I have 4 kids and this is a sure spot for a good time for all ages. The place is super clean, the staff is friendly and responsive, there is an adult area and hours of fun for the kids. The food is actually pretty ok! I love to bring my 19, 17, 11, and 8 yr old here and let them run free while I enjoy an adult beverage and snacks at the bar. We've had about 5 birthday parties here and are always pleased. The only negative is that it's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it. read more

Such an amazing place to bring family or groups over. I've brought many groups over and have never had a bad experience and the staff works amazingly for how busy they get. Been here once and it was fun. Great buffet with a large selection and variety of food. Admittedly it is a bit "quantity over quality" here. But you seriously can't expect a five star french cuisine from a place like this, ESPECIALLY in Euless of all places. So come on people, let's get real and lower those expectations a bit. Actually decent place to go for a fun casual date that's a little different, fun and quirky. We had a blast. Brings you back to the days of being a kid at Chuck-E-Cheese. There's a theater room playing some sort of kids or animated Disney/Pixar movie which I still enjoy them. There's the usual arcade games that net you tickets that can trade for silly prizes. There's skee ball, air hockey and all that stuff. It's like a smaller more locally owned version of Dave n Busters or Main Event. Basically it's an adult's Chuck-E-Cheese. And of course perfect for kids, this is the best place to bring family. You can enjoy the food, prizes and games and so can the kids. Only downside, can definitely be pricey! And buffet hours kinda sucked. But definitely worth checking out if you can shell you a bit of extra dough! read more

Told a worker in the prize shop and he didn't seem that interested in shutting the defective games off until they were repaired. I took advantage of an email deal coming here. I've been to this place when it was another "unbelievable" company. The place is great for kids, but for those taste buds more sophisticated than Mac & Cheese... seek elsewhere. The pizza crust/dough is spongy and cheap. Truthfully we should have gotten about a 40% refund on what we paid because about 40% of our iT'Z experience was useless. The good- decent endless pizza and soda, laser tag, rock wall, the video games that worked, bowling, clean eating areas and some attentive staff. The bad- card readers that sometimes worked the first time swiped and sometimes took half a dozen swipes to get to read, tight bumper cars area where 4 of the 6 cars present worked while the other two were DOA and made the tight area even tighter, some staff that seemed like they could care less about doing a good job. The ugly- video games that did not work or whose screens were sagging in spaces (looking at you Galaga/Ms. Pacman), dessert section with literally crumbs left on it for what seemed like hours, mini bowling with 6 lanes but only enough balls for maybe 3 of the lanes and one lane missing a pin, laser maze that was impossible to use because you couldn't see the laser beams. Suggestions for this iT'Z: 1) Make sure ALL the games work. If they do not work move them off of the floor. 2) Remove the dead bumper cars. 3) Fix the mini bowling. 4) Pump some smoke into the laser maze so that it is actually fun. 5) Train your staff to take pride in the job they do (Chick fil a does this well). 6) Keep all food areas stocked. If this iT'Z was running on all cylinders I think the $28 deluxe package would be a good deal. However it wasn't running on all cylinders and after leaving I found myself feeling I got ripped off a bit. Buying the wrist band is like signing a contract. For your money iT'Z agrees to provide services A, B, C, D and so on. If you go just realize there will be breaches in the contract on their part. read more

This place is horrible. They make you purchase the buffet even though the food is horrible and gross. Not one thing on that buffet is good, not one. Why make people eat food that tastes like paper?! The reason I won't be back is because of this policy of making the customers purchase the buffet in order to partake in the games. It makes no sense! We attempted to go at another place and they were aren't to the public last night so we went to IT'Z and I had heard you could bowl at the time we finally arrived there for next to nothing. $5 a person unlimited bowling plus show rental. It cost about $28 for the 3 of us and we toweled all we wanted until we didnt want to anymore which was about 2 hours for us. The gentleman at the front was very courteous and the ladies at the bowling area were super nice and helpful. We even had a random guy bowl next to us who just happened to usually work at ITZ and when our lane brough he had them fix it for us even though he wasn't on the clock. It was an awesome night. Myself and the three kids decided to go on a Tuesday which is 3.99 buffet and $20 all you can play and eat day . I believe this place is understaffed and the staff who is there does not care . The buffet area was filthy and I saw employees standing around while almost all the tables were dirty . There was never more then two or 3 slices of pizza out and everything was empty . ( I saw one one employee trying to man the buffet line -- that is impossible for them to do ) . On the game floor a lot of the games were broken or only half way worked which left all the kids waiting in line to play the games they could . It's our 5th year to take a large group of 8th graders for an end of year celebration and it was GERAT as usual! The facility is fantastic, the staff is helpful and it makes for a fun day! Working with Jeff and his staff makes this an easy trip to take 300+ kids! We arrived early and they had the food ready to go, the games were all ready and the staff met us at the door with all of the cards so that the kids would have the maximum time to play. They even delivered the wristbands to our campus the day before! All of the students had a great time as well as teachers and bus drivers. Looking forward to returning next year! read more

