I took my 4 and 7 year old daughters here yesterday and was blown away. The check-in desk was well-staffed and knew what they were doing. The food was fresh, the pizza piping hot and tastes like they've improve on their recipe! As we sat in the Galaxy dining room, my daughters enjoyed watching Tangled on the projector. An employee was rolling a busting cart around taking finished plates and busting as tables were vacated. He was very friendly. The games were great in the arcade! My daughters had so much fun! It wasn't terribly crowded so they were able to do and play everything they wanted to easily. We had a great time and will be sure to return again soon. Another note: they added more parking right in front of the entry which is great! We have been to this location many times in years past (last visit was a few years ago) and as any "game ticket" set up the payout is never good, so we expected that. We bought 5 "3 hour unlimited" passes, plus an additional 300 points divided amongst 3 cards for those games that required points/gave tickets. Due to Covid-19 social distancing, a lot of the games have been removed (which we totally understand and appreciate), however the games left are not in the best shape. The "free" area of games had air hockey tables where the air wasn't strong enough to let the puck glide. PAC-man joy sticks didn't respond well at all. Several of the motorcycle games wouldn't respond to the direction you leaned, making it hard to stay on the track. We waited @ 30 minutes for an attendant to come to the rock wall (even after seeking out staff to ask for someone to help us). Some of the "free" mini bowling lanes wouldn't give you a ball, asked for help but no one ever came. The paid games, of course, take points quickly and don't pay out very many tickets, which makes it hard to shop in the prize store (but again, if you've ever been anywhere like this, it's pretty normal). Some of the paid games didn't work well either, not giving bonus balls and such, like it said. The buffet was closed, but you can now pay per item to eat. While there were hand sanitizer stations set up around the areas, about half of them were empty and you had to go find another. We didn't see any staff cleaning games or equipment between users, so be sure to sanitize on your own. Our younger kids had fun, but overall it was disappointing for us big kids since we spent $150. read more

This was our second time here and its was not a good experience like the first time. Half the games we tried wouldn't work, the mini bowling wouldn't return the balls once you threw them so you could play and the buffet food was mostly cold pizza and pasta with food all over the floor. We used to go to It'z as a family treat when the children were very good. The price was high for mediocre food and playing some games but work the fun my kids had. Now that they no longer have unlimited games with their highest price package, we wont be going anymore. We just spent the day here and had a great time. The staff was very polite and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The buffet was good. I really liked the baked potato soup. They also made 2 request pizzas for our family. They have hot dogs and Kraft macaroni and cheese which is nice. We got the unlimited passes which are 20$ right now on weekdays. We went as a family to go bowling, they make you buy the gross buffet with everything you purchase. So we ate because we bought, I don't know if they were understaffed or what but every single table was filthy with plates and food everywhere, the "buffet" barely had any food to choose from and it was disgusting, it seems like this place is run by teenagers. No one has any hustle in them to get anything done or help customers. The only positive thing out of our visit is we had fun bowling as a family but the lanes kept getting stuck, balls wouldn't come back and there was only one person working behind the counter and it was slow as molasses to get anything. When you order online they charge a "fun tax" on top of sales tax and they also charge you $1 per card to play games when you get to the check in stand. Charging for every little thing that should be included is no way to run a business. Your pizza buffett is almost always empty and what's left is only luke warm. For my senior trip, we went here and it wasn't good. On our way to this place, my friend and I looked at the reviews and saw a lot of 1 stars, but also a few 5 stars so we were a little skeptical. My thoughts on it now that I've experienced it for myself: it's honestly not worth your time. It's over priced for what you get, the pizza tasted below average, and most of the arcade games had something wrong with them like they would be broken or wouldn't allow you to play. The attractions (laser tag, rock wall, bumper cards) had long lines and were not worth the wait or the points that they required. It was over crowded because they booked at least 3 schools that day, including ours, plus the others that came on their own. Back to the pizza: even when a new plate of pizza came out, it didn't taste fresh. I am a pizza lover and I tried to like it, but it was just so bad I couldn't. Despite some of the negative