they were doing. The food was fresh, the pizza piping hot and tastes like they've improve on their recipe! As we sat in the Galaxy dining room, my daughters enjoyed watching Tangled on the projector. An employee was rolling a busting cart around taking finished plates and busting as tables were vacated. He was very friendly. The games were great in the arcade! My daughters had so much fun! It wasn't terribly crowded so they were able to do and play everything they wanted to easily. We had a great time and will be sure to return again soon. Another note: they added more parking right in front of the entry which is great! Several additional handicap spots now available and you don't have to navigate across the parking lot to the front door. read more