Its is similar to other large buffet+games places that are oriented towards families with children. The food is not that bad - if your expectations are appropriate. I think it's better then Golden Skillet and at or slightly below CiCi's. The cleanliness tends to vary, probably in line with how busy and which staff are working. At the worst, it's certainly still acceptable and the best, no worries. My kids mostly enjoy themselves but it is quite noisy and crowded at times, so sometimes it becomes overwhelming. My family and I were regular, occasional visitors until they became a gun free zone and now we no longer patronize this business due to security concerns. read more

Very unsatisfied. Went for my nephews 6th birthday, and looked up the place beforehand seeing as i had never been . Food looked nothing like the pictures on the internet. Pasta was over cooked, salad was old , sweet tea tasted like water . We had to ask to have the bag replaced. And the unlimited games only worked for one side of the arcade , which the worker failed to mention. I recently came here for a gathering with my employer which has over 500 employees.. There was enough space for all of us to seat comfortably and I believe the pizza was tasty, the service was good and we were welcomed and helped throughout the day. This was my 3rd time attending a birthday party here and I must say our hostess Cameron went above and beyond for the guest. She interacted well with the kids and played games in the room with them while the parents finished up eating. She stated she's only been on the job for 1 month and it was very unnoticeable. HORRIBLE!!!! This is our fourth attempt at "dining" here. I paid for a birthday party twice here first time was amazing then went back for year two and it was so horrible!!! So we tried an afternoon fun day. It failed as well, arrived about 3:30 p.m. there was about 8 slices of cold pizza on the buffet and nasty pasta in the trays. Drink machines were messed up and no one around to help! Last time we visit here!! Games are way to expensive .25 a point with games ranging between 2-8 points. $43 for 4 people to eat at the "Tuesday Special" and play $20 in games! read more

Recently visited for my daughter's friend's party. 1st I have to say that I'm not into chuck-e-cheese type places or arcade zones very much. This place was not impressive at first glance. My daughter wanted me to stay, and they made me pay a $10.00 entrance fee although I told them I wasn't going to eat or drink anything (I have gluten, soy, dairy, treenut allergies). They said it didn't matter and made me pay. OK. Moving on, we got to the party zone and although the kid hosting was nice, he was ever so slow. After an hour, the kids were getting bored and the cards weren't even handed out yet. He then said they got to play 1.5 hrs of large games, and then could play their game token cards after that. Umm... one hour had already passed and it was a two hour party, so we went over on time and took way too long to eat and get the cards handed out. He made them line up by birthday, and then say their birthday....long story short, it was very dull. My daughter and I left early. Not a place I will be visiting again. read more

My kids enjoy this place and that's really all that matters. It is, after all, a kid's place. The entrance fee doesn't bother me...I understand that they can't tell who's supposed to be eating and who isn't. Although a colored wristband may take care of that issue, either for the ones who can eat or specifically the ones who can't. The buffet is similar to CiCi''s but with many more options. I've never had a problem with there not being enough food. The rooms to sit in are all fun themed. Our favorite is the room with the movie screen. I like how parents can bring in cake and pick a spot in the general area if they don't want a party room for parties. That's nice for those who can't afford a full party or don't have a lot of people coming. The games are varied and many. I liked it better back when it was Incredible Pizza however and you could get a card with unlimited rides and games for an hour or two hours. Still I like the cards now better than tokens. My 11 year old son is asking for a party here in June for his 12th birthday. I don't mind. It'll never be my favorite place but again...not about the parents in venues like this. read more

We have been bringing our summer day camp program here for a field trip for many years. It is always one of the kids' favorites! The buffet has a great variety so you're not just eating pizza. They also put the desserts first, which is a huge win in my book! There are so many ticket games of varying point amounts and skill level. The older kids and younger kids all found games they could play and win. The laser tag and the lazer maze are the best attractions. We also enjoy the rock climbing, bumper cars and mini bowling. Really really bad. The food is what we expected at a buffet of this nature - not good but the kids liked it. The tables were not bussed the entire 3 1/2 hours we were there. The bowling is expensive. The ticketed games are expensive and most required two swipes of the card to start. At first I thought it was poor maintenance but the fact they debited the credits from your card make me think otherwise. Laser tag was fun but hot and an explanation would have been nice. We had a groupon but had to upgrade to get laser tag and bumper cars. We spent $55 for the groupon and $40 for an upgrade that apparently only gave us access to laser tag and bumper cars. We had a great time on our first visit to IT'Z. We went all out to celebrate my husbands birthday and splurged for the all you can play passes. It was WELL worth it. Our kids (9,7,5,2,4mo) were able to do everything as many times as they wanted and really had a memorable experience. With five kids we don't get to do fun things like this but maybe once a year, so when we do we like to make the most of it. Definitely worth every penny. read more

IT'Z hosted our event, we brought 170 teenagers for a lock-in. There staff was professional and very organized. We had pizza, soft drinks and hand dipped ice cream.