reviews, the girls I nanny decided to try this place out. Being first-time visitors, I didn't know you HAVE to purchase the buffet and a drink in order to enter...but we had awards from school that we got to use, so that was nice. We went to the arcade first, where there was a variety of games. They flew through their points within ten minutes (I don't know if that's because they were having so much fun, the games were overpriced, or both?). The area was well-kept and pretty spacious. I booked my daughter's birthday party at this location. Biggest mistake ever. Even though I paid for a host to assist, my guest and myself had to clean, serve the children, etc. Then their manager Candice was so rude came in yelling during my party stating the teenagers that were apart of the party did not pay. I don't like this place. My family and I were attending a kid party after our weekly Sunday dinner. After we parked, my husband and I got the kiddos out and strolled to the entrance. They had everything... glow maze, rock climbing, Lazer tag. My son loved this part. They even had a full length bowling alley in a separate section with a full bar for the adults. Fun place to take the kids. The buffet is decent with ample seating in different themed rooms and the games are fun. There are games that suit for all ages which was important to us. I haven't bowled there yet but we have been a couple times for the arcade and have left satisfied. The only complaint I would have is that their prizes are "overpriced". We came in Monday June,21st at 7:30 pm and paid for EIGHT 3 hour unlimited passes. The website was not updated to show that the buffet was closed and we had planned on that so we purchased a large pizza at the bar as a snack until after the finished playing. HUGE disappointment, but our kids wanted to play and we had already spent 155 dollars so we went with it. Laser tag and bumper cars had a constant sign and the rope up saying game in progress. Obviously, bumper cars aren't in progress there just wasn't anyone working them!!! Several of the games were not working, no workers were around to help. At 10 pm we went and stood by the laser tag and there was NO ONE PLAYING even though there was a sign!!! They closed the prize doors after my older children had spent the extra money to buy points for ticket games because most games wouldn't play!!! Sixty dollars on that!! They turned off all the soda machines after we had already purchased drinks from the bar for our kids. We finally got fed up and told the guy tending bar that our kids wanted to play laser tag and he pretended to radio someone then whispered to the girls sitting on the counters playing on their phones to go open it up. They took their sweet time getting over there and proceeded to sit on the counters and continue to play on their phones while a video was playing. No explanation on how to play. We found someone to open the prize room so the kids could quickly use up their tickets, but no apologies were made. Spent half our time trying to find games that worked or people to help us. You close at 11 , but by 10 everything was closed down. Our cards were good till 10:30. We will NEVER go back. It had to be the WORST experience we have ever had at your establishment. This was suppose to be something our whole family could enjoy together as a family. I don't understand why you are even open if you can't do anything!!! Altogether we probably spent around 300 dollars on the 3 hour passes, points and purchases at the bar. Why advertise that everything is open if it's not??? Hands down the worst dining/entertainment experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Where do I start? I was appealed by the idea of a 5.99 buffet fee (we were only going for about an hour as my nephew had a tee ball game to attend) so we just decided to hit the buffet. Upon checking out my total came out to well over 20 dollars. I asked the cashier why it came out to that price and not 12 dollars like it should be. She explained to me that that was the tax rate and upon explaining to her how percentages and math worked, she brushed off my concern, swiped my credit card, and instructed me that management is aware of this misinformation and "doesn't care". I swallowed my pride and entered the dining area. The entire place was filthy, floor was sticky, staff was incredibly rude (with the exception of the teenage boy at the buffet who made a joke about pineapples that was pretty well received by me, however this is a review about the worst dining experience I have ever had, not one regarding a seedy comedy club who's talent is compromised of fruit puns). The "hidden fee" for the drink was all but justified when I came to realize there were no cups whatsoever! Even if there were cups, there would be no way to fill up a beverage with ice chips piling up nearly touching the drink nozzles. I have 4 kids and this is a sure spot for a good time for all ages. The place is super clean, the staff is friendly and responsive, there is an adult area and hours of fun for the kids. The food is actually pretty ok! I love to bring my 19, 17, 11, and 8 yr old here and let them run free while I enjoy an adult beverage and snacks at the bar.
